2023.06.09 10:55 BuffyThePastaSlayer [s1 spoilers] The many interpretations of "But you changed, too."

I've seen some theories about this line from Jinx in ep9, which fascinated me because it never occurred to me this line could have different interpretations, and so many at that.
Theory 1: Jinx is wrong
Vi did not change, and this line speaks to Jinx' idealized memory of her. The line refers to Vi's refusal to kill Cait, which doesn't make sense because younger Vi wouldn't kill a young, tied-up enforcer like that, either. Jinx remembers Vi as someone who would do anything for her, even shoot Cait, and so to her the line makes sense, but to us it doesn't.
Theory 2: The old Vi would've accepted Jinx
Jinx is referring to the Vi who before ep3 would shield her from the consequences of her actions and always encourage her no matter what. The role Silco has filled since Vi was taken. So by "you changed" she's saying, "the old Vi wouldn't be bothered by who I've become."
Theory 3: Vi changed in ep3
The line "you changed" refers to one scene -- when Vi hit her and said "you're a Jinx." This was the moment Vi changed in Jinx's mind, and the moment PowdeJinx started to change as well.
Theory 4: Vi is with an enforcer; Vi changed
I'll jump to my own interpretation now, so the post isn't so long:
The line "But you changed, too" made me think of two specific moments. First, the scene where Sevika tells Jinx, "It's not what you think. She's with some girl enforcer. Guess she replaced you." Later, the scene when Jinx first sees Cait, and realizes, "Sevika wasn't lying? You're with an enforcer?"
I always interpreted the line "You changed" to refer to this, as it seems to me that Cait is the biggest reason she can't trust Vi anymore. The kids' relationship with the enforcers is clear in ep 1-3 and the Enemy music video. Their parents were killed by enforcers. Enforcers are paid off to hunt, kill and imprison undercity people. To suddenly see Vi trust an enforcer and guide her through the undercity, of course to Jinx it would mean Vi isn't the same person she used to be.
Moreover, I think Jinx is correct and I (respectfully) disagree with the interpretation that this line only speaks to Jinx's flawed/idealized memory. I don't think the old Vi, pre-Cait, would trust an enforcer. She never had a reason to before meeting Cait. I think Vi has grown and changed a lot in s1, and that she's becoming a lot more like Vander and seeing the grey areas between the blacks and whites.
Jinx's insistence that Vi has to kill Cait makes sense in this context, as killing Cait would prove to Jinx that Vi is still that same girl, and that they're still on the same side. Jinx is waging war against the enforcers and has killed so many of them she's Piltover's nr 1 most wanted. With where Vi's arc and story is headed, I can understand why Jinx considers this difference irreconcilable.
What's your interpretation of the line? Did Vi change, or was Jinx wrong?

2023.06.09 10:54 Busy-Magician-4501 2 rule questions after playing the with the app

Hello fellow Spirit Island players !
I played a few games with the app and enjoy it. I have noticed 2 differences between the app process and the way I play with the physical game, and I cannot find reference for it in the rule books. I play with base game, Branch and Claws and Promo pack 1.
Here are my questions :

  1. Do I have to play an event card in the first round? I play it with the base game but I believe that the game did not play it in my digital games.
  2. When invaders explore with the card "Costal lands" (the blue card, at invasion level 2), do I have to send explorers in only one of the costal regions? Same thing for ravages : just only ones? I play it by affecting ALL the regions when I play the physical game, but (not sure about it, just happened one time) it seems that the digital game explore and ravage in only one coastal land with this card.
Thanks a lot for the upcoming answers!

2023.06.09 10:53 PlanetSpaceman How i would change the NCR story

This is a really over talked about topic, I mean there is no way any of this will ever be read as they dropped all planned future for the mod. however I still think ideas are useful in case one day people say "screw it, lets try and fix it". With my proposed "Ideas" nothing major is cut, all story beats are still hit just differently is all and also tie into other factions more.
Start of the mod
Instead of having Blackthorne consider the courier a asset first thing have him do the patrols till the courier is captured however the legion does not off the other two soldiers instead captures you and them, the add a new section "The slave camp" where the courier is captured along with the two other people on the bridge, after the courier wakes up have one of the soldiers get offed by a legion officer after the solider tried to assualt the officer, you and the other solider decide to try and find a way out of there or gain info on the legion, this will add the "slaves faction" where you can raise affinity with them to get items and info to help you out.

