Therefore, I'll propose, that the next conference call shall announce only that all responses have been finalized to the final deciding authority. I don't believe that CytoDyn will announce any response of the authority, since, none has been given, only that everything has been recently submitted to them, that is what I'm thinking. The webcast should also discuss the situation with Cyrus. Everybody sitting here reading this knows that what is happening isn't normal; that what is going on in the world and that which is going on here just ain't right. We can't just keep on being tone deaf to all of it, just ignoring it as it happens or pretending that it is all normalcy.
Therefore, I truly do appreciate all those who do post the studies on CCR5 and CCL5 and what the effects are of allowing and / or disallowing this chemical inter-cellular communication to and / or from happening. These studies go a long way into deciphering, unveiling and understanding the truth about this immunoregulatory communication cascade. I feel like these are akin to rays of light that shoot across the din of darkness where much is spoken, but little is said and even less heard. But here is the bit of light only we who have those polarized sun glasses can appreciate. On 12/7/22, Cyrus puts forth CytoDyn's Plans to get Leronlimab to market. Essentially, it is the Investor Deck, filed with the SEC and it lays out his game plan for bringing Leronlimab to the people. One of the main problems with this prognostic plan is that share holders can not see it unfolding. The reason for this is that the #1 Priority of this plan is to get the clinical hold on Leronlimab Lifted. This process is shielded from shareholder sight. The other problem is that many of the remaining goals of the Investor Deck are dependent on meeting the 1st goal, the #1 priority. Therefore, they too are shielded from shareholder's view. Therefore, shareholder's can's see the plan unfolding.

We can take a little deeper look and see that Dr. Palmer has a history with TAKeda pharmaceuticals. "Dr. Palmer left Kadmon in 2015 to become Global Lead on Shire's NASH program, as well as other liver-related issues within the company, such as orphan cholestatic liver diseases PFIC Alagilles, PSC and PBC, and liver-related safety issues (DILI), and was rapidly promoted to Global Development Lead - Hepatology and led the formation of the liver safety group. Shire was acquired by Takeda in 2019 at which time Dr. Palmer was recruited as Head of Liver Disease Development at Takeda." TAK has TAK-647 which is: " Ontamalimab is a fully human immunoglobulin G2 monoclonal antibody against mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 which failed phase 3 clinical trials for ulcerative colitis (UC) and Chrons Disease, but now is in Phase 1 clinical trials for NASH."

It goes without saying that CytoDyn needs help. CytoDyn has 4 different plays, and each play is devoid of a sufficient data pool which would draw in funding for that indication. Cyrus' long term goal expressed in the Investor Deck is to build out a strong enough clinical trial data pool to present it to a partner or a buyer. So then, without any cash of our own, Cyrus' plan is to have someone else's funding, partner with CytoDyn and build for us that data pool and in the end, have exactly those same partners compete for the entirety of the resultant conglomerate, for the whole or for a part once that data pool is firmly in hand.
The same story goes for HIV-Prep and HIV-Cure which is likely being run by the 3rd party Research and Development Bio-Tech company Vir, in collaboration to develop the long acting or a more longer acting molecule of CCR5 blockade. Vir is pretty much a given with Scott Hansen's strong connections there, but I remain skeptical due to the mechanism of action of VIR 1388 working to phagocytose HIV itself by initiating T Cells to target HIV epitopes while LL blocks CCR5. This was kept secret, but somewhat hinted at by Cyrus in the 4/11/23 Webcast .
We can apply the same logic in the Oncology study being run by MD Anderson using Merck's Keytruda in combination with Leronlimab. We had all been waiting to find out what had happened with the results of the MD Anderson study, and Cyrus threw us this line: "Leronlimab is currently being trialed in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in a breast cancer xenograft model in partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center." When the hold lifts, the blinders will be removed and all eyes shall be opened. Until then, only ours who have heard and understand that Investor Deck know what is happening now. All others remain blind to all of which is happening. They think it is all doom and gloom, but we know, that the Investor Plan is going forward. It is not a co-incidence that Cyrus told us all these things before this long period of waiting began. Long stents of time providing hardly any information. But when information did come, it was telling of the plan unfolding. Cyrus was saying, "Don't worry, the plan is going forward." So, he got sick, but there was a backup plan and likely, this was announced in a way he wasn't planning, but it was Plan B and he had our backs regardless and there wasn't even a set back. Cyrus will be back soon, assuredly. So, we wait for him.
How much hotter will it get? Hopefully, we get a webcast soon and I think it will be indicating that all has been recently submitted. I also hope that they will announce when Cyrus returns back to his seat. My eyes are glued to every detail that happens and how it correlates with the Investor Deck. It was given to us as shareholders, so lets stay focused on it and not be blinded. The sun is bright almost every day, but we are wearing special, polarized sun glasses. We will see that Deck unfold. I bought a food cooler bag to use as a wet bag, as it's easy wipe clean. I have stepped in pee far more times than I ever would have imagined. Moved to SC 12/7 got my license 12/8 took a class where they mailed everything in on 12/10. Got it sent back on 3/2, i received it in the mail on 3/6, I forgot to sign the damn student checklist (F**k me right?) called sled, they told me to send it back signed and if I’m in the system then i shouldn’t have to wait at the back of the queue (essentially starting the process over). I didn’t buy that but i usps overnighted it on 3/7. Confirmed delivery on 3/8. Today is 6/3. Im closing in on the 90 days again and so far nothing in the mail. Gonna call for an update on Monday 6/5. Hoping for good news.

