I moved into my current home 2 years ago and I met my neighbor a few times out in his front yard, and we spoke sparingly as he wasn’t the friendliest person. During those talks I found out he was a park ranger for 27 years and had retired about 10 years ago. He as well as myself lived alone, me due to my wife’s infidelity 7 years ago and we had no kids between us, he was a bachelor and had never had a family due to that. He was pleasant during our talks but very low key and didn’t elaborate on any of the subjects just a quick type of response. I felt that he was not all there, but never could place my finger on what made me feel this way. He spent most of his days and nights in his garage. I could hear his music playing loudly and could always tell when he was in there. He had a van with tinted windows, he rarely drove it during the day but late at night, he would take the van and drive off. I was a night owl and could see him leave from my front window and he would return like 2 to 3 hours later. I found it strange but had no reason to question him. About 6 months went past and he would go out in the van once every few weeks. I had questions but I made up of scenarios in my own head maybe he was going on dates and his date worked during the day, or he was just on a hook up or something. He was 67 when we met, that would make him close to 70 now and hook ups at 70 were just not something I thought he could be doing.
About 3 weeks later I was shocked to see police rushing up to his house with guns drawn. As I stared out my front window as I could see the police take him out of his home with his hands cuffed behind his back. I walked out and spoke with an officer, he explained that there would be a detective to come talk to me shortly and that’s all he could tell me. I stood outside on the sidewalk from across the street. They had his garage door opened and the police were looking through all his belongings. I could see stacks of newspapers and chicken wire all over the place but that was about all. I was just trying to figure out what was going on and that’s when the police detective asked which house I lived in, they said they wanted to speak with me. We went to my house and sat in my living room, he asked if I had ever seen my neighbor ever bring any visitors to his home. I said I worked from home, and he hadn’t had any visitors that I had seen in the past 3 years. He finally told me the story.
Over the past 6 years there were a string of paper mache bodies showing up off trails in the local forest. He was suspected of creating these life size paper mache bodies in various positions and placing them where people using the trail would discover them. The innocent hiker would call the police stating they had just found a dead body. Then the police would arrive in force, it would be just a paper mache body. They were life-like and even had wigs from the Halloween store on them as well as old clothes that he would buy from goodwill stores. He completed the interview and assured me they had yet to find any evidence that he had harmed any real person, but he was having some sort of mental issue. I was embroiled in this because I wanted to know why anyone would want or need to have done something so outrageous. I was sitting in my living room the next day as a taxi dropped him off. I wanted to talk to him but decided to keep my distance.
I checked the court dockets for over a month when his name finally appeared for his court date. I wasn’t going to miss it and because I worked from home at my own pace, I was able to go and sit in on his trial. He was being charged with several counts, littering, being a public nuisance, creating false police reports, mental infliction on the person that discovered the body, and several other to do with the forest and animal rights as some of the paper mache dummies were being eaten by the wildlife, a few had died due to the ingestion of the glue and chicken wire used.
He was sitting at the defendants table and I could see him taking notes and speaking with his attorneys regularly. He finally took the stand and gave his side of why he did this strange thing. I recorded this so I could type it out as it was too strange not to be said in his own words.
“I did make those paper mache bodies and I was trying to let others feel as I did almost 30 years ago. When I found a dead body while on patrol of those trails, It was so enlightening for me and all the emotions that runs through your mind and body was for me exhilarating. I was just trying to pass some of what I felt to others. I knew that it would not have any long term damage being they were fake. I will take responsibility for my actions, I am now seeing a psychologist to help me to see the difference and to deal with my PTSD from when I found that body. I didn’t accept any help that was provided at the time. These thoughts had been buried in my brain for many years. With the psychologist help I can now see it was not healthy for me to bottle these up.”
The trial was over, and sentencing went as expected, he was ordered to continue getting help from a psychologist for the next 5 years court mandated, 10 thousand dollar fine to pay for the police involvement due to the false crime reports he created, 5 thousand dollar fine for littering and 5 years’ probation.
I have spoken to my neighbor many times since his trial. He has become one of my favorite people to be around and now he opens up and speaks freely. He keeps his garage open and there are no signs of any paper mache bodies being assembled any more. He now sits out front with me and several others from the neighborhood and we all have great conversations. He’s a much different person now that his secret has become known to everyone. Time passed and with great sadness so did he, passing away 4 years later. I really miss talking with him and hearing all his wildlife stories as well as the friendship we had created between us.

