My therapist just told me I sexually assaulted my very recent ex-bf of almost 5 years. At first I thought he had taken what his therapist said out of context that "he sounded like a rape victim" because I told myself he said no, and we made up and had consensual sex. No. She said, "I coerced him and, that's sexual assault."
I was sexually assaulted as a child by my Mom's friends daughters and am just now processing the trauma with EMDR with my DBT therapist.
Hurt people DO hurt people.
I am ashamed and extremely sad I lost the best life partner I ever had.
It was a luxury to have him call me his gf.
Except for the red flags.
Daily morning sex was our rhythm for the first 12-18 months or so during the honeymoon phase. Then one day he thought I orgasmed and I didn't and he did. I wasn't thrilled about having to use my Hitachi that's when he first laid into me with verbal abuse and body shaming. He said he hated me and that I was a washed up hag and that after sex masturbates in the bathroom to pretty girls because he hates his life. I really don't know why ignored that red flag. Instead of listening, I let it eat at me and devour the relationship. I retaliated with emotionally abuse by distance, avoidance, and coercing him into sex to make me feel superficially better temporarily. I felt addicted to sex with him and wanted to fulfill his sexual desires instead of them being filled online in his hand. It had taken over me. My peers and therapist insisted that it wasn't sex addiction and normal. I am a demisexual and I was trying to push intimacy in a world where the foundation of emotional connection was shattered. We were wanting to go poly I was just waiting for him to get a job and start helping out before he started dating. It just seemed logical and when I told him that originally he said he respected that.
I am 18 years his senior and felt on top of the world confident before I got together with him.
I have been verbally abused before but not to this extent and never been body shamed. I felt trapped. By his controlling behavior and wild mood swings it felt like I was walking on eggshells. (I'm currently in the middle of reading 'Stop Walking on Eggshells'). It felt like a game I could just never win at. He also told me he felt like he was walking on eggshells. We both are working on anger control as well. Most all of the gifts he's ever given me or I've given him have been destroyed in one of his fits of rage.
I still believed/believe in his ultimate potential due to his extreme intelligence and eagerness to heal.
Over the years I naturally got closer with his family and reached out on several occasions for help by sending screenshots of his verbal abuse. Sometimes he would cut himself and I couldn't help him. I felt guilty for thinking he might need to be baker acted then guilty for thinking that he needed that and the repercussions of such a stigma on his record which is why I reached out for help. I overshared to the point of pushing his entire family away from him. I just wanted him to get the help that I couldn't help him with. I didn't know what else to do and now have immense guilt and shame for involving his family.
Our BPD got the best of us and we pushed each away before we could be abandoned by the other.
A few weeks ago, I didn't intend to break up with him it just happened. We hadn't filled our cups in over a week. I am the sole income for a household of 5 and full time student at an extremely intense medical manual therapy school and stress was beyond high financially and academically.
That is no excuse.
My ultimate goal is to be cool, calm, and collected 24x7.
There would be many days I would come home to a loving, happy partner and a cooked dinner and clean sink and many days I would come home to a verbal abuser with no dinner and dishes piled high.
I didn't care he didn't work. He helped around the house when asked and even though it was stressful financially I supported his career choices and license accruals and most everything else he expressed a desire to. Except the ones where he wanted to move to another state or country. I should have supported his desires for that looking back and not hold him back. I wanted to go with him. We both eventually would like to move out of the country. I'm working on getting my Italian citizenship right now. He loves my children and encouraged their growth as well. He was actively looking for work every day with ambitions of going to lineman and firefighting school. I was encouraging of him to start in May, that way we could both focus solely on school.
He recently got off all psych meds and shortly after I suspected he had low T. Instead of getting my labs done first I insisted he get his checked out first and he was. Now he's on HCG, working out, meditating, journaling, learning the DBT skills. I have been so proud of him. Our house has mold in it which I found out recently and was most likely contributing to our overall general depression and unideal lab work. My Doctor said it most likely contributed to his low T/low iron as well.
And then we didn't fill our cups. We hadn't cuddled or had physical affection/intimacy in days and I was starved. I played spoiled brat before he left for a weekend trip. I didn't even hug him goodbye. Tension was still high when he returned and instead of reconnecting we cuddled and napped. After awaking there was a miscommunication where he thought I was being rude and undermining (possibly B&W thinking). I didn't think I was but now think maybe it could have been some from my BPD that I was doing subconsciously?
He shutdown and said he hated me and hated living here.
After trying to calm him down and gently console him I opted to grab fast food for the littles and him to reconnect.
He hid in my backyard and again I tried to console him. He wanted his keys and to go (I assumed break up).
I went back in the house and locked the door not knowing when he would return and upon realizing he was locked out he started throwing his cheeseburger and fries everywhere. After working the day before doing 8 hours of physical labor for bill money I was so spent and beyond exhausted I threw the food onto the lawn and said, "I'm breaking up with you!" He asked for his keys and in a panic I asked him to get off my property and he could come back tomorrow. He didn't and slept in my backyard on cardboard instead.
Instead of using DEARMAN I broke up with him.
Instead of being a calm gentle wifey and ask him to please cool off on a walk I reacted.
Instead of opening my loving arms and saying please come in and I'll massage you I acted like my narcissistic mother.
Instead of coming together to support in the time of need for love we disconnected.
Both of our psyche was so fragmented we crashed and burned.
I am remembering all the good times - he seems to focus on the negative times which almost feels like disassociation because a lot of times we both seem to remember differently.
I feel the good aspects of the relationship by far outweighed the negative. I've never connected with another human as I did with him.
We held each other back by trying to control the other in an attempt to go from mono to poly and it was destructive, in our careers and social life by focusing more on the other than ourselves or loved ones, and financially by not instituting clear money boundaries and responsibilities.
We also lifted each other by encouraging massive self-growth and self-care however, and with a fiery passionate love.
We may have been trauma bonding but it felt so real and so connected.
I have been on a self-growth journey my entire life and never have I grown so much in the past 5 years than I have with this man. We were unhealed and angry but we were growing. Our goal was to stand next to each other supporting each other and not restricting the other while communicating effectively.
We were on our way with weekly individual, couples, and even family DBT.
EMDR has been helping process my unresolved trauma and I know it's going to take a while but I'm ready to finally heal from BPD. Dr. K says recovery rate is 91% after 10 years.
I'm ambitious to highly succeed and my goal is 3-5 years.
The hole in my heart hurts too much to ever have to go through this again ​

On a side note - I am definitely running solo for a while and only interested in healing, growing, and hitting my emotional, financial, schooling, and parenting goals. However, I recently logged into an old profile and re-downloaded a dating app that is to make friends and date to test his washed up hag theory.
Immediately my inbox was overflowing with messages from men saying how gorgeous and beautiful I am.
I may need reconstructive tt and breast lift surgery from 175 lb. extreme weight lost but I know I am beautiful both inside and out.
I tried to find validation in my significant other.
A death sentence.