Some advice needed. I have been overweight my whole life. My weight is affecting my health and I have to loose weight. Currently 275 lbs. I am desperate, because my weight is draining me. However I just don’t manage to eat in a deficit. My TDEE is roughly 2300. if I manage to eat 2000 I would be so happy. However I am logging my calories for almost two years. The pattern goes s follows. I eat in a deficit for a couple of days. Then I get so hungry that I eat up my small deficit that I have worked for hard again. So it happened today. I woke up and wasn’t hungry, so instead of breakfast I had brunch if 700 kcal. Because I didn’t have lunch I eventually got to a point where I was very hungry. Before the next meal I drank plenty of water. Then I started with veg, protein and carbs in the end. However until I got full it needed a lot. I am basically back at Square one and have used up all my maintenance calories. I don’t know what to do at this point. The pattern repeats itself endlessly.

I play for an AAU team and played the championship game today... and lost brutally. And I took most of the blame for our loss. As the teams main shooter I went 0-7 from three which I thought was bullshit. Last game I went 7-9 from 3 and my team ended up winning by 20+ points. But I feel like Im stuck in a cycle where I play a good game then I play a bad game and it keeps on going. It seems like in terms of shooting I can never have a good shooting day back to back. How can I get better?

So preview copies of the Leviathan boxset have been sent out now, and with that comes the new rulebook, which also contains within it a Crusade supplement that details the 4th Tyrannic War. I'll let someone else detail all the new stuff that's been added because its a massive book and I don't have the patience. But I'll post the story of the Norn Emissaries. You may have heard of it as the big new Tyranid monster mentioned in the Warhammer + lore video that was slain by Trajann Valoris in order to save Lord Solar Leontus. That brief account doesn't really get into how scary these guys actually are.
In the book itself there are three Norn Emissaries that are involved in the fighting, two of which are uninvolved in the assassination attempt on Leontus.