 | Hi All, I suppose my question may be more general in terms of getting an ereader at all but thought that the kind people on this sub may be able to tell me if it is a waste of money or marginal benefit my use case considered. submitted by APIDTA123 to kobo [link] [comments] So bit of context, I haven't had an e ink device since the original Kindle around the time of the GFC, I loved that device back then but loved print media more and so I returned to print and would read on ipad/ phone in case of emergencies. My reason for revisiting the idea of an e reader is principally because I've developed a kind of middle aged insomnia and would like to read in bed at night without disturbing my wife. Current devices I have and respective problems: 2018 Ipad pro 12.9 - too heavy and too bright to read in bed at night, it hurts my eyes quite quickly in a pitch black room. Samsung galaxy s 22 ultra - I use an app called moonreader plus that is actually nicer reading than the ipad because it allows all the black pixels on the AMOLED screen to turn off and a very low yellow glow to be set as the text at night. Still it hurts my eyes reasonably quickly. I have dozens of print books by now in my to be read pile and what I do is usually read on my phone the same book I was reading in print and pick up where I have left off at night. I suppose having written this out the main question is do you think I would benefit with say a libra 2 or some other model that would be light and good on the eyes to read at night? A first world problem that is a real quality of life thing for me as ridiculous as it sounds. I hope this can help some of you that are trying to make sense of Zangief's various options.
Without Drive Rush

I have been watching Snake Eyes play and compiled some notes for my fellow Zangiefs based on what I've seen. Please note that I am NOT a top pro (currently plat 5) and i'm still not 100% sure on any of this so if anyone has any corrections, please let me know! I hope this can help some of you that are trying to make sense of Zangief's various options.
GENERAL TIPS
In no particular order, these are just useful things that I noticed.- If opponent is in burnout, headbut is so +++ that it chains into itself on block AND threatens tic-throw. The only way out is a true reversal or jump whenever you decide to stop and tic throw (or you can convert into another pressure string.)
- Drive Rush c.mp is good.
- Drive rush charged s.hp is good
- Backwards ground slam normal throw follows into light SPD (if not teched) and cannot be mashed out with jab
- Backwards ground slam follows into s.lk xx DR xx c.mp + tic-throw threat
- EX Lariat combos into EX AIR SPD in corner if the lariat hits high. (Does this work outside of corner?)
- S.hk can be followed up with ex spd as a counter to people jumping spds just like sfv
- Level two super will invalidate projectiles and vacuum opponent in.
- Headbutt beats jump out attempts vs tic-throw
- Level 2 vacuum makes it a very strong poke, as a (buffered) reaction, in neutral since it will vacuum in fireballs and normals from a fair distance.
- c.lp to check drive rush
- after level 3, drive rush + s.mp will hit meaty
- After SPD, Drive Rush over + sweep will catch jump outs. (Can I get a fact check?)
- Lariat DOES NOT HIT BEHIND YOU; it's also not a very good anti-air. Be careful out there!
- s.lk xx drive rush is a useful to start to a lot of effective pressure for Zangief. You can also cancel the drive rush directly into SPD which will catch many players consistently and is an easy source for a lot of damage in neutral just be careful about players getting wise and jumping out as you drive rush in as you'll have to adjust your follow ups accordingly.
TICK-THROW NORMALS
From what I can tell; since SPD is 5 frame startup; you must be at least +2 to enforce Zangiefs tic-throw game. If your normal is +1 or less, your opponent can jab out before SPD. If you are at least +2 and you go for a SPD, your opponent must jump or reversal to escape. (Can I get a fact check; can they also backdash? Don't think I have seen that happen yet.)Without Drive Rush
- s.lp (+2)
- headbutt (+4 on block!!)
- Advancing Knee (up to +8 on block, depends on perfect spacing.)
- c.lp (+1 = +5)
- s.mp (-2 = +2)
- c.mp (-1 = +3)
- c.mk (-2 = +2)
COMBOS
Some random useful combos I have observed.- Drive Impact (or deep aerial) -> Headbutt xx DR xx Headbutt, s.MP (Party Starter), lariat super.
- jumping normal -> s.lp, s.mp (OR TIC-THROW)
- Jumping Normal -> c.f+mp, ex-SPD,
- Forward + HK (overhead), c.f+mp, ex lariat (Useful as punish counter after blocking a reversal?)
- Drive Impact (Causes Air Tumble) -> c.f+mp (party starter), ex lariat,
- Level 2 (Hold), normal dash, c.f+mp, EX SPD
Some questions for my fellow Zangiefs:
- When opponents are consistently jumping out of your tic-throw pressure by BACK-JUMPING, what do you feel is the best and most consistent response?