Introduction

It's widely believed that Canada doesn't really need a comprehensive defence policy. However, recent have clearly demonstrated that Ottawa could no longer rely on the status quo, as an open hostile Russia has been completely but an increasingly aggressive China.
While avoiding direct conformation, the Government of Canada is announcing a compressive package of retaliatory measures that are sent to enter into force within the next 12 months. This invokes proportionate reduction in Chinese diplomatic presence in Canada, as well significantly increased stringency of security screening for Chinese companies operating in Canada.
Ottawa continues to stand its ground on the newly announced immigration measures. However, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada has also outlined a package of additional measures. This involve treating all Chinese nationals coming to Canada as de-facto asylum seekers in terms of security screening. While normally IRCC would do their best to cooperate with Chinese state authorises, when conduction background verifications, and security checks, now the Government of Canada shall suspend all current and future requests, as well as refuse to provide any information about Chinese nationals currently present in Canada or applying for Canadian Temporary or Permanent Residence Visas. Additionally, Canada shall cooperate with its allies to allow Chinese national visas in foil-less visas, as well as damaged or expired travel documents, so long an can provide a verifiable copy if their Chinese nationality.
Notably, current applicants for Permanent Residence in Canada will be eligible to apply for a Open Work and Study Permits in case their experiences in China may not be verified, to compensate for the loss of points on foreign experience with additional time in Canada.
Canada is also waiving quota of family reunification applicants for Chinese nationals, as well as removing income eligibility requirements, allowing Chinese nationality to bring their partners, parents, and grandparents, as well as dependents to Canada as temporary or permanent residents.
Additionally, Canada shall immediately declare a Chinese Ambassador Persona Non-Grata, as well as suspend Canadian non-diplomatic representation in China, including emergency evaluation of the IRCC office in Beijing, as well as a "stand-by" order for all Canadian diplomatic staff in China, eyeing possible retaliation by the PRC's government.
Canada shall also introduce major restrictions on Chinese investment into the country, requiring any investment coming from a Chinese national without TRV or PR status in Canada to be reviewed before approval, with identical requirements introduced for Chinese companies - incorporated in China or majority-Chinese owned - investing into Canada, including equity and public debt.
The Government of Canada also issues an "avoid all travel" advisory to Canadian citizens to the People's Republic, as well as its Special Administrative Regions. Global Affairs Canada is currently recruiting private companies for Canadian citizens and Permanent as well Temporary Residents to immediately return home.
Canadian companies are also advised to immediately suspend their operations in China, as well as disengage with their Chinese suppliers and customers for the fear of possible retaliation.

Global Affairs Canada has also advised the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that Canada shall considering introducing "external equivalence" when it comes to China and Russia. Any further escalation from the People's Republic shall be met by gradually increasing economic pressure on China, until the country shall face same resections currently experienced by the Russian Federation.
Canada shall also follow through with the Foreign Influence Registration & Monitoring - a document jointly composed by the Canadian Security & Intelligence Service, and FINTRAC - Canada's anti-laundering watchdog. FIRM aims to provide an open source database of foreign nationals an entities who've been suspected or proven to be interfering with Canadian domestic affairs or have employed illegal instruments to influence Canadian decision-makers. An entity or individual listed under FIRM shall be prohibited from acquiring Canadian assets, as well as using Canadian finical system anywhere in the world. Notably, while FIRM limitations kick in immediately when an entity or an individual entity the list, CSIS and FINTRAC still have to prove their case in court, with restrictions maintained until the court rules otherwise.
However, most importantly, Canada is announcing its desire to join AUKUS following closed negations with Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Under the terms of the brokered deal, Canada becomes an immediate member of the trilateral security agreement, with full access to AUKUS' non-nuclear Pillar II component, to foster greater technological and industrial cooperation. Access to Pillar I - pushing nuclear powered submarines - shall be temporary restricted for 2 years, allowing Canada and the original AUKUS members to negotiate both procurement and technology transfer with Canada.
CAUKUS would also see the Agreement's significant expansion of the agreement, including closer alignment of defence & procurement, as well as increased coordination of export controls and industrial strategy development.

Finance Canada has also declared Canada shall increase its defence spending immediately to exceed the 2 per cent target, with full indexing on unspent funds earmarked preciously.

Areas covered by C-AUKUS

The Agreement is largely focusing on allowing Member States to catch up with third countries in critical technologies, while straightening their existing lead in areas where either individual or combined competency of the Member Sates provides for a competitive advantage.
The agreement covers several technologies deemed to be critical for both national security of future competitiveness.

GENERAL DEFENCE

Autonomous systems - systems that can perform assigned tasks with our the need for human interference that included uncrewed underwater vehicles, industrial robots, as well transpiration units and weapon systems.
Advanced undersea wireless communication - includes equipment and techniques that ensure underseas communication with low error rates across longer distances, that are often used by submarines and autonomous underwater vehicles. Specific technologies include extremely-low frequency (ELF) communications, as well as transmitting antennas, acoustic, laser, and LED communication, and maritime sound analysis.
Adversarial AI & reverse engineering - developing safeguards for excusing AI and neural networks for present their use by adversaries, including using original data clusters and utilising captured analysis techniques.

Hypersonic detection, tracking, and characterisation for glide vehicles, including trajectory projection and early detection, with land, ship, air, and space-based sensors and algorithms for rapid trajectory analysis.
Sonar and acoustic sensors used to identify and locate underseas objects. Applications for sonar and acoustic sensors include monitoring marine wildlife, and threat detection, identification and targeting for defence.

