Is gregor boats still in business

I was assaulted by a dentist years ago as a minor with the help of my Nmom. I decided to report her as an adult which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I felt heard, however, I made a mistake by asking the clinic for my medical records (stupid decision, should’ve asked for the records first then reported her). Then the clinic said the dentist wrote some of the records with a pen that started to fade that it became unreadable which sounds like absolute bull crap to me. Also, as a side note, my dentist alerted my mom after she saw that I reported her, my mom is friends with her. My mom threatened me and told me she’ll do whatever she can to tell them I’m a liar. The dentist told my mom that I’m the one who’s gonna get in trouble for reporting her, as it can make it difficult for me to find a job because she can sue me for defamation and it would forever be on my file.
But back to the point tho, I still never got my original records. The only proof I have is audio recordings of the clinic confirming that I was a patient under that dentist’s care. I don’t have no invoices or written documents that prove that the dentist treated me.
I have a feeling that she either never wrote the medical records in the first place, hence why she made up that pen started to fade lie. But whenever I called that clinic they straight up refused to give me those records because they needed that dentist’s consent to give them to me.
What should I do? I deserve to have my records. They rewrote a new one that I never asked for which didn’t include the dentists name at all. I want my original documents.

I spent a lot of time in the last couple of years, playing around with stock data, and how to predict stock prices using machine learning. Over time, I have developed a bunch of algorithmic trading strategies(code that predicts if a trade will be profitable). I had initially wanted to start a website, where subscribers can get notifications, on which stocks to trade (something similar to this for example: https://stocksignal.co/)
However, I am not sure about the legal implications of providing such investing advice. TheInvestment Advisors Act seems to be quite prohibitive about investment advice. So, I abandoned my idea. But I have a couple of questions:
1) There are a number of websites, which provide stock picks, stock alerts ( stocksignal, Tykr, Kavout and many others). Are they all breaking the law? By reading up more, it seems when enforcing the law, SEC only goes after folks who are using pump and dump schemes, and making false guarantees of sure returns. So, I am not sure that all sites are illegal.
2) What would be a good way for me to monetize my strategies?
(a) For example, if I charge people, to run my python code, which predicts a trade is profitable or not, is that illegal?
(b) Is writing a paid substack newsletter which gives weekly stock picks illegal? It seems a lot of youtubers who provide investment advice, are part of the publishers exception (“publisher of any bona fide newspaper, news magazine or business or financial publication of general and regular circulation.").
My general reason for asking advice here, is that I don't want a lot of work I put into this to go waste. I really don't think what I am doing is anything illegal. I am just providing folks some computer code, not really promising certain returns, or to double their money. I am also not deceiving anyone by making false claims.
P.S. One question folks can ask, if you can beat the market, why sell these strategies. Its a complicated question, and requires its own separate post. But TLDR, strategies will not always work, but some of them are better than random, in the short term. Also, some strategies may produce returns that are worth it for large amounts of capital, but not for modest amounts of capital.

I've had COVID I think 2-3 (maybe 4) times and I'm a teen. The last time I had COVID was around the last couple months of last year and I've been having throat infections/soreness on and off, but even worse EAR INFECTIONS. The month I'm writing this is in June, it's been forever and my ears are getting more and more blocked and liquid comes out instead of wax. Also, it hurts to touch or try to open. I try to open my ears to clean my ears at least in case that helps the infection or just to clean my ears. It's not working and I'm worried if I leave it for more time it's going to hurt my eardrum or something. 😭 As you can tell, I'm a very uneducated person on this matter!
Is anyone else suffering with this same thing? Did anything fix it? And I plan to go to the doctor but I'm not sure how urgently since my family is busy.

I can’t be the only one who thinks that men get extremely comfortable & don’t chase at all once they’re in a relationship. It always seems disheartening to me that a man will do and say anything for a woman they want to date & then once that time comes, they change. My boyfriend made me feel like the only girl in the world in the beginning & while he’s still a great guy, he doesn’t provide the same reassure & doesn’t act so obsessed with me like before. My question really is how do you guys cope in this situation I guess?

The main premise of the story is that a Deity/God named Eros (name is still WIP) enters a completely normal world and he transfers it into a virtual world (I can't figure out a motive yet.) In this world, there is a power inside every living human called Souls. Souls are powers that give humans the ability to use supernatural powers (mostly elemental like fire, water, lightning, ice, etc.) Now, onto the plot: When he was just 8 years old, Huon's (Name based off of the Chinese ancient fire god, Huo Po) sister, Nozomi (Japanese meaning for hope) was kidnapped by a power-hungry man named Shikyo. Nozomi has a special type of blood which can be used to revive others. But it takes time... a long time to fully extract her blood. Timeskip to 10 years later, Huon is out on an adventure with his childhood friend, Vienta to build a team to save his sister. If you want to hear more, let me know. About me: Well I’m a 24 year old guy from the states. I’m a full time college student and a full time employee. I’m studying software engineering and work in construction. As you can imagine with the summer heat approaching it’s hell, which it is, but the pay isn’t bad. I’m in my last year of school starting this august and hopefully will be switching careers coming next year when I graduate.
Hobbies: I’m a pretty simple dude honestly. Outside of work and school my time to focus on my interests are kinda limited. I do enjoy video games and have a few platforms such as a Switch, PS5, and a PC. Honestly I enjoy fighting games and shooters so if you wanna throw hands or beam some bots I’m your guy. Recently been playing a lot rainbow six siege and SF6.
I also enjoy other things such as working out, cooking, woodworking/crafting, watching anime, and going out. I’d definitely consider myself more spontaneous rather than introverted as i definitely can’t sit still for very long. Lastly, I very much so enjoy traveling and have plans to go to Europe next year. Currently debating on just traveling all over for a few weeks or staying in one place and living it up. Definitely want to visit Iceland and Poland though.