- What do you feel is the best way to deal with enemies that do a lot of forward jumping at that awkward crossup angle that Zangief seems to have trouble covering?
- Why does Zangiefs Siberian Express (running bear grab) sometimes cause him to stop running and give up JUST before he gets to my opponent, when other times he will run completely full screen without stopping? Why do you vex me so Zangief!?!?

This isn't a foolproof method of cataloguing because the threads can go away as accounts are closed from people leaving Reddit or getting banned, and it requires me to consciously remember to save the thread. 1.) $190 Surefire Black QD Warden (one in the left picture). There is pretty much no salt on this one, not much else to say.
2.) $189 Surefire Black QD Warden (one in the right picture). There are three tiny specs of salt that can be seen in the picture, thus the $1 reduction in price.
3.) $135 Surefire Muzzle Break 556 1/2-28. This may have been mounted, but I do not believe it was fired, if it was it was only a few rounds. It comes in the original packaging with shims and rockset.
4.) $135 Surefire 3 Prong Flash Hider 762 5/8-24. Also may have been mounted, but no salt whatsoever. It just comes with the shim package.
5.) $90 Railscales Black Minidot MLOK 3 slot. There are three of these with the mounting hardware.
6.) $110 Ripcord tanodized upper receiver. This was my backup if I couldn't find a G$ DDC receiver. I have since found one.
7.) $75 MBUS Pro Rear Sight. I was a dummy and separately bought two rear sites. I'll trade this straight up for a front MBUS Pro.
8.) $60 MBUS Black Gen 2 Front and Back Sight. I have two sets of these (pricing is per set), I think I can find the adjustment tool for the one that is outside the package.
9.) $25 MBUS Gray Gen 2 Rear Sight.
10.) $20 Anderson stainless trigger. I upgraded and now don't need this. Probably around 500 rounds on it.
Things I want:
1.) Eotech G33 or G43 magnifier. Must be 2021 or newer and in excellent shape.
2.) MBUS Pro Front Sight. As stated above I bought a rear instead of a front.

A while back I started saving issues as I saw them pop up in the gun subs and if I remembered to.
This isn't a foolproof method of cataloguing because the threads can go away as accounts are closed from people leaving Reddit or getting banned, and it requires me to consciously remember to save the thread. I can recall several instances of these issues and if you read the comments, you may even find references to those issues observed around the same time as the saved ones but the original posts were lost. I've ran an ethernet cable through my hallway for months, and today it was time to get rid of it. So I set out to BestBuy, and had intentions of buying a regular WiFi-6 range extender that has an ethernet port connectivity option.
I was then recommended the Powerline AC1000 by an employee. I've known this guy for a long time, good friend, and he'd never recommend me anything bad, I trust him with everything technology, and he says that the Powerline adapters from Netgear are great. They communicate through your home electricity. That sounded great, and it was the same exact price as what I was going to buy. So I bought it.
I get home, and physical setup is very easy, I'll give it that. One end into the wall and into main router, other end into the wall in the area I wanted to hardwire my PC into. Plug them in, they communicate, give it a minute to fully start up, green pick-a-plu- UH OH, red pick-a-plug(PaP) light. Can't connect to mywifiext.net, can't access it via IP, and loads any webpage slower than dial-up. So I try another outlet in the room. Same thing. I try an outlet in the same room as the adapter, same thing. I try the same outlet that the adapter is in, solid green PaP light. Cool, I got the green light, BUT, still couldn't connect to mywifiext, still loading everything at dial-up speeds. My house was built in the late 2010s, so I know that it's not a wiring issue. I don't have any surge protectors anywhere, if it wont fit two sockets, it isn't being added to that area. I don't use any wireless devices other than TV and phone. So it boils down to a bad product. If I can't get solid communication in a room that is 10ft away from the main adapter, and is going through almost no walls, my electrical is fine, and there's no interference, why else wouldn't this work?
I go back and exchange for the WiFi extender I planned on getting, at the same price. I get home, plug it in, set it up, hardwire my PC into it, and it works. At my typical 330Mbps that I normally get when hardwired directly into my router. The WiFi also works. So does the app that you set it up in.
TL;DR Don't buy the Netgear Powerline AC1000, it's hot garbage that doesn't work, and you'll have much better results with a normal extender.