ADVANCED MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING

Additive manufacturing (including 3D printing) - which is manufacturing physical objects by depositing materials layer by layer according to a digital blueprint or 3D model, regardless of their size or metal structures. Applications for additive manufacturing include rapid prototyping and making custom or small quantity components.
Advanced composite materials include new materials created by combining two or more materials with different properties, without dissolving or blending them into each other. Examples include carbon-fibre-reinforced plastics and laminated materials. Applications include vehicle protection, signature reducing materials, construction materials and wind turbine components.
Advanced explosives and energetic materials - materials with large amounts of stored or potential energy that can produce an explosion. Applications for advanced explosives and energetic materials include mining, civil engineering, manufacturing and defence.
Advanced magnets and superconductors - strong permanent magnets that require no or few critical minerals. Applications include scientific research, smartphones, data storage, health care, power generation and electric motors. While superconductors are materials that have no electrical resistance, ideally at room temperature and pressure that create strong magnetic fields, used for medical imaging, transferring electricity without loss, and hardware for quantum computers.
Advanced protection clothing and equipment serve to protect defence, law enforcement and public safety personnel and defence platforms from physical injury and/or chemical or biological hazards. Such as helmets, fire-retardant fabrics, respirators, and body armour.
Continuous flow chemical synthesis produces fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals using continuous-flow processes, rather than batches. Flow chemistry can make chemicals and pharmaceuticals faster, more consistently and with less wast. Applications for continuous flow chemical synthesis include rapid analysis of chemical reactions, and manufacturing industrial chemicals, agrichemicals and pharmaceuticals.
Coatings Substances are substances applied to surfaces to add useful properties like preventing biofouling, repelling water, reducing visibility to radar, enhancing thermal efficiency - for example in hypersonics - and preventing corrosion.
Critical minerals extraction and processing systems and processes to extract and process critical minerals that includes mining, concentrating minerals, and manufacturing battery-grade chemicals.
High-specification machining processes involve cutting and shaping raw materials into precise components using advanced tools such as, lathes, laser cutting, and water jet cutting. Those are used in aerospace manufacturing and other industries for high-grade precise production.
Nanoscale materials and manufacturing nvolve materials with features smaller than 100 nanometers and the technologies used to produce them. Applications include various fields such as pharmaceuticals, wastewater treatment, data storage, communications, semiconductors, carbon dioxide capture, and nanoscale tracking markers for important materials.
Novel meta-materials - new synthetic materials that have properties that do not occur naturally, such as the ability to bend light or radio waves backwards. Applications for novel metamaterials include energy capture and storage, radio antennae, and adaptive camouflage.
Smart materials that have properties that change in response to external pressures, such as shape memory alloys that change shape when heated and self-healing materials. Applications for smart materials include clothing, body armour, building materials and consumer electronics.

AI, COMPUTING, COMMUNICATIONS

Advanced data analytics involves systems, processes, and techniques for analysing large volumes of data (known as 'big data') to extract valuable insights with minimal human involvement. It is used in medical diagnosis, acoustic analytics, regulatory compliance, insurance, climate monitoring, infrastructure forecasting, national security.
Advanced integrated circuit design and fabrication focus on creating complex integrated circuits using process nodes below 10 nanometres. This includes designing systems-on-chip (SoC), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), stacked memory on chip, and specialised microprocessors for the defence industry.
Advanced optical communications utilise light to transfer information over optical fibre, such as air or the vacuum of space. Those employ laser technologies and other means to achieve faster, more reliable, efficient, and energy-efficient information transfer. Applications for advanced optical communications include high-speed Earth satellite communications, short-range visible light communications, narrow-beam laser communications, and multi-gigabit broadband and corporate networks.
Advanced radiofrequency communications (including 5G and 6G) use radio waves to transfer information through free space. They employ novel techniques, advanced antennas, and beamforming technologies to achieve faster, more reliable, efficient, and energy-saving communication. Applications include satellites, cellular networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, sensor networks, connected vehicles, medical devices, and public safety services.
Artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and hardware accelerators perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as virtual assistants, process automation, virtual and augmented reality, creating realistic video game environments and characters, public transport planning and optimisation, crop and livestock management, and defence. AI hardware accelerators are specialised computer hardware designed to run optimised AI algorithms in smartphones, portable virtual and augmented reality systems, and low-power internet of things (IoT) sensors.
Distributed ledgers are systems that record transactions, contracts, across multiple systems or locations. They eliminate the need for a central authority, making transactions and records more secure against cyber-attacks and fraud. Blockchain is an example of a distributed ledger, and Bitcoin uses it for financial transactions. Applications for distributed ledgers include cryptocurrencies, supply chain verification, product provenance and emissions monitoring, tracking recyclable content, land records, and share trading.
High performance computing refers to computer systems such as supercomputers, that are significantly more powerful than consumer devices such as desktops and laptops that excel at processing large amounts of data and performing complex calculations that are beyond the capabilities of other devices, used in areas such as climate modelling, computational chemistry, and high-quality computer graphics for film and television.
Machine learning that included neural networks and deep learning. Applications for machine learning include computer vision, facial recognition, cybersecurity, media creation, virtual and augmented reality systems, media manipulation (e.g. deepfakes), content recommendation systems, and search engines.
Natural language processing includes speech and text recognition and analysis, refers to systems that enable computers to recognise, understand, and use written and/or spoken language in a manner similar to human communication. NLP is a branch of artificial intelligence. Applications for NLP include predictive text, language translation, virtual assistants and chatbots, summarizing lengthy documents, sentiment analysis, and enhancing the accessibility and inclusivity of technologies.
Protective cyber security include, algorithms and hardware that are designed to enable a cyber security enhancement. Applications of those technologies include but are not limited to: operational technology security, authentication infrastructures, protection of aggregated data sets, protection of AI systems and supply chain security.