I was playing Settlers of Catan with some people, and the game is generally pretty fun.
However, I've thought several times that a cooperative version of the game might be fun.
So, my question is two-fold: One, does anyone have some good home-rules to use a Catan board as is for a Socialists of Catan? Obviously, balanced and fun still, just more cooperative rather than competitive. And, two, is there a game(s) out there that are more or less Catan but made to fit that idea?

I bought a size us9 and wondering if I should return for us9.5 or continue using break in methods like can in shoe. I still have around 2weeks to return it but I heard the instep is the one part of the shoe that is hard to break in no matter how long it takes. These are hi shine Gibson's.

We know he can control limitless at the atomic level, and that infinity exists everywhere and he can control it from a distance. I think this would lend itself to a few incredibly powerful techniques. I have a PhD in physics, and even though spacetime physics isn't my specialty, I still had to take special and general relativity for my masters so I LOVE Gojo's powers.

1. Atomize: Using Red (repel) at the atomic level, Gojo could literally atomize an opponent, but this would require that he can create and control billions/trillions of points of red simultaneously, which he might have the ability to do because of the Six Eyes. We could even simplify it further and using one point of repel inside someone else's body, he could make them explode. In reality, this ability could be used to replicate Dismantle and Cleave if he manipulated it enough.
   
2. Black Hole: Using Blue (Attraction), Gojo only needs to create an infinite point of attraction inside of someone's body, or hell, anywhere where there is matter, and create a black hole (enough mass in a small enough space will create a black hole - in physics we call this the schwarzschild radius.)
   
3. Infinite Float: Gojo can make himself fly, why not other objects, or other people? I would imagine he could make someone float from the ground and continue to do so until they hit the atmosphere and enter into space. We know he likely has the processing power to passively do this and does not need to actively focus on this person until the point they reach orbit. Hell, he could do this as an area of effect and essentially reverse gravity by creative a flat plane of attraction in the sky that's twice as powerful as earth's gravity.
   
4. Infinite Mass: Kind of the opposite of Infinite Float, Gojo could make the attraction a person has to the ground as strong as he wants, effectively manipulating that person's gravity and increasing their effective mass. This would prevent someone from moving quite well.
   
5. Reverse Infinity: Infinity uses the ability to create an almost perfect defense by taking the advantage of convergence of distance over space. Basically if you distance to an object halves, and then that distance halves again, and so on, you never actually reach the object. If he were to reverse this technique, he could make it so he has a sure fire hit every time outside of a domain expansion - rather than making the distance between an attack on him having an infinite distance to cover, he makes the distance of his attack on an opponent infinitely small even at a great distance.
   
6. Time Slow: We know Gojo can bend space itself, and from physics we know that space and time are the same thing. When you're in a gravitational well, basically when you're near massive objects like a black hole, time moves more slowly for the object from the perspective of an outside observer. The reason for this is... complicated, but imagine the following: To an outside observer, there are two flags A and B embedded into the ground. To the outside observer, the distance between flags A and B is 10m. But, imagine now a gravitational well is at the point of 5m-6m between A and B such that spacetime is stretched in such a way that the actual distance is 20m. This would kind of be like rolling a ball between point A and point B but all of a sudden it has to travel down into a ditch that's 1 meter across but the length of the space inside the ditch (imagine a semi circle) is 10m, 5m down 5m up. The linear distance between point A and point B is still 10m over the ditch, but the rolling into and out of the physical ditch added an additional 10m for a total of 20m traveled. For spacetime bending, you don't actually have a physical ditch, the ball still moves "linearly" to the outside observer, but... how does the ball travel 10m of bent space time across 1 meter of linear distance to the outside observer if it's going the same rate of 10m/s? Because the ball has farther to travel inside the well, and is moving at the same speed regardless of whether it's in the well or not, it appears to the outside observer as moving more slowly - in this case 10x as slow until it travels outside of the well where all of a sudden it's traveling 10m/s to the outside observer again.
   

Anyways, that's mostly handwaving a much deeper explanation. Gojo could create this gravitational well, call it a 10x gravity domain, around an opponent and it would effectively slow down time for that person because to travel one inch in linear space that person has to move, they actually have to travel 10 inches and if they are moving at the same speed inside the well, the only thing that would make sense is that to gojo it appears as they are moving more slowly. This would have the effect of almost casting a "slow spell" on that opponent, while Gojo could move normally relative to them.

