I solo killed him 3 times, roamed bot got double kill, he didnt touch my tower. My jungler ganks me dies solo to veigar cuz i have no mana i cant even auto cuz huge wave on my tower, ganks again dies again, goes 3/7. Im half hp and he just flash ults me when im under tower and suddenly he is 3/3, i proceed to get ulted 3 times when im above half HP and he proceeds to press 1 Q (i have no flash cant outplay) and he is left with 1 HP. How can i lose my lane when i had 50 more cs, more kills, more map pressure, same XP. I had most damage in the game, even when i was behind after veigar started solo killing me leaving with 20 HP.

My parents are over the age of 65 and have pre-existing conditions such as diabetes, high BP, and previous history of hospitalization. Both are currently enrolled to an HMO (intellicare), c/o my employer.
So far narerenew ko pa yung HMO nila, because the HMO's contract with my company compels them to renew employee dependents kahit matanda at may mga sakit na. Laking tulong for us in the past 3 years, dahil almost 3M din yung na-save ko from my parents hospitalization (mom 3x ER+ICU, dad 2x confinement)
Been getting calls from recruiters lately, and I've been thinking of leaving the company since October last year. The only reason why I am having second thoughts is my parents' HMO. I checked with the provider and was informed that if I leave, the only HMO I can continue is mine, as a personal-funded subscription. Hindi na daw pwede sa parents ko, dahil by default, it would become a B2C / Retail transaction, and they dont accept 65yo ++ with history of illness.
Dami ko na nakausap na agent from various providers and they cant give a clear answer. Most of time, they'd say "pwede naman, pero masmataas na monthly fee" but when I try to follow up for application, laging "double check ko po muna" or "process natin muna yung sa'yo".
Has anyone successfully enrolled elderly dependents with existing conditions to an HMO? Which provider can you recommend?

Why list a comic if you don't want to run it then when you ask you don't want to run because there are only 16 people in the show. Last night I was searching and found a Kanan star wars comic I was looking for so I jumped into the show prebid on the book thinking he may run it.
2 hours he just up and closes the show. This morning he starts up again I prebid again and wait. He then asks if there is anything he can run. I ask him to run the comic and he says "I am not going to run a $100 comic with 16 people in the show." Why list the book for $2 start in the preview? I was willing to pay $100 screw it I won't buy anything from you then.

”We the people” must deny the Republican party political power at every level of government for decades to come “in order to create a more perfect union.” With 48 States having some statewide contest(s), November 8th, 2022 is our best chance the Democrats will get to do that for the rest of this decade, at least.
”The List” encourages the election of a Democratic Supermajority in the US Senate in 2022. This is the best chance we will have to create a Democratic Supermajority in both Chambers of Congress for the remainder of this decade. This midterm could be a devastating loss for the democrats if good patriots ignore this election. If Americans of good conscience band together instead, we could could begin the exile of the Republican party from power, not for years, but for decades to come.
“The List” is a set of suggestions about where to focus collective activism today.
The election of Democratic Supermajorities to both chambers of the US Congress is the best outcome we can strive towards in the 2022 Midterm Election for many reasons. Among them: breaking the decade of gridlock in Congress, supporting President Biden’s agenda, and his re-election in 2024. My personal favorite is that this could commence the decades-long political banishment of the GOP from power, which the Republican Party so richly deserves.
The Republican party has proved itself treasonous on many levels. They are traitors to Humanity by supporting Trump. Traitors to the Nation for supporting Putin. Traitors to the government and betrayers of the constitution through their apologies for the 1/6/21 insurrection. To safeguard our country and the world, we must block the Republicans from power at the ballot box, at all levels of government, for at least a generation.
Political game playing may be inevitable among humans. Change the numbers, and then change the rules, if not the game. Cynical refusal to play at this time in history cedes power to NAZIs manipulated by Active Measures. That is a surrender to crypto fascism, not radical thinking, mere cynicism, or hipsterism.
In 2022, Patriots must unify to crush the Republican Party at the ballot box. We can defeat them in every State, at every level. We need the biggest turnout at the voting booth of any Midterm ever. We need to raise more money for candidates and organizations than we did during the entire 2020 campaign season if we are to accomplish this. We need to do this in the next six months.
This is what a “Blue Tsunami” REALLY looks like.
Electing a Democratic Supermajority in Congress is our hope for the future and retribution for America’s enemies. “22 Blue in 2022” is a roadmap to the beginning of that journey. “22 Blue in 2022” is our war plan. ”22 Blue in 2022” is our electoral battle cry. “22 Blue in 2022” is a way forward out of gridlock, a way to non-violently thwart those who would poison the body politic with their hate.
If we don’t try this hard in 2022, Trump will go unpunished and metastasize by 2024.