- I have a two story house and a ring camera mounted on a gate about 30m from the front of the house. On the second story under the porch (which is framed by bricks) I have a Ubiquiti AC pro V2. The wifi is at it's limit but does reach the camera (sometimes signal is patchy). It doesn't however reach the outdoors to the side of the house and to the rear - even though it's probably only 20m away.
- I have a ubiquiti M5 on the lower level of the house under the stairs (where the switch - not POE is) which points towards the back of the house for the TV, Playstation, rear ring camera, etc (different ssid).
- The modem router is a netcomm which is in the office and connect most of the time to this for work (I had a ubqiuiti USG but it died).
- Cat 6 runs to most locations already.
- Better outdoor coverage
- Single SSID for everyone to roam between access points (the M5 caused problems with this previously)
- POE switch to eliminate the POE devices
- Ubiquiti
- Move existing AC AP downstairs

Cyrus put together an unprecedented effort, but at the last moment, somehow fell ill. Shareholders haven't heard from him in nearly 2 months. I wished he would have reached out some how, but maybe, it was too serious? Beginning of a transition? Press Release: Interim CMO. Wait, Interim? Who? might soon become What exactly? There is far more going on than just the effort to get the hold lifted. Cyrus told us about the plans for the coming clinical trials. From 9/28/22 Conference Call: "17:50: So the near term financing requirements for the company will be focused on re-entering clinical trials for NASH as expeditiously as possible*. Now while we do* plan to continue development in oncology*, our focus will be toward certain solid tumors to insure that we can collect sufficient data in enough patients within select indications, namely,* colorectal cancer, breast cancer and potentially in non-small cell lung cancer with combination agents*. We said* colorectal cancer or CRC*, we will be* looking at the metastatic, microsatellite stable population*. This represents about* 85% of all the diagnosed cases of CRC*. This particular segment of CRC hasn't seen any meaningful therapeutic advancement in nearly a decade. Yet, the Survival rates in that population have considerable room for improvement. In breast cancer, rather than focus on only the mTNBC population, which really only represents about 15% of the total growth cancer market and has seen increased competition advancements in check point inhibitors and antibody drug conjugates, we are going* expand our focus into Hormone receptor positive HER2 negative population which stands for roughly about 70% of the total market*. We believe that mCRC and mTNBC each represent large opportunity for Leronlimab, and we believe that the mechanistic rationale for using the drug in those populations is quite strong for a CCR5 inhibitor.* Let me be clear, that we intend to run these cancer studies over sufficient period of time to generate a robust and meaningful clinical data set that a potential partner would find compelling." Cyrus said that almost 9 months ago. Why else would he have brought on this Scientific Advisory Board Panel of Experts? Plans exist for these trials and the individuals in charge of heading them up are already prepared and ready with what they have to do. They have been working these past 9 months in preparation. No, they won't be starting from scratch. They sit ready chomping on the bit for his word to be issued to commence the clinical trials. And we know that Cyrus won't issue that command until the hold lifts. But what if it does lift before Cyrus returns? What if he is not around in time to give the go ahead on these trials? What then? Don't you need a person who is experienced in Pharmaceuticals to lead, and to provide the direction? What about any and all of the other decisions which should also require pharmaceutical "know how" which shall surely follow? CytoDyn can't really depend on Antonio for such answers in such situations? But this Board is prepared with an answer for that question. CytoDyn has back up for Cyrus who has Pharmaceutical Experience in the Interim CMO Dr. Melissa Palmer and also in the Clinical and Strategic Advisor, Salah Kivlighn, PhD. Surely, they are capable to possibly lead the company for however long might be required. My small issue with that is that the Board who are in place are an Independent Board, and they came on through Cyrus. Maybe the current board is suitable for Dr. Palmer and / or Salah Kivlighn, but, maybe they are not. Cyrus chose this board because he has a purpose and a reason for each and every one. Cyrus has his strategic plan of action already designed, conceived and it is understood by the Board to carry out when the time comes and with whom he will work synergistically with. It is not known how Palmer / Kivlighn would work with them. I feel that CytoDyn needs him back as soon as we can get him back. Get well Cyrus, get well. I hope Cyrus does heal very soon, but in the Interim, CytoDyn has an Interim should that become necessary. In the financial preparation of the coming clinical trials, I suspect that in two of them, CytoDyn shall not be required to perform any work at all but will also not receive any upfront cash. CytoDyn's only responsibility shall be to supply Leronlimab and can offer up their clinical and scientific advice and some services. MD Anderson proved out that Leronlimab in combination with Keytruda was more effective