1. Gravitational Slingshot: By once again distorting spacetime, Gojo could create a gravitational slingshot to add insane speed and power to attack directed at him or others, in the same way that spaceships use entire moons or planets to increase their speed. Essentially, the gravity of the object the attack is approaching accelerates the attack even more.

Anyways, I could keep going, but I would love to hear some cool ideas you all have!

My (25F) and my ex (27 M) dated for a little over 3 years and broke up ~5 years ago. At the time of our break-up, we were both in school and had been doing long distance for about a year. I still felt very invested in the relationship, but he became more distant as his schedule filled up with classes and extracurriculars that were important to him. I did my best to support him and his busy schedule but eventually I grew frustrated with the lack of time that he was able to make for our relationship. This was also compounded that we didn't get to see each other in person often and that his parents did not approve of our relationship due to cultural expectations.
I felt very abandoned and inadequate. Towards the end, when I was expressing how I needed more calls/communication (at least 1 Skype call per week) to make it work for me, he kept saying "I'm just really busy" or "this isn't fair to you". After over a month of not calling, I gave him an ultimatum to find time to talk by the end of the month or we would be done. I never wanted to break up with him (he is a really kind, smart, and patient guy) but the relationship just wasn't working for me. Our breakup wasn't on bad terms but I denied his request to be friends because I felt like I needed to protect myself from the rejection I was feeling when he continued to prioritize his other activities over us.
In the past year, we've reconnected occasionally via text. It was really nice to chat with him and I'm so proud of what he's been able to do with his life/career. I felt at ease in the text conversations and never felt any romantic ties to him. I also really didn't think much about them beyond the conversations themselves. It truly felt like talking to an old friend.
Anyways, a few weeks ago, I ran into him in the city where he is now living. We had a quick chat in person which was pleasant and not at all awkward. I left it feeling happy that we'd manage to figure out how to have a healthy friendship. A few days later, when I got back home, I felt so numb. I then proceeded to sob for the next few days and kept thinking about what I did wrong for our relationship to not be a priority for him towards the end. I also kept wondering if he just wanted me to end it, even though he acknowledged he didn't have the time (and likely wouldn't have the time in the foreseeable future) to make the relationship work. I felt like the fate and failure of the relationship was on me and that it must have been my fault for it to fail because it was my needs that weren't being met. I have thought a lot about this over the past few weeks and know that it was the right decision for me, because I would have continued to be unhappy in a relationship that was more of a priority to me than to my partner. Nevertheless, I still feel burdened by the feeling that I was not worth his time or love.
Is this normal? How do I get over these feelings of inadequacy that I haven't felt since our relationship and deal with them?

I made a Bitcoin deposit yesterday and now there are over 100 confirmations on the blockchain but the deposit is still pending and I can’t sell. I’ve deposited Bitcoin on other occasions but every time the Bitcoin is available to be sold in PayPal after 6 confirmations. Anyone else have this issue?

And my god it is miserable. I haven’t been in the official app in years. Like 3-4 years. The difference was jarring. Apollos customization options, sorting, UI and UX is just light years ahead. My home feed had more ads and suggested posts and subs than the ones I actually follow.
I’m still in denial that Apollo will be gone soon.

I went to the restaurant yesterday, and there were a lot of people, so I had to wait a few minutes. As my turn approached, there were not many people in the waiting area. Then, I heard a clicking sound from somewhere, so I looked around and saw someone was cutting her nails. I was so surprised and shocked at her behavior. How can you do something like that casually? She continued to cut her nails even after I informed her that she's not supposed to cut her nails at the restaurant, no matter how few people were there. She said that she had to cut her nails here because she was too tired and she didn't have time to cut them. I have no idea how hard and tired she is, but if she has time to eat at a restaurant, does it make sense that she doesn't have time to cut her nails? It's not my business, so I don't have to worry about it, but I just want to hear your thoughts. Is it okay to cut nails at the restaurant in the waiting area? Am I being too sensitive? I really don't get it.

I never got to travel anywhere as a kid because my parents were broke. I always got jealous as a kid during the summer because kids from my school would be going to places all over the U.S and I got to go nowhere. I'm 22 now and I've wanted to go places myself since I was 18 but cant afford to. How are people expected to travel when young when you have the least about of money at that time? Now i'm depressed and pissed off because I still cant go anywhere and I cant even be grateful for places I traveled as a teen because there isnt any. A lot if people in their 20s that cant travel at least got to as a kid because of their parents. I didnt even get that. And I feel like thats the best age to travel to. As a kid everything is new and exiting anyway and that just makes traveling that much better. I just dont know how to cope with it. It's just fucking unfair. I'm aware I'm not the only one but that doesnt make it any better. I keep trying to forget about but my little brother who is 14 just got to go to Californnia and it just made me pissed off and jealous because gets to go places like that at his age and I fucking couldn't. I feel I missed out on several experiences. Not even with travelling just everything I missed put on from social anxieyy. I'd do anything to just get a doever. I honestly just feel like killing myself because I cant cope with any of my issues. Theraphy doesnt help.