LIFE SCIENCES & HEALTHCARE

Biological manufacturing uses living cells to make useful chemicals or materials, especially in the pharmaceutical sector with fermentation products, biologic medicines such as antibodies and enzyme replacement therapies, and enzymes for environmental remediation and recycling plastics.
Synthetic biology creates biological systems and devices that have useful functions not found in nature. Applications for synthetic biology include creating microorganisms that can clean-up environmental pollutants and recycle plastics, manufacturing animal-free meat and dairy products, and biological computers.
Vaccines and medical countermeasures refer to technologies that allow quickly develop and manufacture vaccines, drugs, biologic products and devices used to diagnose and treat emerging infectious diseases and medical conditions caused by exposure to harmful chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear substances. Applications for vaccines and medical countermeasures include public health emergencies, industrial accidents and defence.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Biofuels include fuels produced from biological or organic sources. Examples include biogas and biodiesel derived from plant biomass, and bioethanol from crops such as corn and sugar cane.
Directed energy technologies transfer energy between two points in free space. Applications for directed energy technologies include powering consumer electronics, recharging electric vehicles, powering aerial drones, ground-space energy transfer, wireless sensor networks and internet of things devices, and advanced weapons.
Electric batteries utilise various materials and chemistries (e.g. lithium-ion (Li-ion), nickel metal hydride battery (Ni-MH)) and form factors (e.g. flow batteries for stationary grid storage, polymer electrolytes for vehicles and personal devices). Applications for electric batteries include electrified road and air transport, smartphones and personal electronic devices, medical devices and grid energy storage.
Green, Blue hydrogen and ammonia involve production, storage, distribution and use of hydrogen (H2) and ammonia (NH3) for heat and electricity generation. Hydrogen and ammonia are potential low or zero emission, zero-carbon alternatives to fossil fuels and electric batteries. Applications for hydrogen and ammonia include energy storage and as a fuel source for aviation and marine transport, long distance road transport and heating.
Nuclear energy, including cost-saving nuclear technologies and Small Modular Reactors. Applications include energy production for self-contained and/or remote uses, such as space travel, submarines, scientific research and medical isotope production.
Nuclear waste management aims safely dispose of, or reuse or reprocess radioactive waste products from medical, industrial and research practices, i.e. converting radioactive liquid waste into synthetic rock to minimise leeching, and reprocessing spent radioactive fuel for use in long-life, low-power batteries. Applications include environmental protection and extending the useful life of nuclear material.
Photovoltaics convert solar energy into electricity using layers of semiconductor materials. Applications for photovoltaics include low-emissions power stations, rooftop solar power, spacecraft and personal electronics.
Supercapacitors can store large amounts of energy in small volumes. Supercapacitors store less energy and for shorter durations than rechargeable batteries, but can accumulate and deliver charge much faster than rechargeable batteries, and tolerate many more charge and discharge cycles than rechargeable batteries before performance degrades. Applications for supercapacitors include regenerative braking, smartphones and personal electronic devices, grid energy storage and defence.

QUANTUM & AI

Post-quantum cryptography is based on mathematical techniques for ensuring that information stays private, authentic, while resisting attacks by both quantum and non-quantum computers. The leading application for post-quantum cryptography is securing online communications against attacks using quantum computers. Because quantum computers can efficiently solve the ‘hard’ mathematical problems we currently rely on to protect online communications.
Quantum communications (including quantum key distribution) allow to communicate quantum information at a distance, including cryptographic keys. Applications for quantum communications include transferring information between quantum computers and sharing cryptographic keys (which are like secret passwords) between distant people in a way that means it is impossible for anyone else to copy.
Quantum computing deploys algorithms that depend directly on quantum mechanical properties and effects to perform computations to solve particular types of problems much faster than existing computers, including problems that are not practical to solve using even the most powerful classical computers imaginable. Applications for quantum computing accurately simulating chemical and biological processes, revealing secret communications, machine learning and efficiently optimising very complex systems.
Quantum sensors utilise quantum mechanical properties and effects for high precision and high sensitivity measurements. Applications for quantum sensors include enhanced imaging, passive navigation, remote sensing, quantum radar, and threat detection for defence.
Photonic sensors use light to detect changes in the environment or in materials. Applications for photonic sensors are broad, ranging from mainstream photography, through to sensors for environments where electrical or chemical based sensors are impractical or unreliable, such as laser based gas sensors to detect explosive materials or flexible photonic sensors embedded inside the human body to monitor bodily processes.

SPACE, ROBOTICS, TRANSPORTATION

Advanced aircraft engines (including hypersonics) enable greater speed, range, and fuel-efficiency for aerial vehicles. Examples include hypersonic technologies such as ramjet and scramjet engines that allow aircraft and weapons to travel beyond Mach 5.
Advanced robotics are capable of performing complex manual tasks usually performed by humans, including by teaming with humans and/or self-assembling to adapt to new or changed environments, such as industry and manufacturing, defence and public safety, and healthcare and household tasks.
Civil autonomous systems technologies deliver machines that can independently perform tasks under limited direction or guidance by a human operator in passenger and freight transport, un crewed underwater vehicles, industrial robots, public safety and defence.
Drones, swarming and collaborative robots cover air, ground, surface and underwater vehicles and robots that can achieve goals with limited or no human direction, or collaborate to achieve common goals in a self-organising swarm. Applications for drones, swarming and collaborative robots include public safety, environmental monitoring, agriculture, logistics, and defence.
Small satellites are relatively low mass and size, usually mass under 500 kg and no larger than a domestic refrigerator or washing machine. Applications for small satellites include lower-cost earth observation constellations and wide area communications networks.
Space launch systems (including launch vehicles and supporting infrastructure) that are used transport payloads—such as satellites or spacecraft—from the surface of the Earth to space safely, reliably and cost-effectively. CHALLENGE-BASED INDUSTRIAL COOPERATION

However, some projects may not fall directly within the areas covered by the agreement, thus narrowing the impact of the deal. To ensure the funding streams remain available for the broader array of private and public sector actors, allowing preferential treatment of projects aimed to addressing shared concerns, even if formally falling outside of the scope of original agreement.

• Net Zero Stream - supports reproach, commercialisation, and diffusion for projects that may not necessarily develop new technologies, however result in sizeable reductions on greenhouse emissions, such as CO2 or methane.
• General Competition Consideration commits national governments to maintaining a more diverse of suppliers within the Alliance. This includes providing preferential treatment for procurement and business assistance programmes to companies to preserve more competitive domestic market or reduce market concentration.
• Critical Supply De-Risking mandates mandates governments to use subsidies, defence procurement, and other incentives to nurture within-the-block capacity to compete and effectively replace potentially risky suppliers, in areas that the government deems critical for national security, so long it remains in line with general non-discrimination treatment of supplies from other Member States. By Suppler Chain De-Risking applies to all industries covered by the agreement, as well as industrial equipment, intellectual property, food production, and healthcare.

Forging Closer Alignment

HARMONISED EXPORT CONTROLS REGIME

Since the agreement covers highly sensitive technologies and contains provisions pertaining to vital public services that may require export controls, the Member Sates agree to fully align their respective regimes. This necessaries a common information-sharing network between national security on trade bodies, with real-time flow of data and maximum transparency. Thus, no party shall grant and export permit to a legal entity for a product, asset - such as intellectual property - or service that have been explicitly denied a similar permit by another Member State, unless otherwise agreed by the parties concerned. All participating jurisdictions also oblige to notify all other Member Sates when issuing export permits, and suspending previously issued authorisations upon a request from another member country for further examination.
With a fully aligned exports regime, signature parties agree to suspend all limitations - unless otherwise agreed - for legal entities that may require a permit for a non third country, focusing on monitoring and sharing information about enemies, assets, products, and services concerned. Proper alignment also allows for for implied exchanges in human and intellectual capital, as well as accumulated expertise in the private sector across the Member Sate companies.
Notably, the export control alignment also applies to the movement of talent across Member States, committing national governments to maintaining a shared regime on both screening of potential human assets, as well as placing restrictions on the movement of potential persons or groups of interest.
This clause largely aims to alleging Member Countries with the United States' ban on American citizens working for Chinese semiconductor enterprises, while also helping member states to identify potential persons of interest in third countries.