than Keytruda alone. Scott Hansen is very confident LL may be incorporated into CMV vector for HIV PREP. CytoDyn simply provides Leronlimab to the entity conducting the trial. CytoDyn does not participate in any of the Clinical Trial work in either of these 2 trials, but the partners shall conduct all the work of the trials from soup to nuts and provide all the data and documentation to the final deciding authority. The first would be the combination trial with Keytruda because it would be using the MD Anderson Macaque Study data to go forward in CRC. Once Phase II is proved out, and milestones are reached, then we can expect an infusion of cash from Merck for Phase III. The second clinical trial would be the Phase II trial in Long Acting LL possibly in tandem with Vir vaccine for HIV-PREP. I re-iterate, these trials are ready to run and just require the go-ahead. CytoDyn only supplies LL. The question arises on the NASH Phase 2B trial. Cyrus has told us that we can expect funding following lifting of the clinical hold. There may be many companies, but the one company that I'm thinking who would be willing to combination partner with CytoDyn in NASH is Takeda as they already do have TAK-647 Ontamalimab (TAK-647), which is a fully human immunoglobulin G2 monoclonal antibody against mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1, and is a potential novel NASH treatment, which is currently in Phase I trials with Takeda for NASH. This drug has failed Phase III trials for both Chron's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, but is currently in Phase I for NASH and Dr. Palmer has already worked for Takeda/Shire, so Takeda may be interested. Since TAK-647 has already gone to Phase III for Chron's & UC, if it pairs up with Leronlimab, it can then be a Phase 2B trial. However, Cyrus has indicated that CytoDyn does NASH alone. But how can we? He did say that we can expect funding once the hold lifts. But why would a company provide funding to CytoDyn if they weren't partnering? I don't have an answer to this, so I'll ask a question. Was Cyrus implying that the Arbitration would be the source of the funding and that the Arbitration settlement was being held up by the clinical hold? Assuredly, Cyrus has contact with Sidley Austin. In the 10/31/22 Webcast, at minute marker 3:00 or so, Cyrus Arman says, "And Thus, in November, (2021), we have worked on completing the clinical study section of the application and we have been trying to do this, despite not having full access to the electronic database from the CRO engaged, managed studies. As we have previously discussed, we have filed a claim against the CRO, seeking damages resulting from the breach of the Master Services Agreement." Certainly, the Arbitration, which has been in progress since October, 2021 is sufficient to fund a NASH Phase 2B trial ~ $30-40 million. Why would the clinical hold interfere with the settlement of the Arbitration? If CytoDyn is not successful in getting the clinical hold lifted, then, there would be minimal point to the Arbitration. Yes, CytoDyn would still be successful in getting the invoices removed as Amarex still did massively breach the Master Services Agreement, but the big awards which CytoDyn currently seeks, would not be garnered as the drug would not have been approved if it were not safe or not proved as safe by the lifting of the hold. But if CytoDyn is in fact successful in getting the hold lifted, then the drug shall be considered as safe by the final deciding authority and that would mean that had Amarex not violated the MSA, and had they in fact written an appropriate BLA for HIV MDR, then Leronlimab would have been approved. In that case, all the damages which CytoDyn now seeks are warranted and shall duly be paid to CytoDyn in appropriate compensatory & punitive damages. It is not just everything which has already happened, but also everything that CytoDyn is currently going through right now, which is all being communicated to and accumulated by the Arbiter in this Arbitration through the vigorous work of Sidley Austin. This is no laughing matter. In a satirical perspective, Waterless, I discussed how parched Amarex is right now knowing their inevitable fate. But what about the Arbiter and his/her responsibilities in this matter? Surely, he or she is overwhelmed in the matter if not throwing up his hands already. In Funding is Expected , I go into it in more detail and here is another take , along with its addendum. These are the outstanding Sidley Austin's requests for damages currently being sought after. RELIEF SOUGHT A significant amount of time has gone by since this Arbitration has started in October, 2021. A total of about 20 months or approaching 2 years. Surely, Sidley Austin has not been twiddling their thumbs, but has presented tons of evidence which the public is unfortunately not privy to. The Arbiter and Amarex are privy to all the evidence presented by Sidley Austin and surely the quantity of that evidence is enormous. It would take an Economist to calculate out and quantify all the damages incurred upon CytoDyn by Amarex's ruthless sabotage. Surely, Sidley Austin already has got that covered and the total sum might have been beyond the scope of the Arbitration format. Considering of the filing for the damages above and considering the vast quantity of evidence produced by Cyrus' work in hiring the (4) External FDA Type GCP Auditors, the work of writing the 5 documents to get the hold lifted, the updating