New slave faction
helping the slave you can learn they plan to move some slaves to another camp and it then becomes your goal to get on that transport to try and make a play to escape while in transport. with this you can also make it so you can form a bond with the other surviving solider( and even add a potential downside to getting idolized by the slaves because the legion ends up hearing you are making ways with the slaves and offs the other surviving solider as a sorta "example" or chose not to and with that have an impact on the story. so the ideal spot would be to have liked affinity and not idolized something i don't think the base game explored at all)
Regardless of what you do you end up on the transport (with the surviving solider if you are only liked by the slaves), while in transit you start to initiate your escape plan but just before you do whatever that plan is the transport car is hit and all hell breaks loose outside, after a short fire fight everything goes silent as you hear foot steps approach the door of the van and you see Someone from the Wolf pack. they have been sent out to intercept slave transports in the attempt to injure the legions production, at that moment another group of legion attacks you and the wolf pack where Hardcase can be shot by legion and dies, still having him die and the huge funeral is still shown OR you kept the surviving solider alive the solider will sacrifice themselves to stop the bullet saving Hardcase and changing the story. after the attack ends they bring you back to Blackthrone where you give him any intel you found on the legion (idk what intel im sure you can think of some)
They have the funeral for the solider who sacrificed themselves and move on to the tank escort where you escort the tank with wolf pack instead because Blackthrone now sees you as somewhat of an asset to him and assigns you to wolf pack as a new member. in this patrol AJ is cut off after a RPG hits a building instead of the tank and AJ is presumed to be crushed by the building. you then move to the tank control mission where the mission plays out the same. However instead of the NCR knowing it was the enclave have it so the player is tasked with reconing in the area for any info on who attacked (make it seem like because this laser is so powerful they could easily wipe anyone off the map but chose the exiles not the main NCR so whoever shot it has to have done so from close by or within eye shot). You find a broken terminal and can repair it with parts, repair skill, or use a Wolf pack member to fix it, you find info on the lasers effectiveness and a location of potential outposts. That data then leads you to the exact same outpost we saw in the game already, you go in steal the data form a terminal and find out about the space station and that the group is Enclave.
Space station
skipping to the space station here, remove the wolfenstien rip off and rework the boss to be more about DPS on targets of interest and not moving actual objects, after doing enough damage the spaceship goes into emergency power unlocking the door to the system mainframe however you find out someone in the team got fatally wounded will die soon, then have the whole talk with the ship "AI" where you get the option to transport that persons brain and make them the ships "AI". Voss makes his escape after the boss fight you have with him, brining the C-finder with him like before but after chasing him down and him getting hit have the C-Finder get destroyed.

Legion base and C-finder
Back at base Blackthrone notes that some data that was downloaded from the station shows Voss had a base in a nearby vault(ties into the legion story now) you go the the vault after raiding maybe a vault tec office for its location, you then do the quest with the robots, but find no C-finder, on a terminal you find a transcribed audio log form a robot that the legion found the C-finder and brought it back to their base and the rest of the game plays out the same(maybe add a bit where if you are liked or idolized by the slaves they help you in the legion camp-a reward for doing side objectives in the slave camp), maybe make Rancor less obvious as a villain by giving him an officer uniform so he is clearlya high ranking officer and change his dialogue so he actively advocates for you so you bond and trust him. you return the C-finder to Blackthorne, after the whole bombardment of the base.
Rancor's "unexpected" betrayal
Blackthorne goes to a military base to talk to other NCR higher ups to show that they took out the legion and are a great asset the NCR could use. This is where Rancor betraysthe exiles and goes and launches the nuke like last time(same BOS momments to). You go to the site of the blast to find Blackthorne and the NCR officials alive in the nuclear bunker, you tell Blacktorne that Rancor is traitor, you get picked up by the pilot "surprise its Rancor!" he shoots Blackthore and you and kicks you off the verti bird, you barley survive do the same walk though the woods and depending on if Hardcase is alive you play it out the same or have you just stumble on the ranger outpost on your own (could do something with the animal friend perk or even wild waste land if you want to). you get picked up go to the giant floating airship do the same battle where depending on what you did with the NCR you can get people to side with you. Rancor is corned does the big "lmao C-finder go brr" thing and have the finally be the same "talk down, kill, or caravan game" thing.