PROCUREMENT COOPERATION

Despite committing to non-discrimination of foreign companies when it comes to public procurement, both Canada, the United Sates, and the United Kingdom have actively shilled their defence procurement and other sectors deemed important for national security.
However, as all Member States more closely align their export control regimes, the agreement also aims to level the playing filed, which would mainly intel accessing defence contracts and military procurement. Firstly, brings the principle of certification equivalence into play: a company that has obtained security clearance to participate in a defence or critical procurement project in one Member State can use that certificate for bids in all other countries, thus avoiding unnecessary duplication. Other member states however retain the right to request additional clearance or for the company to re-apply under their restive national procedure if the nature of the project involves is more sensitive, focuses on the field the company has not had clearance for, or if there's a reason to believe that company may pose higher security risk in different member state.
The parties also commit to prioritise applications and bids from Small & Medium Sized companies, and jointly support a diverse set of military contractors in every country through joint programmes and cross-border financing. The agreement also obliges defence procurement agencies to expelling security clearance and give the first priority to SMEs, defined as companies with less than 500 employees. National procurement agencies also commit to facilitating innovation delusion across the Member States, including through explicit authorisation for information and technology, as well as human capital sharing, among bidders for contracts.
All Member Sates also commit to facilitate scale-up funding and intellectual property acquisition when it comes to business assistance. Thus, national investment authorities, such as the British Business Bank, US Small Business Administration, Canada Growth Fund, and other business assistance bodies shall treat public investment projects into other Member States on par with their domestic markets, including equal access for companies operating in signature jurisdictions. The agreement also specifically outlines cooperation between the Advanced Research & Innovation Canada, the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency in the United States, and Advanced Research and Invention Agency in the UK through permitting liberalised flow of human capital, intellectual property, and financial recourses, while committing those agencies to treating projects across member nations equally to their own domestic market.
The agreement also commits Member States at spend at least 5 per cent of their GDP on innovation policy, through public and defence procurement, business assistance, and tex credits.

R&D FRIEND-SHORING & SHARING

The proposal includes much closer cooperation between the parties when it comes to friend-shoring R&D, and reducing the block's dependence on both foreign expertise and technology. This would see Member Sates granting automatic domestic student status to anyone who is pursuing postgraduate eduction in one or more countries of the block, including the right to work in their field upon graduation in any member country, on the reciprocal basis. The Member Countries take it upon themselves to provide reciprocal access to postgraduate eduction and employment that is equivalent to that of their domestic students to anyone who has received their undergraduate eduction another member state, unless precluded by security concerns.
Additionally, each Member State shall mandate a certain percentage of their post-secondary support to be allocated for a new type of Partnership Scholarships & Grants. PSGs allow to for preferential treatment of research projects that are being conducted by individuals from several Member States jointly, including guaranteed full reimbursement of the research-affiliated costs and support for the cost of living. The programme also provides for funding whenever a postgraduate student decides to complete their eduction or research in more than one Member State. Notably, the programme also provides funding for research internships for current students and graduates, so long the internship takes place either with a company that operates outside of a Member State but remains incorporated within the alliance, or requires travelling to a different Member Sate, with respective costs covered by PSGs. Reattach institutions and private employers are free to apply for funding that shall cover up to 100 per cent of the cost of those kinds of internship, so long they hire a postgraduate student graduating from a Member Country, with the pay grade above the national poverty line. Employment authorisation requirements shall also be waived.
All signatories also guarantee an "immigration backstop" procedure, allowing those who participated in PSGs to obtain the right to remain in at least one the countries of the member states permanently.
PSGs also provide for the "domestic treatment" of research projects across Member Sates, allowing both individuals and research institutions seek funding through the Partnership Scholarships and Grants as well as other public funding channels. The agreement however, explicitly guarantees both researchers and institutions the right to be treated as domestic entries when submitting their applications regardless of which Member Sate they primary reside in.

SHARED INTELLIGENCE CAPABILITIES

The deal provides for a joint Technology Intelligence & Assessment Centre to be launched by Member States as own standalone institution dedicated to monitoring critical technology development in third countries. TIAC also focuses on developing new intelligence capabilities when it comes to assessing third countries' innovation capabilities, including their capacity for monopolising critical technology fields, as well as the potential for engaging into technological espionage. The Centre is tasked with not only developing offensive capabilities, but also boosting the Member States' ability to detect and remove potential vulnerabilities in critical supply chains and R&D.
The proposal also allows for a more structured approach to communication with the public, through Member Sates agencies directly learning from each other's engagement startles and communicating with both the private sector and individuals on the importance of critical technologies and assets. While also promoting open-source intelligence sharing through joint analytical programmes and cross-departmental collaboration.

Impact on Domestic Politics

Canadian federal politics have been fairly polarised recently, especially following the Liberals' third in the row victory without winning majority in the popular vote. Initial in-action of there government has cause further sliding in Liberal approval ratings, as Canada aimed to secretly negative its entry in AUKUS.

Been playing this Medium to low pop for 4 days now and anytime you set foot in cherno you get sprayed by AKs and sniper fire. I decided to investigate and found they live in apartments and there is around 6 people that I know of.