and resulting of the final data for many of the prior clinical trials, and now the re-writing of the HIV trial protocol, I believe that the proper manifestation of justice in this case may just be too overwhelming to handle in this Arbitrage type of determination. It may have exceeded the ruling limitation by which this Arbiter is permitted to rule upon and therefore would not be sufficient to provide proper justice to the problem at hand. Yes, sure it would get CytoDyn off the hook for paying the $13 million invoice to Amarex. It would free up the $6.5 million in escrow for CytoDyn's use. It would at least mandate Amarex to pay back what was paid them, nearly $80 million. But not sure how much more CytoDyn could get out of this Arbitrage verdict format and that is not because this was all that it was worth, but rather, because they may have run up against a statue limitation. So then what is a law firm like Sidley Austin to do knowing that they should be awarded over a billion dollars +, but are only allowed to receive max 100 million dollars? I am thinking that this Arbitration method which was chosen and agreed upon by both parties to resolve the dispute between CytoDyn and Amarex, is now, with all the mounting evidence, as well as the calculated & quantified economic damages, proving to be an Insufficient means by which to neutralize all the injustices committed and losses incurred. I'm thinking that the limitation of damages allowed for by this means of Arbitrage fall far below the fair and rightful sum for this particular Arbitrage case between CytoDyn and Amarex. What if the appropriate and rightful damages may not be legally awarded by the Arbiter because of the sheer size of it? What then would Sidley Austin / Amarex do? If they know they are due a $ billion, but can only get a $ hundred million, what could/should they do? Would a settlement occur at the maximum level of what the Arbitration may legally award and then the remainder be taken over by a higher court of some kind? Can all the fact finding and evidence provided in the Arbitration simply be moved over to the next higher court which is legally capable of delivering a just recompense? Or is it necessary that if the settlement is agreed upon, then no further case may be filed? And if that is the case, then, if no settlement is agreed upon, then can another case be initiated where this one left off that has no maximum limits? Economically speaking, the quantity of money necessary that will make this right is vast, even in excess of one billion dollars, so therefore, I'm not so sure that the Arbitration method is fully appropriate in this case. So, after these almost 2 years of analyzing and unfolding of the evidence, the Arbiter may suggest that this is not fully the appropriate/sufficient method to handle this situation and therefore, may make the recommendation to pursue this to its rightful and full extent, by another suggested means. So what suggested means could that be? If what I am bringing up here is in fact a problem, how can it be resolved? What other means exist by which CytoDyn could pursue appropriate justice and not just settle? This question is addressed to Craig or Aaron or to any attorney willing to answer. Even when CytoDyn is relieved of the $13 million invoices and the $6.5 million escrow is released and even when CytoDyn is paid back the $80 million it paid to Amarex, a good portion of that shall pay CytoDyn's lenders and debts, say $50 million. Let's say $30 million gets the NASH Phase 2B trial underway, but more would be necessary to keep our heads above water. So then, does NASH get funded by a partner, even though Cyrus said it wouldn't or does NASH get funded by the Arbitrage settlement or does NASH get funded by a combination of sources following Arbitrage settlement and also the remainder of what is coming from Amarex? My personal feeling is that Cyrus wants to keep NASH in-house and so, CytoDyn shall fund it using settlement funds and wait for funds that may come from the remaining damages not covered by the Arbitration. I suspect, that because I feel that this is beyond the scope of the Arbitration route, that Sidley Austin now leads an effort towards the propagation and furtherance of their enormous efforts to be made on a superior platform that has more public exposure than this Arbitrage setting provides. An effort that shall bring all the information here, already presented to the Arbiter, now, to the forefront, to be made public, exposing everything for only $0.10 per page. Aaron, I hope you are still around. Craig, feel free to chime in. Attorneys, you have the mic. This effort might result in certain conditions that are required or necessary in order to in act and initiate those next steps. CytoDyn carefully considers its options and insures that it shall meet any necessary thresholds such that it may be ready to enter into the next Phase. Things could definitely be heating up. Change was forced upon CytoDyn. Cyrus had his plan, but how could this illness be planned for? Back up plan is in place. Arman has what it takes to lead, but Migliarese is his proxy for now, but that can only last for so long. CytoDyn was made out to be the outcast, the loser, but now backed by SA, while Amarex once benefited through manipulation and sabotage, with zero concern for CytoDyn or Leronlimab. Somehow, the case may have out grown the solution and a greater solution may be necessary. CytoDyn gets this done alone and this is Cyrus' plan. |