Sorry for the long post but if you read it all your a god, and two tell me what you think, i think it fixes a few of the issues people had the story as a whole, but im no Modder and this mod is officially unsupported so

2023.06.09 10:52 drasticumpire Realistically, would it be possible for me to transfer uni + change degree? (Mature student)

Hello all! So just a little backstory before I dig in: - I'm 25 years old - Currently on a gap year after completing 2 years graphic design - I'm on a gap year as my mental health drastically deteriorated during the course, and took time out to get better and think things through
I've come to the realisation (a while ago) that I hate my degree and regret doing it. I'd like to pursue a degree I enjoy and did really well in out of all my previous subjects which is Acting. Prior to starting my graphic design degree, I had 0 experience in it which is probably what contributed to the stress whereas with Acting I achieved a distinction at BTEC Level 3. I also had a few years experience in freelance modelling (which isn't the same as acting I know!) but I believe it demonstrates confidence in "performing" which could be a transferable skill. I'm also going to resume participating in my local theatre as a hobby again.
My question to you lovely people is, realistically, do you think it would be possible for me to not only change universities but also start a new degree in 2nd year? (I've used 2 out of the 4 years of student finance) Of course, please shoot any other advice/thoughts you have!
TLDR; I'm a mature student who's finished 2nd year graphic design and I hate it. Keen on changing to an Acting degree but also leave my current degree, do you think it's possible?

FYI, this is a story COLLECTION. Lots of standalones technically. So, you can basically start to read at any chapter, no pre-read of the other chapters needed technically (other than maybe getting better descriptions of characters than: Adam Vir=human, Krill=antlike alien, Sunny=tall alien, Conn=telepathic alien). The numbers are (mostly) only for organization of posts and continuity.