I used to hit the gym daily, but then life happened, things outside of my control went sideways in a hurry, and I became very depressed. And I stopped going to the gym for almost 8 months. It was awful and I felt awful.
Fast forward to about 3 months ago and I ended up buying a 25lb kettle bell to mess around with. I wanted to start exercising again but didn’t really have it in me to go to a loud, busy, high energy gym.
So I built a workout routine with a kettle bell and got at it. I figured 25lbs would be good to help me get my form down and from there I’d go up in weight. I didn’t realize how difficult just 25lbs could be. Some of my muscles can handle that weight no problem, but when it comes to movements and flows that require balance, multiple muscle groups, and controlled complex movements I realized that some of my muscles were much weaker than I thought they were. This was a very humbling experience for me.
But it’s also been a really cool experience. I’m starting from the ground up, leaving my ego behind and practicing daily a new skill. And it’s been incredibly helpful for my depression. I feel better, I’m eating right again, I sleep better, and even though I’m not lifting super heavy, I feel overall stronger. I feel like I have better balance and control over my body. My mind feels better.
It’s been a really good thing for my mind and body to purposefully invest myself in a new skill.
Kettlebells are awesome, and they’ve done way more good for me than I thought they would. And I don’t really have anyone to share that with so I wanted to share it here.
And I want to thank all of you guys for your cool posts, tips, and help.

My best friend, whom I know for over 15 years, is looking to upscale from a Condo Townhouse to a dethatched house in the next 1.5 years. He reached out to me asking if I am interested to co-own his condo townhouse after his mortgage term ends (which is in July 2024). But I have no idea how to even assess if the deal is worth it and what is the process of co owning a property with someone who is currently owning it 100% and has significant equity in it. The house is in prime location in Mississauga and can easily be rented out for $3000-$3200. My friend would definitely need the equity from this house to buy his next house.

Given this, how much should I 1. Budget for engagement ring 2. Budget for wedding 3. Budget for housing (Cavite area) 4. Budget for car 5. Keep as savings

Thanks. I really like Regal, and have stuck to them for years. But they’ve gotten really frustrating to deal with recently. Most of it to do with the points system. Here we go:

1. I have to buy tickets at the concession stand instead of the kiosks because the kiosks don’t always register my regal account
   
2. Sometimes the Regal folk at the concession stands don’t scan my account correctly and tell me ,”sorry no points” and get super frustrated with me when I ask them to void everything and start over again so I get the points
   
3. I recently had my son’s birthday party at a regal arcade and the employees said to scan my tickets for points, I did and never received points. I checked the fine print and apparently you only get points for concessions and movies
   
4. There’s no help #, you can only contact regal through online form. Convenient for Regal, very inconvenient for me.
   
5. Just today had to drive to regal and buy tix vs buying online to save on an $8 ‘convenience fee’

This is a V2 with the double clack action. m390 stonewashed blade. This one had some lock rock and so I sent it back to holt to fix. They got rid of the lock rock, but the action is off and they said they couldn't get it right. It's not really drop shutty like most specters. Clip has some marks and wear as does the blade, and Holt also sharpened out a small chip from the tip when they fixed the lock rock. Scales have been anodized too. This would make a perfect user.
I was going to anodize the hardware a high voltage purple if I were to keep it, as well as touch up the anodizing on the scales. I can do both for you if we end up making a deal and it's what you want. Includes box, Selinko, and detent tool.