Both in a live in relationship since 2 years. It started off initially where I was paying everything - rent, utilities, groceries, etc. Then we moved to another bit pricey apartment and I asked if she is willing to contribute in the rent, like about 30%. For 6 months during this period in New house, she was jobless, I got layoff 2 months after house purchase and was able to secure a new job in next 2 month's. She recently got a new job as well. I paid everything since last 6 months, and we both distributed household work. Although I can confirm, she probably cooked 20 to 30% more for us than I did during this period. Also, since we are not married yet, I did not include her name on the property, as I wanted to do that after we get married, as we both have had failed marriages in the past, and am wary of any legal problems arising if our relationship for any reason dosent work out. She is not very happy about this, and in her defense she has contributed 30% down payment, which I have kept untouched in my savings account. Now after we both recently got our new jobs, I decided to revisit our household budget discussions with her and showed her our monthly bills, groceries, gas etc. Since her income is less than me, I suggested she can contribute 40% and I takeover 60%. This is going to be a long post so yeah I hate how my life has been going up to this point, i wont disclose anything but yes am a teenager, up until this point, I feel like i have completely wasted my teenage years and overall life. There are many things things to list off but def the one i hate the most is how I have been unable to make any real friends, I can count with one hand the times i have hang out with people, is really depressing everytime I think about it, everyone seems to be living their best life, they are always hanging out with each others partying, playing, watching movies or doing literally anything together, i for whatever reason have never had any of those things and I am aware that for adults it may sound trivial and pointless, thatthere are many more opportunites to make friends and that theres more to life than that but at my age its just suck that i havent experienced all those things that maybe considered normal for most people. I have to say that am not one of those people who is always alone at school, its actually the opposite i am always talking to people in school but thats the problem I am just a "school friend" people never go out of their way to even try to talk to me out of school, only thing people ever do is ask me for my homework, I wish i was joking but its have been like that since forever. When school ends no one contacts me or ask how I am it sucks. And yes I know why dont I contact then but the whole point is am always the one who has to initiate the conversation because no one tries to talk to me.

I have improve in some ways that in the past would have drag me down, but i have developed big ego and low self esteem. I am aware i dont have the worst life there could possibly be but at my eyes its awful. When it comes to my parents there are few things i can complain about, maybe the fact they have never let me go out on my own but not even a single time, i am able to go to parties am invited which is almost never but the ones that am invited, i can only stay until certain hour otherwise they come and pick me up to go back home. I get it, they are worried about me and dont want me going to sketchy places past midnight but the thing is they wont even let me hangout with my cousins. Its better now that am older but I still cant go out on my own. My mom wont let me get any haircut i want, I had the same haircut since forever am not joking, its yk the typical good kid haircut, like am terrified of asking for things cuz i dont know what reactions they will have. I would like some earring in the future but knowing my parents they are going to be against it. Honestly I could make this post much longer but theres still one more thing I hate about myself and is how am unable to become good at things. I dont know when it started maybe is because am a good student, grades and all that shit, i have always been above average but thats at the cost of my mental health i get all stress if i dont get the best possible grade, my mom even says thats its ok if i need to rest and take break but am unable to to that. I need to be better than everyone else at school i like the satisfaction of having better grades than my classmates i like the fake feeling of superiority that comes with that and I say fake because all that comes with a lot of effort, since am not gifted genius i just try really hard. But thats the problem it since that is the only thing i can try really hard at and be good at it. I have always had the complex of sucking at sports, i love watching them futbol, nba and tennis are the mains one, but when it comes to playing i suck at all of them, am decent at tennis but get i destroyed by people younger than me on a daily basis and it takes away all my motivation to keep playing. And so i suck at training my body aswell, I am super weak i can barely do push ups, i cant do any pull ups, and i hate it, am 6'0 am not fat or anything but i would lo like to have muscles and be bigger i envy people with those dream physiques i dont want a bodybuilder physique i just want something i can look at myself in the mirror and be proud of it, i am so fucking skinny. This type of grade change is common among High School students. This is done through the use of school transcript. Fake transcripts are created manually to temporarily change grades. The transcript is first scanned into pdf and may thereafter be further converted to images so as to be easily worked upon with Photoshop software. Know that this method of changing grades will not reflect on the school portal. You cannot use these results legally anywhere. It is only used for bragging purposes.
Permanent Grade Change
Permanent Grade Change entails hacking the school server system, firewall and the necessary LMS software installed in the school web interface. This type of grade change is therefore best done by experts and professionals in the hacking world.

Unless they get a new and talented writer on the line hoping he doesn’t get flanderized I don’t see any reason to keep waiting and reading. In the past few days since # 26 I’ve had an epiphany.
I will say this I wasn't really that interested in spider man comics or anything spider man related I was mainly a Batman fan at the time but when I got older, I started to warm up to these stories. Some of these moments I'll admit I learned from the movies. The night Gwen Stacy died I learned from Amazing Spider Man 2, Spider man no more I learned from spider man 2 along with Doc Ock, Venom I learned from Spider man 3 (as a matter of fact I learned about a lot of villains from spider man 3 and the game) and so on and so forth.
As I kept reading a lot of the modern spider man stories, I slowly started to realize that I haven't enjoyed any of them. The closest elements that I liked were in Nick Spencer's run which brought Peter and MJ back together introduced new elements some of which have survived and retconned one of the most infamous stories in Sins Past. But even with all of that I still felt dissatisfied with the end result because I feel like Spencer was trying to retcon another story in the form of OMD, but the marvel executives just couldn't except it. Now we have this new volume and there keeping to the same formula because it's been a pain to get through.
I will say though there were some things I liked about it

1. It's nice seeing Peter and Felicia together again I honestly think its one of the more underrated comic book couples even if it didn't last
   
2. It finally felt rewarding for me to finally see what Tombstone is capable of cause the best I know him is the Spectacular Spider man animated show, so it was really exciting for me to finally see a story involving him.
   
3. It's probably the most interesting I've seen Norman Osborn in something since the Raimi movies and No way home like he's trying to atone for his past, but the goblin keeps haunting him and I feel like it's a perfected version of what No way home was trying to do.
   
4. Honestly the one heartfelt moment that landed for me was Peter being reunited with Gwen Stacy in Issue 10. Despite how short it lasted hearing those two confess their love for each other really got to me. It reminded me of a time when people actually cared about the characters they were writing.
   
5. Even though it was poorly handled I like the arc that it has for Peter himself on paper. I think this was in Kings Ransom but the reason why other marvel heroes don't trust him is because he doesn't usually contact him about situations or fully tell them what is going on, and I like that Peter learns he needs to be more open to people.
   