Here is the link to the master-post.
The darkness around them was hot and stifling. Their breath had leached the freshness out of the crate hours ago, leaving them sitting in a stale muggy darkness. Sunny shifted in the near darkness, struggling to see with the single beam of meager light which filtered in from above.
Adam lay in her arms blacked out completely.
She let his upper body rest gently in her lower arms, while her upper arms searched through his blond hair –matted with dried blood– and across his scalp.
She swore she was going to kill the person who did this to him.
Didn't they know what a knock in the head could do to a human? Didn't they understand what a concussion meant?
He needed a doctor, he needed Krill, but the little physician wasn't with them now.
He was back on the Tesraki home planet with the ship.
And they were... well Sunny had no idea where they were.
It had all happened so fast, one moment they were walking through the streets, going through market vendor stalls and laughing about something stupid, and the next moment Adam was lying unconscious on the ground and her head was inside a bag.
She would have fought, but they threatened to hurt Adam if she did.
Perhaps if it had been some other person, she might have taken that chance, but she wasn't nearly willing enough to risk Adam for her own perceived vanity.
After the attack, they had quickly been carted off across the city and loaded into this crate. She had heard the sound of the docks and the roaring of engines. She had sat in here for hours as the ship passed in and then out of warp.
Wherever they were, they were miles away from home, with no one to come and same them.
And Adam was injured, likely concussed.
Worst of all is that she couldn't even see his eyes to check and make sure if he was ok or not. His breathing was relatively even, a slow expansion of his chest and ribs over and over and over again.
She adjusted herself, groaning softly as she attempted to stretch out her legs. Adam's body was dead weight in her hands as she moved him pulling him further onto her lap to where she could hold him with her right set of arms while examining his wound with the other two.
His head rested against her shoulder breath hot on her neck.
Good, she could make sure he was still alive that way.
The engine thrummed.
She had tried to break out of the box first thing of course, but that action had proven to be fruitless, as had screaming. The engine was much too loud. She had, of course, tried engineering her way out of the box, but without tools, space and with Adam's dead weight to work around, that had also been a fruitless option.
So, she sat in the dark and waited.
She was beginning to worry that Adam would never wake up when he finally began to stir.
Sunny sighed a deep sigh of relief.
"Adam. Adam, are you ok, can you hear me?"
For a horrible moment there was no answer, but then a groggy,
"Sunny... Where are we... Why can't I see?”
A hint of panic crept into his voice.
"Shh, you're ok we are just stuck in a crate, that's all."
"Oh that's good,"
He paused,
"Never thought I would say that about being stuck in a crate."
She sighed again in relief, glad to see that he was at least lucid and understood what was happening,
"Now hold on, what happened, and why do I have such a raging headache?”
She shifted slightly in her space as he adjusted himself.
The crate was small, so there wasn't really anywhere for him to go, so he just ended up resting more securely against her chest, head resting on her chest plate her lower arms wrapped around him to keep him in place.
"We were attacked, you were knocked out and I was threatened."
"And you didn't screw them up?"
"They were threatening to kill you. I only had so many options."
He grunted, and in the dark he sighed, turning his head so his cheek was brushing up against her,
"This has been a shit day."
That made her laugh. Leave it to Adam to make her laugh when their lives were in danger.
Nothing much they could do about the situation now, and they remained in darkness, curled up together under the roaring of the engine.
Both of them felt it when the ship came into atmosphere, growing more and more nervous as they felt their crate being shifted and moved. Their little sliver of light was completely gone now leaving them in complete darkness as they were jostled and jolted around inside the crate. Then there came voices, Tesraki, Drev, Burg, and another voice which was far less familiar to Sunny than any of the others.
She felt Adam go still in her arms.
He hissed, the sharp crack of the spat word hissing through the darkness.
Sunny didn't know much about that species. The only thing she knew for sure is that they had withdrawn from peace talks with the GA and were an outside entity. She knew they occasionally traded with the GA and that Adam had had some run-ins with them. Run-ins like human slave trade or… infant meat trade that gave him a serious hatred for their kind, which was uncharacteristic for his usual forgiving nature.
The crate jolted and rocked.
A distant thrumming filled the background, the lull of conversation, and then it went silent again.
The box jolted downwards.
"Here master, just as you requested."
"I assume you got a good specimen?"
Adam and Sunny leaned up against the walls of their crate trying to determine who or what was speaking.
"You will be most pleased with us master. Got you a real fine specimen we did, worth well over the asking prices. Will be the most exotic piece to your collection for sure."
There was a low sort of guttural rumble from the outside of the crate.
"I will be the judge of that. Open the crate."
There was some shuffling for a moment, a sharp snap and the sides of the box fell away. Sunny and Adam were forced to raise their hands against the light as bright purple and blue light assailed them from all directions. They blinked past the shade cast by their hands.
The room they stood in was strange.
They got the feeling that the open space was supposed to be some kind of meeting space or gathering room.
Perhaps even some sort of entertainment room with how large it was, two floors connected by wide arching ramps up either side of the wide room. The floor below them was a purplish sort of grey made even more so by the blue and purple lights from above.
Adam turned his head in a wide arc, his head raised towards the ceiling. Sunny followed his gaze, and was immediately horrified.
Overhead at least twenty cages had been suspended from the ceiling. Though most of them were either empty, three others were occupied.
Two sick, mournful looking humans and a bleached white skeleton.
"The fuck!?”
Adam turned his head, eyes narrowing towards the group that stood around them, and Sunny got her first good look at the Prodigum.
She was not pleased with what she saw.
It had to be the ugliest thing she ever saw, and that meant something with them knowing the Burg.