Intro
This deck feels extremely strong with the addition of Hollow Hound allowing you to heal 9+ and stabilize. Unlike the renethal version of this deck, it feels good to play king krush and not lose games because you drew him. This deck cuts the naga package of arrow smith, barbed nets, and school teacher in return for the arcane and selective breeder package which I found to be entirely more consistent than a measly 2/3 that struggled to control the board against tokens early game and became utterly useless late game.
Gameplan
Against aggro: You try to selective breeder hollow hounds that will allow you to heal all their early game aggro and simply win the game through board presence. Using conjured arrow early, the wildseed package, hollow hound, faithful companions (to get hollow hounds out turn 7 if needed) and barrel of monkeys (THE MOST OP CARD IN THE DECK) you can out control an aggro deck including T1 decks like frost dk and pure paladin.
Against Control: I find myself selective breeding multiple king krushes in able to kill them off for a finisher using stranglethorn heart. This deck also has huge early game using trinket tracker, vicious slitherspear, bunch of bananas, and spirit poacher. Enough so that you can easily end games turn 7 with the help of pozzik as well.
Notable Matchups
BBB XL - Was able to save up King Krushes throughout the game to play a strong finisher and kill them through double vampiric blood. Game will go to fatigue. Always trade stranglethorn heart to draw late game.
Pure Paladin- Barrel of Monkeys (THE MOST OP CARD IN THIS DECK) and Hollow Hound would allow me to consistently win board while healing my hero and preventing damage for easy wins.
Control Priest - Easiest matchup there is. Same thing as blood dk, they don't have much on you. They normally waste the light it burns on smaller minions and die to bigger minions too.
druid I didn't face a single druid, I think drum would've been hard though.
Mirror Matchup - just early aggro and use hollow hound to stabilize against their early aggro. Hydraloon creates big boards the deck struggles to deal with to make early lethals.
Mulligan
Going first:
Thornmantle musician, selective breeder, spirit poacher, barrel of monkeys, and trinket tracker are all keeps. Barrel of monkeys allows you to cheese out early board domination that your opponent can't deal with. Spirit poacher is a solid turn 2 play that is kinda RNG heavy but most options are usually good I did hate getting the rush minion against DK though. Even then trading for early board was still very useful and all options are good.
Going second:
The mulligan is about the same but coin opens up some earlier options for you except I would now keep wild spirits. Coining out spirit poacher is amazing getting an early wildseed down especially if you highroll the weapon wins you games singlehandedly. Trinket tracker into coin bunch of bananas turn 1 is very strong especially against dks so they can't hero power and trade your 1/1 t2. You just have to play to stabilize board when going second when going first allows you to aggro down your opponent more consistently.

Can any union guys chime in? I’ve been non-union my whole career so I own all my stuff. I’m used to the shop you work for providing bits and blades and providing big equipment like mechanical benders and core drills. But I hear all the time from union guys that all power tools are provided by the contractor. Does that mean the GC goes out and buys 100 1/4” impacts and hammer drills so everyone can work then everyone returns them when the job is over? No hate, just really interested in how it works.

I have been in a relationship for about 10 years with my boyfriend, (known each other for 14 years, living together for 5 years until recently). We are in France.
At the end of January, I moved for work and the relationship got more and more complicated… he couldnt move in with me me because of his work, and by mutual agreement, we decided to live remotely until he can reach me.
Backstory;
We met during when I was going through very tough times mentally (concerns in my family relationships, etc., perpetual conflict with my mother (I "didn't help enough at home" when I was studying medicine, despite the fact that I was already doing classes, sports, the little social life I had and rest …). I had problem with my friends at the time, (i gradually lost contact ...), etc. I had very dark ideas and he was there… he prevented me from hurting myself more than once…)
At the time, while we were just friends, he didn't really understand why I was spending time with my boyfriend at the time and not with him...
He was still benevolent and helped me get out of a self-destructive loop (self-harm…etc…). He also helped me a lot financially, when my parents couldn't (or didn't want to), when I got my first flat during my studies (after failing medicine)...
I have always seen things through him, only wanted him, refusing outings so that I could spend my evenings playing with him, I kept to myself and our couple.
We ended up settling together after being in a long-distance relationship for many years (we were seeing each other during holidays, about 2-3 times a year) We were finally reunited, together all the time, we could eat, sleep together and everything was perfect… it's what we had always dreamed of… since our beginnings…
I had moved for him. And in this new place I had a lot of trouble connecting with people, even the girlfriends of his brothers … even today I do not have a particular bond with anyone there.

Hello I am looking to buy a mid-size SUV here. I would mostly be using it for commuting and driving around town with some medium distance (3-4 hr) road trips, not really any serious off roading. I am probably only looking to have this vehicle for around 6 years or so. My budget is maximum $30,000.00. I live in Canada so something that can handle a decent winter would be nice.
I am looking for some blend of reliability, fuel economy, interior amenities and something cool looking. I like the look of the Acura RDX/MDX, Grand Cherokee, Toyota RAV 4, I don't really care for the look of the Mazda CX-9.
Any insight would be helpful, I have never owned an SUV before and am feeling a bit overwhelmed with so many option on the market. Thank you very much.