Now there a lot of things that pissed me off about this but the biggest one and a lot of people think the same thing about this is that I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THESE ISSUES LYING TO ME BECAUSE THERE MAKING IT LOOK LIKE THAT PETER IS FINALLY GOING TO MATURE AS A PERSON LET GO OF THE PAST START MOVING FORWARD AND BEING ENGAGED TO MARY JANE. NOW TELL ME IF YOU'VE HEARD THIS STORY BEFORE. A MAGICAL DEMON PLACES A CURSE ON SPIDERMAN AND MARY JANE AND THEN FORCES THE TWO TO BE APART IN ORDER TO SAVE LIVES. NOW I KNOW THAT IS WILD LIKE YOU'VE NEVER HEARD THAT STORY BEFORE BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE LIKE HEY LETS DO THIS MAN AND I AM SICK TO GOD DAMN DEATH OF IT
LIKE WHY DO EDITORIALS THINK THAT PETER BEING MISERABLE IS WHAT MAKES HIM RELATABLE? WITH EACH AND EVERY NEW VOLUME HE GETS WORSE AND DUMBER AND WEAKER AND YOU ARE JUST STUCK WITH THIS UNBEARABLE MAN CHILD AT THE VERY LEAST YOU SHOULD GIVE HIM SOME SENSE OF CLOSURE AND SOME SORT OF HAPPINESS. YOU HAVE THE UNIVERSE TO PLAY WITH AND INSTEAD YOU BRING BACK TO THE SAME STARTING POINT. I will admit though it was kind of fun bad. Reading all of these negative comments on YouTube or here its a little bit so bad its good I want to say the first few issues I was kind of laughing at how terrible it was. Then once they get to the mystery revelation that's where I started to get pissed off.
And heres the thing as the series kept on going my opinion mattered less because I was running out of things to say mostly because the series itself was running out of things to say. I realized that for years they've done the same thing to us spider man fans over and over again And...and after a while what am I supposed to say? "Oh! That happened again!" "That happened again!" There's no variety! As the issues kept on going and going I got more and more angry because I just didn't have much energy left. What was I supposed to say to this lazily written, creatively empty franchise? Zeb Wells himself came out saying "I can tease that many people will be very mad at me. I can tease that [editor Nick Lowe] told me not to do any comic conventions after this issue comes out," Wells told The Popverse. "People will be upset." With Lowe laughing about it which is pretty much the equivalent of you can complain about it all you want, but you'll still go read it. I don't wanna give money to that idea, the idea that someone can just keep putting out the exact same crap, but we're too conditioned to break away.
I for one have the luxury of being an innocent human being that doesn't have to read or watch superhero media every week I only read and watch things that I feel like are worth talking about. Whether good or bad, they actually have some relevance, they can have some meaning, they can have something we can learn from. But honestly, I feel like I've gone on all I can with this series. It's just constant repeat with little to nothing added. I want to push for more original and challenging material. I don't want to keep supporting this shit like he predicted I would. and it's not just happening with spiderman comics either. Marvel has been kind of on a downward spiral with their cinematic universe projects being rushed out or catering to certain groups pushing their agenda of "The message" and who knows maybe the same thing is happening with other characters across Earth-616.
As a matter of fact the entire entertainment industry has been going on and on lately about how their shitty SJW projects aren't making that much money not because there shitty SJW projects but because there's something wrong with us! No! There's something wrong with you! YOU KEEP DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHILE INSULTING A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF US AND WE NEED MORE RISKS AND NEW STUFF! But this series, for whatever reason, is never affected. They always make tons and tons of money
And here's the thing: if you like this, fine. You can't help what you like. hell, I enjoyed the first story arc in this volume despite it not solving anything. But with so many films, Tv shows, and books repeating the same thing over and over and those properties not doing as well as the studios want Remember this, you have the right to demand better. You have a right to say, "If I'm gonna see something I'm already familiar with, I can at least demand to see something new with it." You can be fine with the same old crap, but you can demand smarter and more exciting crap. We all have that fast food McDonald's garbage that we eat, but even McDonald's puts out a new sandwich every once in a while. You don't have to eatshitty cheeseburger over and over and over. You can demand a new sauce, meal, and even restraunt. I'm a fan. I want to talk about what I see as opposed to what I don't see. But the one thing I want you to take away from this, whether I'm right about most of this stuff or not, is that if you're not going to demand something good, you can at least demand something new.

Hey guys,
I am the breadwinner in my relationship. I earn 80% of our income, his family maintains him and he adds up 20% to summed gain. He is still studying and now plans to continue for 2 more years...
I pay for rent, the leash on the apartment, everything in it, groceries, take him out to dinner, and our vacations.
He pays for internet, water, and electricity; even this month, I had to add 50€ to it.
It has been this way for 1 1/2 years now. I have communicated that I feel used and that the whole situation feels very unfair to me and that I wished he would help me out at least with housework, which he doesn't do either. Of 13 tasks, I do 7 alone, we share 5 (with me doing a bigger part) and he does 1 alone, which is taking out the trash.
Today I lost it because in 1 1/2 years he was unwilling to find a compromise. Every time I complain about the housework he doesn't do he gets defensive and starts nitpicking everything I have done and criticizing the way I do housework. I asked him to mop the floor. While I put on 2 washing machines, hung up the clothes, did the dishes, used the vacuum, cleaned every room, and cooked, he did the bathroom, which was a task he had due for 3 weeks now. He didn't mop the floor. It ended in a big argument and I feel like shit now.
He won't recognize that he is making me feel bad. He won't change or adapt his behavior. I feel heartbroken and don't know what to do. I feel like a failure for not being able to fix this. We had a Europe trip planned and I prebooked and paid for everything already... I don't know...