With the skies darkened, day and night had no meaning. The defenders fought on doggedly, yet their casualties mounted and the fortress they manned became ever more heavily damaged. All the while, the three Norn Emissaries stalked through the fighting with eerie alien grace, closing inexorably upon objectives only they knew. One of them struck on the eighth day of the siege, having compressed its mass into the seemingly impossible confines of a decommissioned turbolift shaft then crawled steadily upwards for untold hours. The towering monstrosity burst into the Erythrad Peak command sanctum, where it slaughtered hundreds of screaming strategos and command adepts and destroyed scrooes of irreplacable cogitator banks. The beast would have escaped to strike again elsewhere, had it not been for an unnamed Chapter serf who selflessy sealed the blood-drenched sanctum and trigged the plasmic denial charges, reducing the entire peak to a glassy crator.But the lion's share of the screentime is given to the one sent to assasinate Lord Solar Leontus.
The second Emissary - whose distinctive scars identified it to Imperial stratego sas the infamous Fiend of Hag Rift - surged from a Trygon tunnel to attack the White Templars' gene-seed vault. It was supported by swarms of lesser warrior organisms and a pair of Neurotyrants. In response, marching from the Chapter's Vaults of Repose came almost a score of White Templars Dreadnoughts who held back the Tyranids in an increasingly desperate and one-sided struggle. Almost all of the ancient warriors were slain - a dreadful loss for the Chapter - but their sacrifices bought time for Colonel Uveda of the Ortegan Grenadieers to launch a massive counter attack and drive the Tyranids back. When the vengeful Chapter Master Stavro arrived at the head of a White Templars strike force, the Fiend of Hag Rift was badly wounded and its swarm devestated. Yet the malevolent monster escaped to fight another day.
For all the butchery and horror wrought by its fellows, it was the thrid of the Norn Emissaries that struck at the most crucial target. Scaling the snow-whipped peak of the tallest mountains in the Heights of Artorus, the creature lurked in wait amidst rock and ice for its prey to emege. Below lay the wide-open square of the Ascendorum, a great plaza wrought from a mountainous plateau, dotted with braziers, statuary, sheild generatorums and flak batteries. In better times, the White Templars had mustered on this open space to perform rituals and bestow honours beneath the starry vaults of Sanctum's skies. Now, Lord Solar Leontus was crossing the open plaza astride Konstantin with his entourage about him. The Norn Emissary knew its prey's psionic spoor. Its black eyes followed him. Its ropes of muscle and tendon tensed, and then it leapt out into thin air. The Norn Emissary dropped towards the plaza, sword-llike talons extended, angling its huge mass to slam down directly atop Leontus. From below came screams as someone spotted the danger and many amongst Leontus' entourage raised weapons. The Lord himself looked up, registering his doom descending upon him too swiftly to be avoided.Remember that one story about the Custodians fighting an entire Tyranid swarm that Custodes haters constantly rag about? Really, the Hive Mind should've sent one of these guys instead, because managing to kill four custodes and a gunship by yourself while the Custodians have Imperial Guard support is pretty impressive.
Missiles streaked in and struck the Norn Emissary in the flank when it was scant feet above Leontus' head. The impacts blossomed into concussive fireballs. Their force hurled the huge Tyranid aside even as their shock waves unhorsed the Lord Solar and threw him and many of his companions flat upon the flagstones. The Norn Emissary bucked in the air, ichor gouting from its wounded flank, and turned its tumble into a cat-like landing with a grace nothing so huge should posses. It hissed as the gilded gunship that had fired upon it streaked overhead, then banked sharply with a flare of engines and came in for another pass. The craft's rear ramp whined open as it flew closer, and hulking warriors clad in ornate auramite armour dropped from it one after another to slam down in the plaza with enough force to crack stone. The gunship's weapons blazed again. This time the Emissary was ready. Leaping and swinging huge talons in a scything arc, it tore the cockpit from the gunship and sent it spiralling down the mountainside in flames.
The emissary wheeled and surged with serpentine speed towards Leontus, who was still staggering to his feet. Blood ran down his pale face from a bad scalp wound. Though he fumbled to draw his blade, the Norn Emissary's prey was in no condition to defend himself. The monster reared above him.
The newly arrived golden warriors moved with incredible speed and merciless focus. Those of the Lord Solar's retinue not swift enough to clear a path were smashed aside with bone-breaking force as Trajann Valrois and his Custodians raced to interpose themselves between Leontus and his would-be xenos assassin. The Norn Emissary was just paces from its victim when a hammering volley of bolt fire from the Custodian's guardians spears arrested its charge. The monster staggered then lunged with a shriek, snatching up the nearest Custodian and tearing one arm from his body before swinging him by the other and hurling him away.
Trajann Valoris stepped in and aimed a mighty stroke with the Watcher's Axe that shattered several of the Emissary's talons. The towering xeno-beast feinted back then sprang past Valoris and attempted to snatch up Leontus. The Lord Solar had, by now, recovered his wits, however, and hurled himself backward to escape the monster's grasp. Bodyguards and chanting priests pressed forward, raking the Norn Emissary with fire from lasguns, pistols, and a handful of plasma weapons. The monster swatted its attackers aside like insects and sent broken bodies tumbling across the plaza.
The next instant it reeled and screeched as several Custodians' blades hacked into its flesh. Eyes still fixed unerringly on the retreating Lord Solar, the Norn Emissary lashed about itself with blistering speed. A custodian was borne aloft and ripped bodily in two. Another was kicked so hard that his head cleared the plaza and vanished over the precipice before his blood-spurting body had even toppled. Yet another was stomped into the flagstones, even his toughened bone structure and auramite armour not enough to prevent his death. The golden wall between the Norn Emissary and its prey was thinning.
All the while Leontus defenders and the remaining Custodians were pouring fire into the colossal alien abomination. A scything blow of the Watcher's Axe slit the cable-like tendons of the beast's right ankle and set it limping. A plasma blast - either skullfully placed or incredibly lucky - melted the right side of the Emissary's face into a fused mass of cooked flesh. Bolt rounds fired by Custodians blasted chunks of chitin and showers of ichor from the creature's limbs and body.
Still the Norn Emissary fought on. Its whipping tail broke another Custodian's neck and sent his body cluttering away across the plaza. A final, desperate effort saw the beast hurl itself forward, jaws grasping to close upon Lord Solar Leontus like a trap slamming shut. Yet Valoris was there at the crucial moment, Watcher's Axe swinging in a meteoric arc to embed itself in the side of the Norn Emissary's skull and smash its head aside. The xenos monster crashed to the ground, crushing more than a score of Leontus' aides under its bulk, yet its last strike at the Lord Solar had been fended off by the Captian-General of the Emperor's own bodyguards. Valoris and his one surviving Custodian kept their weapons levelled at the monster as it twitched and ehaved, but it did not try to rise again. Ichor flooded from its grievious wounds, steaming as it cooled and began to freeze upon the cracked flagstones of the plaza.
Lord Solar Leontus looked gravely around at the carnaged, then up at the stern-faced demigod who had interceded to save his life. Expression sombre, Leontus raised his hands and wordlessly offered the Captain-General of the Adeptus Custodes the sign of the Aquila. Valoris returned the gesture, and then calmly set about checking his wargear and reloading the Eagle's Scream. The life of the Lord Solar had been saved at terrible cost, and the defenders of Sanctum had received reinforcements, but there was still a world's worth of war to be waged.

