Bars, clubs, beaches, museums, food recommendations and plans are always great. We love to party, but also want to sightsee and visit some cultural things and famous landmarks/monuments in the city. Single as well so open to seeing how it goes between us :)
Also, I’m a Barca fan, so if you can hook me up with an El Clasico ticket I’ll be eternally grateful.

Hi, I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about this situation but the apartment complex I live in has a decent gym. A rack, multiple bars and bar sizes, plates and weights for all of those bars in every increment, a ok piece of multi exercise home gym equipment and some other stuff....Or it did, right before the last owner stole it all.
I know that this equipment was stolen and was not part of the contract selling my complex to it's new owners. However, despite sending them a detailed list of equipment that's missing nearly a year ago and a couple extra emails, nothing has been done. As is stands, you can only workout if you work in very specific weight ranges or just want to do cardio. I feel like the amenity I was originally paying for barely exists anymore. Is there anything I can do?

I'm Italian and I live in Italy. I have a co-worker (F, 44ish years old) who's keep getting bigger. She's now in the obese range and I'm really concerned. She wants to lose weight, but She keeps eating a TON of granola bars, high fiber "fette biscottate" (some kind of high fiber cookies), crackers and other "diet" snacks during the day and keep buying slimming teas but she obviously don't lose any weight. she doesn't want to count her calories and frankly I don't even think she knows t how to do it. She doesn't do any exercise apart from "going to walk" with a friend of hers 1 time a week for a couple of hours. She only do it once a week because of her sore feet. She suffered from endometriosis but she doesn't keep it in check despite the fact here in Italy the healthcare is pretty cheap. What can I do? I really would like to help her losing weight, but each time I mention diet and exercise she became bitter and reply: "but I already do it, this morning I only eat a granola bar, two fette biscottate and I'm drinking the slimming tea!". She wants to lose weight because she feels pain in the knee joints and lower back, but today even her belly hurts and no, she refuse to go to the doctor. What can I do? Is there any way that I can convince her to go to a dietician? I really care about her.

I took a break from mushrooms for a while because I simply forgot to use them, lol.
I had a few bars left and decided it would be a shame for them to go to waste, so I ate one yesterday. Man it felt like a mental vacation from myself. I'm dealing with a breakup and I was sad and hurt, but today I feel proud of myself for making the touch choice to prioritize myself and end things with a man who wasn't meeting my needs.
They helped me process my feelings in a calm, meditative, mature way. Instead of the negative headspace I was in.
I feel excited about dating another man who will meet my needs. I'm already reflecting on my old gym crush from my other job. I'm already thinking about him a lot less. I feel so much relief that I got this breakup over with and can finally move onto the next chapter of my life.
randomly.... Last night was the best sleep I've had in weeks. I forgot how nice that "after trip" sleep was. My dreams were vivid and nonsensical as usual. I was a particle floating in the wind looking at stuff and trying to figure out what they were in one of my dreams.
I'm going to go play stardew valley before work :D

Getting Dobinsons Linear 80kg "Heavy Duty" front, 300kg variable rear, currently have an ARB summit bull bar which I weighed and it came out approx 60KG, and thinking about putting a Winch which ways 27kg.. This put its at 87kg, +7kg rekon this will be fine or am I pushing it too much?

I do not use Winaero Tweaker to customize the OS' appearance, nor any software that messes with fonts and this problem reappears several hours after a reboot.

In first year I was sitting at a 7.0 plus and now its around 3.5. Im just starting my third year and so far I'm putting way more effort to attend classes and understand the material.
I'm just wondering if it's still possible to get a 7.0 plus considering that part 3 is with 30% and part 4 is worth 60%.
On another note does your gpa / honours class when you graduate bar you from getting a decent graduate job or prevent you from being able to get a decent internship.