It all started at the end of March when I for whatever reason decided to get a pixel 7. From then on. It's been a disaster. Went through the two biggest earning weakens of the year in New Orleans with a dramatically reduced amount of rides because of connectivity issues. Initially I thought it was an Uber issue but after investigating that exhaustively and looking online and determined it's the pixel and it's constant overheating, constant dropping from the network, the 4th SIM card. I've been through, the second phone now since the end of March, and the hits just keep coming. After complaining to Verizon and seeing them regularly since getting the phone and then telling me it's always been the SIM card then getting a new phone and now that I can no longer stand this run around wanted to get a new phone to which they replied, " too bad you had 30 days to do it". They're great. Solution is to go ahead and buy the pixel and then buy a new phone. Customer service sucks these days

Looking at all of the issues with pixel with the overheating and don't run this app with this app and don't put the phone cover on and don't run any apps when you're charging and don't do this when you're facing east. Yadda, yadda, yadda...
It's just a bunch of garbage.
I really want to like this phone. The camera is great. It's got some other great functions. Except that it interferes with my ability to earn money. And that is unfortunately a huge deal breaker for me except there's no alternative by which to get out.
I mean what phone company tellsl someone for four SIM cards in a row that are coming like every 10 days that the SIM card's bad?
I've never in my entire life had a SIM card go bad until the Pixel phone.

First of all, thanks for reading and commenting. In October of 2020, I immigrated to Britain and have been living in an HMO in Liverpool. Since the beginning, the condition of the property was bad (including mould and damp, mice etc) and we were 6 tenants in total, mostly immigrants. Since then, the HMO has been sold over and over again and had 3 different owners. Since the last owner took over in January, the situation in the property has been deteriorating extremely and often the landlord has simply refused to make repairs. He has been filling the rooms with couples to charge more money and the number of tenants has risen and now has been oscillating around 8-11 tenants. We even had an Indian couple who just arrived in Britain with a little 5-year-old girl squeezed into the smallest room of the house (barely fits a double bed) for about a week while charging them horrendous prices.
When the shower downstairs broke, the landlord made 6 tenants (including me) share a small shower box for over 6 weeks. The drier broke and he refused to repair it, so now we do not have a drier anymore. The kitchen only has 1 standard cooker with 4 hobs. The overcrowding of the kitchen let to accidents happen and tenants getting burned when bumping into each other and hot pots falling over. Rubbish everywhere and very dirty and no cleaning service ever cleans the house. I guess you guys get the picture. This situation let me to question “How can such inhumane treatment be legal in England?”. I know this from third world countries, but was surprised to find it here. When I researched, I found out that not only is all of the above illegal, but there is no HMO licence for this property in the database of the Liverpool council, hence, the entire HMO is illegal. Coincidentally, this week the landlord served notice to the tenants in the first floor (including me) and gave us 60 days to vacate (reason unknown).
I want to call the council and ask them to come for an inspection, which will result in them finding out about all the illegalities. Ironically, the London agency that manages the property and the landlord are all foreigners too (Indian and Arabs) and act a bit like “Wannabe Gansta” with obvious total disregard for the law. So, I’m worried for the safety of the tenants too. Many are immigrants that do not know the law and their rights, have no family in the UK and are vulnerable. Here is what I would like to ask before I call the council:

1. I talked to Citizens Advice already about this, but they could not answer this. What happens to the tenants when the inspection concludes that the HMO is illegal? Do we get 60 days to leave or less or more? Can we leave whenever we want? I know that the notice that he gave us would be nullified, since you can’t evict tenants in an unlicensed HMO.
2. I want to ask for a rent repayment order of 12 months after all is done, but since there are 2 landlords in that time period is that even possible or how does this work?
3. I always had a tenancy agreement, but this last landlord gave me a Licence to Occupy agreement, which is illegal too. I complained to him with no success. I know that my deposit does not have the same protection as with a tenancy agreement and I plan to not pay the last month’s rent to make sure I get my money back. Is this ok under these conditions or can that cause me problems?
4. Has anyone here practical experience with a council inspection in illegal HMOs and can share their experience or give me some tips?