Putting this here mostly as a vent/cry for support, but also looking for advice if anyone has any. Figured y'all would be a better audience than any of the monogamous subreddits. Tldr at the end.
Husband (29) and I (32) have been together 6 years, married for 3. Both have fairly bad ADHD (I'm medicated, he's not). We started off poly as nonprimary partners then through various life circumstances fell into being effectively-monogamous nesting partners. We've been fully poly again for the last ~9 months and I've been leaning more towards RA (though I know that's tricky with being married - the philosophy just resonates with me). We each have one non-romantic partner that means a lot to us as well as a few FWB type of connections.
The good: We joke around a lot and stay silly. We have similar goals around life stages, finances, kids, etc. We don't share any hobbies really, but are super supportive of each other's goals. He's followed me across the country TWICE so I could pursue career opportunities. I make 4x as much as he does so in the few times where he's had a super toxic job he's been able to just quit without something lined up and I'm happy to make that happen. He dropped everything to hike the Appalachian Trail last year and I loved being able to help his dream come true. He's great with my terrible family and will surprise me with flowers and corn dogs occasionally. We do parallel poly but we're both very supportive of each other's connections.
The less good: He's been dealing with crisis after crisis for years now, meaning I've been picking up the slack and I am reaching a breaking point. He was in a miserable toxic job for a good chunk of 2021, which led to me sitting him down and saying, "you need to make a change because this is making us BOTH miserable". He quit then found something better, then got on meds for his OCD, so things were improving again for ~4 months until he left for the Appalachian Trail.
While on trail, the relationship was very one sided despite being able to text almost every day. His OCD got better as his meds got into his system (needed less constant reassurance, etc) but his perspective became extremely narrow-focused. If it wasn't about food or mileage or the next rest day (or sexting), it was really hard to get him engaged. Many of my comments about my day wouldn't get a response or reaction of any kind.
We agreed to stay monogamous during this time (one major life change at a time, please) but ONE WEEK IN he started telling me about this girl he was developing a crush on and I had to be like "dude not cool - talk this out with a friend first, not your lonely wife". He did apologize and things there were fine in the end.
I went hard on hobbies and work and built a great friend group, but I was also dealing with an elderly dog who was getting sick, as well as caring for two reptiles, and fixing up the entire new apartment we moved into 2 months before he left. March-June was also the 5 year anniversary of my first husband getting sick and dying, so I was not in the best mental space.
We went back and forth on how he could make me feel cared for, and in the end he sent me occasional photos and letters, as well as several pairs of earrings (that I LOVE) that he found on the way. It wasn't enough but I leaned on my friends and put a lot of effort into myself. As for me, I was mailing resupply boxes for him, checking the weather when his service was bad, coordinating with his mother about his grandma's funeral, etc. I drove down from MA to VA so we could be together for my birthday (which was a very good weekend). Once he got closer to New England I brought him stuff more frequently. I drove 2 hours up to New Hampshire to bring him a sleeping bag one night a sudden cold snap came through.
When he finished, we knew it would be bittersweet and strange to reintegrate. He had a job he liked waiting for him, and a month before he had to go back. We had to put down our dog which hurt terribly for both of us. My work sent me to Europe for 2 weeks and he was able to come along as a bit of a honeymoon-we-never-got-thanks-covid. We were having a LOT of sex and things seemed really good.
A couple months in, we're back to being poly and it's going ok (normal mistakes like going too hard on NRE but nothing that upset our partnership). Management at his job changes and makes things really shitty at the same time two of his new relationships break up in a nasty way, kick-starting some already lurking post-trail depression. I suggest for him to get therapy. He does not. We do get a new puppy and he's wonderful but boy oh boy we did not anticipate the sleep disruption.
My own mental health starts declining as I get 4 major illnesses back to back, sleep dep accumulates, and my grief season (March-June) coincides with my other partner telling me he doesn't reciprocate my feelings. (I brought it up as a check in before I got too deep so I could recalibrate if needed, but it still hurt.) I start checking out of work because I'm exhausted and corporate changes mean my efforts go nowhere, and I realized that I can do ~3 hours of work every day and my boss is still happy enough to give me a promotion. It's very cushy but does not help my mental health when I WANT to be engaged in my work.
Somewhere in this time, my husband gets upset at the declining intimacy (0-2 times a week vs almost every day) between us, especially as I'm still going on dates, and during an argument says I'm more difficult to please than his other partners and "I'm not gonna say I'm disgusted by the thought of sex with you BUT..." I later told him he was never allowed to speak to me like that again and he apologized but it came with "you know I didn't mean it." A recurring argument is that I'm hurt when he makes little to no effort to comfort me when I'm sad, and it recently came out that he feels criticized and like he can't do anything right. I probably am pushing him too much because I just want him to step up.
Another recurring argument has been anal. I have health issues that make it not a good idea most of the time, and after he kept pushing for it I made a rule that I will bring it up if and when it's on the table. Even then he would sometimes ask but since we started seeing other people again, it's been a non-issue until recently when I said, "yeah let's do it" and he went straight from using a small plug (good, enjoyable) to lining up his not-small dick at my ass and I had to say, "what makes you think that's ok??" Response was "idk you seemed into it"
Recently he HAS started seeing a short term "goals oriented" counselor every other week, and he's now in a job that he loves (selling fancy mountain bikes, which is ALL he wants to talk about), but I'm realizing I don't trust him to take care of my emotional well-being on top of me being the one taking care of most of the day to day stuff. For my birthday recently he did take me out to dinner (yay!) but when it came to my gift (I specifically asked for canvas frames to display my artwork) he didn't do the slightest bit of research, the place he thought to take me to was closed on the day, and ended up scrambling after I said I was upset and got me Broadway tickets instead (appreciated and I'm excited but what about the frames I wanted??)
I manage all the bills and finances. I keep track of the puppy's meds schedule. Neither of us are great about chores but I do 90% of the cooking now (when it used to be a shared passion) and 90% of the dishes. He will do the laundry (not fold it though, or check tags for care instructions) and he occasionally walks the dog. Anything that requires leg work is my job. I got the pup into daycare. I found us a couples therapist (starts in a week). I'll make him lunch semi regularly because he runs out of time in the morning. Instead of leaving 20 minutes early to drop a poop sample at the vet on his way to work, he asks me to take 50 minutes out of my day to do it instead. He almost overdrafted our SAVINGS account because he hasn't kept tabs on his cards -- even though he's sitting on $30k in his checking account from his grandma's inheritance (which I've asked him to deposit repeatedly).
We're both still very sleep deprived (the sick dog is waking us up 2-3 times a night) but I've only just come to the realization that maybe this isn't something I can fix with my own therapy and self care. I love him and I KNOW he cares about me, so I'm hopeful about therapy, but I'm just so fucking tired. My own physical health is starting to get affected so enough is enough. But I don't know what that actually looks like.
TL;DR: quarter-life crisis husband putting in minimal effort as we both deal with our own mental health shit and I have no idea what to do while waiting for couples therapy to do its thing.

After making too many posts in headphoneadvice in the last 6 months I've come to the conclusion that an EDXS will suit my preference as I was looking for "clear like a Grado but with sub". Since I don't have a PC and only an apple dongle it had to also be low ohm. Now the only thing stopping me from buying it is thinking they'll fall apart and I won't have much support. $600 CAD is a lot for me. I baby my grados. What exactly is faulty, the "drivers"? Should I buy these and return within 30 days or can I expect them to last ten years with proper care if they'll last the initial 30 days?

WHY Does Everyone Have To POOP, or gets DIARRHEA or their STOMACHS GET UPSET every time they enter my apartment?? Its like their metabolism speeds up or something from something in my environment. Its literally EVERYONE and EVERY TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS. They ALL make a comment about it while being in here and sometimes people make a comment about the deep humming (which we usually brush off, and say its the AC or ventilation.)
I AM a TI! I do not have V2k but definitely Remote Neural Monitoring. Almost EVERY joint, muscle, tendon and bone in my body HURTS and has frozen stiff/fused in someway. It HAS DISABLED ME.. Seems when i moved into this apartment things got much worse and i noticed a lot of your "investigation" phase type activities around this low income apt complex in SE Michigan.