(I did search the subreddit but a lot of the threads are dated, covid era related and perhaps not entirely current)
Going through a lot of pain and change in my life and may need to move to Eugene in a few months. I want to apologize for making this thread as I know many of you may be tired and annoyed by it.
I am not from Oregon but have been in Salem since 2019. I'm just curious what the best time to try and find an apartment would be knowing kids will be coming back to school in the fall and that might be hectic and competitive.
Along with that what are the areas I need to stay away from? Any reviews or feedback on apartments or the like? Ideally I need a one bedroom for around $1500 with AC and in-unit washedryer but I know this is a tall task and asking for a lot in today's sad times with cost of living and unfair wages and such. Seems like everything goes up but our pay.
I am also not against having a roommate. I do have plenty of experience with that being former military but that's clearly a different situation. I just know I am dependable and have a high standard of ethics and am a very clean person. No pets but wouldn't mind a cat down the road. I am just so new to this all being an active 38yo guy that it feels a bit overwhelming mentally at a very dark time in my life so any help and advice at all is very appreciated.
Very much appreciate those of you taking your time out to assist me with this. I really hope to find some community in Eugene and make good friends. Thank you so much.
ps- I want everyone who reads this to know that life is absolutely worth living. We sometimes will be in the fog and mud but it really takes effort and understanding that a new day will arise tomorrow and all you have to do is try. Just try. Alrighty folks… I bought what I believe is a Tektite ring 2 days ago. This morning my car was towed (I thought I was safe) and I woke up around 7:15 feeling really anxious and sick to my stomach. I walk out to the parking garage around 11 and my car is gone. I’m gonna ask about what time it was towed when I pick it up today… maybe I’m having a bit of spiritual awakening/developing “knowings” with this ring.
It’s made a big difference in visualization with spellwork lately.
I also saw the numbers 333 several times before my friend who I’m staying with sent me money to pay for the tow, unprompted. I’ve seen angel numbers a lot lately but this was surprisingly quick follow through with an intervention.

She’s my third foster, but first that was pulled from an overcrowded shelter. Her name is snow and she’s incredibly sweet. She was terrified of my dogs last night and is now fine co-existing as long as they don’t get in her face. I have two Newfoundlands, both boys and older, so this isn’t a huge deal for us. I was told she was a Great Pyrenees—well, on site alone, I know that’s not the only breed. She looks like a white lab to me, but she’s almost as tall as my Newfoundlands. She 2 1/2 and 60 lbs, but a little underweight. She does has double back dewclaws so there’s likely some Pyrenees. Could be Great Pyrenees x lab mix, but then I wondered maybe some Akbash? Anyone have any guesses? She was pulled from Texas 😊

What's up swappers? Got a laptop and a broken-ish iphone to get rid of here. First is the laptop. It's a 2017 HP Envy 17m-ae0xx and it boasts a 17-inch screen, which is frankly insane for a laptop. But it could also be a statement piece? Your call.
LAPTOP TIMESTAMPS. One or two of these may say April 22 on them - just a previous batch of pics I never got around to listing. Hoping it's clear this is the same laptop from environmental cues and current timestamps. Happy to take another round if needed.
SPECS
Laptop has a number of cosmetic dings and scuffs, mostly on the bottom. One noticable dent in edge. There's a clean, square mark on the top deck where there was a sticker. Comes with power cable, which has some weird bites (?) taken out of it. Not sure what happened there. See timestamps for details.
I reset this laptop after I got it a few months ago and set it up with a local admin account, installed firefox and VLC media player, stripped out some of the bloatware, and let windows update install a bunch of little updates. Then I closed it and let it sit on my shelf. If you want, I'm happy to reset it again before shipping and you can walk through the Microsoft setup out of the box.
If you need a beater laptop you could beat someone to death with, and also has 16 gigs of ram and an Nvidia chip in it, this could just the thing for you. You could even game on it.