I have a brand new argument for God. I think this may be one of the strongest arguments I have seen yet. It's not directly about consciousness itself but specifically about David Chalmer's "Meta problem" of consciousness. (I wrote this out for an acquaintance, thought I would adapt it for reddit and get your guys opinions, apologies if its argumentative).
I would like to start off by saying that I think it’s completely possible there is an atheist/materialist answer for consciousness. This argument does not require me to say otherwise.
Before I say my argument let’s first establish consciousness. Im using the philosophical definition of consciousness. Consciousness is your qualia/experience. It's sometimes referred to as “the hard problem of consciousness”, the problem is why do we experience qualia?
My favorite example of qualia, is that we can see and visualize the color red. But red does not exist. How do you build something that experiences and visualizes red?
I can build a machine that outputs photons of that wavelength. I can even build something that inputs and labels photons of that wavelength.
But we do not know how to build something that visualizes red. Yet I do, I can double check this by staring at red.
Regardless of what your explanation for this phenomenon is, we can agree that there is indeed a question of how do we recreate my ability to experience and visualize red. That question is the hard problem of consciousness.
A second way to explain consciousness, is Thomas Nagel’s question “What is it like to be a bat?”. The question I like to ask is “What is it like to be an iphone?” I can program (happiness == 20) into an iphone. So why to the average person, does Thomas’s question make sense but my question seems silly?
Thats because people believe bats experience qualia while iphones do not. What does an iPhone need so that it is indeed “like” something to be an iPhone. Why is it “like” something to be a bat but not an iphone? That is the hard problem of consciousness.
The third way to perhaps explain it is, imagine a sleepwalking human. Some people are such good sleepwalkers that you can’t even tell they’re sleep walking. You can even hold conversations with them. But they aren’t experiencing that conversation. What if I revealed to you I’ve been sleepwalking my entire life, but function the exact same an normal human being. The only difference would then be consciousness.
The main question is why doesn’t everything just happen in the dark?
I also don’t think it’s sufficient to just say consciousness is an illusion. An illusion requires a perception to begin with. And the fact that we have a perception at all is the hard problem here.
Consciousness is the actually the only thing I can truly be sure exists

Now that we have established consciousness exists let's establish an important characteristic of consciousness. (The argument is after this section, this just sets it up).
We can observe the brain. Everything going on within a brain follows physics.
There is no unexplainable force observed in the brain. And if you look for one, you likely won’t find it.
The brain doesn’t require such a thing to function.
I like to use the analogy of dominos to represent your brain. Theoretically it would be possible to build a mechanical supercomputer out of dominos, then “upload” your brain to this structure. Whether its technically possible isnt important. Its just an analogy to remind everyone that brains are really just complex chain reactions that follow physics.
Atheists will tell you that qualia/consciousness is an emergent property. That your qualia/experience of red emerges from the domino set and its chain reactions processes. I’m not going to disagree with that.
But it must be acknowledged, that whether or not consciousness emerges from my domino structure.
Those dominos are going to fall the exact same way, because like your brain, these dominos follow our current understanding of physics.
This means that consciousness has no physical impact, that it is a detached byproduct. Consciousness cannot change the physics of dominos or your brain.
The domino structures that cause consciousness may be important. But if consciousness/qualia itself did not exist, everything would still function fine. All the dominos would still fall the exact same way. Everything in a brain would still follow physics.
If the brain truly did have an unexplainable force affecting it, religious people would never stop bringing it up in debate: “we’ve discovered the soul”. I thinks it’s safe to say we have discovered no such thing.

Now for the actual argument: Even if we say that there are atheist answers for consciousness/qualia, there’s still a massive issue.
What did my domino setup/brain just do for you? My body was physically setup to rant about how it’s experiencing this consciousness/qualia phenomenon. Then it also turns out that I actually am experiencing a consciousness/qualia phenomenon.
That is a coincidence that cannot be reconciled by atheists.
Consciousness/qualia can’t have physical impact and can’t rewire your bodies beliefs. There are a lot of possible random beliefs I could have happen to had, but for some reason the obscure belief I come built-in with, just happens to be correct.
There are three possible answers to this:

1. it really is just a massive coincidence
2. Consciousness only comes to those physically setup with the obscure belief that they are experiencing a consciousness phenomenon

3. Intentional design (The one that I think is the most likely)
If you really meditate on the first 2 options you figure out that they are really bad answers. They have really bad implications and mechanics.
Addressing option 1: Even if we give atheists the absolute best case scenario: “Oh maybe everything in the universe is conscious” and “perhaps there is evolutionary incentive to have this random belief”. (people will somehow justify anything as evolutionarily advantageous)
You still at the end of the day believe that it’s just one massive coincidence that the “evolutionarily advantageous” belief just so happens to be true.
Because in an alternate universe where consciousness/qualia doesn’t exist, my dominos would fall the exact same way and would still store this specific random belief of qualia. Its crazy that there just so happens to be this “magic-like” qualia phenomenon to actually match it, and make my otherwise wrong belief, true. (And this is assuming that it indeed is evolutionarily advantageous)
At some point when you see dream luck, you point out that it’s not luck.
Addressing option 2: The second atheist option is just as bad. You believe that if a human didn't have the obscure underlying belief of qualia that they wouldn't actually experience qualia like pain or red, that they are “forever a sleepwalking robot”. In addition to this the consciousness phenomenon would somehow need a mechanism to "tell" whether or not a domino structure is setup with the underlying qualia belief.
At some point I must acknowledge that intentional design is the most likely answer here. That God intentionally gave the belief of consciousness/qualia to match the provided consciousness/soul. I think it’s safe to say that I’m dying a Christian.