The creature was big, maybe a little taller than her.
It had a body sort of like a gorilla, if gorillas were absolutely hideous in every way.
Its back legs were short and stumpy, just one massive fleshy mass, holding up their incredible bulk. They had no neck to speak of, and their arms were absolutely massive, jutting ninety degrees from their shoulders and then ninety degrees again at the elbow. IF you were to have stretched out one of their arms it would almost have been one to two thirds’ times as tall as their own bodies.
Each arm was thicker than a man's waist, and instead of hands it had one long pointy spike.
When they walked, they walked on their wrists as if a human were to go to walk on their knuckles but have their wrist buckle leaving the spike to point back and up.
Its body was covered in an immense and pendulous collection of baggy folds which swung heavily from side to side as it moved.
There was no neck, and its large face was droopy, its horrific mouth a grotesque, sagging heap like a child was trying to melt a playdough smiley face in the microwave.
With two sets of eyes on either side of its grotesque head and the numbers spaghetti like protrusions, which dangled from its throat – writhing to and fro while also acting as the creature's hands – it was a grotesque and monstrous sight.
Sunny made a face. Adam grunted,
The aliens gnored them and kept speaking,
"And the Drev?"
"Consider her a bonus."
The big ugly creature grunted, expelling a burst of air from the two breathing tubes which sagged from either side of its neck, their ends opening and closing like the blowholes of a whale.
Adam shifted and stood unsteadily against Sunny's protests gripping the bars with white knuckled hands.
"You have no idea what you have just started, ugly!”
The Prodigum laughed, through it came out as wet gurgling snorts from its breathing tubes,
"Oh I know exactly what I have started… commander Vir."
Adam stepped back in shock, nearly tripping over Sunny in their tight confines.
The Prodigum leaned in close to the cage, the little spaghetti-like tentacles waving before the bars curling uncurling or wrapping themselves around cold steel.
Adam made a face.
"In fact, it was your presence which I requested personally."
He turned in his spot to look at the room around him, which Sunny was becoming to understand was far larger than she had originally assumed.
"I have many wealthy clients who don't settle for just anyone, commander. Your prestige will be a great selling point."
"What even is this place?"
"Many things, many things. It is a place of business, a place of frivolity, and a place where humans do what they are told."
His voice grew low and quiet. One of his large, spiked arms raised off the floor somewhat. The Spike brandished.
"And what exactly do you expect me to do for you?"
He asked, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Why, the only thing humans are good for… I want you to sing!”
This time both Adam and Sunny were dumbstruck,
"You want me to do what now?"
"Sing, commander. You do know what singing is, don't you?”
Adam shook his head,
"You have got to be fucking kidding me. That's it!? That's why you kidnapped one of the most –not to brag or anything– powerful men in the GA. The guy with the firepower of an entire human fleet behind him, and you brought me here to be your cage canary!? To sing you little songs!!??"
The Prodigum grunted,
"That is precisely what I expect you to do, commander."
Adam proceeded to laugh in his face,
"You have got to be kidding me. Not only is this possibly the stupidest thing I have ever heard of just in principle, but it is ALSO dumb because there are thousands of humans out there who can sing better than me. Sure, I can carry a tune, but I'm not Freddie mercury."
The Prodigum was not looking as bothered by the comments as he probably should have been. In fact, he almost seemed amused,
"This is not about your ABILITY to sing commander. Most nonhumans can't actually tell the difference between good and bad singing, they simply know it is something they cannot do. No, I didn't bring you here for your skill, I brought you here because of your importance. When my clients see you, they are going to understand what you represent... And that is my complete and total control, my absolute impunity when it comes to the law, and my ability to do whatever I want. You are a symbol of my power."
"Yeah, and you can suck a bag of dicks."
The Prodigum leaned closer,
"You will do what I want you to do."
A group of tentacles wriggled through the bars waving before their faces. Sunny saw it coming way before the Prodigum did, though he definitely should have seen it coming. The way the human's body tensed up, the way he grew still, the way his eyes drew to laser focus, the way that his knees bent and his hands curled at his sides.
And then he struck.
Like a cobra.
With one hand he reached out wrapping his fingers around a handful of the nasty wriggling tentacles before yanking hard.
The Prodigum screamed.
Sunny lunged forward to help all four of her arms shooting through the bars as Adam dug his fingers into the writhing tentacles.
There was an eruption of movement.
Adam craned his neck downwards, mouth open teeth poised to strike.
Everyone knew what a human bite meant.
And then there was an eruption of pain. Lightning coursed across her vision and Sunny found herself on the ground, legs twitching. She heard Adam yell, he was screaming through his teeth.
And then a dull thud.
The pain went away.
She looked over to find Adam sagging against the bars of the cage.
The Prodigum had retreated with his posse surrounding him…
He mewled with pain, a few of his face tentacles dripping blue onto the floor, others hanging limp and unusable.
The human began to laugh, despite the pain of the electric shock,
With anger in his expression, the Prodigum looked up,
"Secure the Drev."
Sunny struggled to her feet as both her and Adam realized what was happening.
Sunny yelled for Adam to duck, but he was too late, a loop slipped over his neck tightening and pulling him against the side of the cage.
He choked and gasped trying to force his fingers under the loop kicking and struggling as the door was thrown open and Sunny was electrocuted again, before a group of others piled atop her securing her arms and dragging her form the cage, which was then shut.
Adam was let go, staggering to his knees, hands clenched around his throat.
He choked and gasped.
"I am going to make this very clear for you human."
Sunny was hauled upwards by the back of her carapace and suspended in the air.
"Do what I wish, or the Drev dies.”
Sunny struggled against their arms, looking back towards the cage where Adam knelt.
She wished he would tell them to go to hell, but she could see almost immediately by the expression on his face and the pain in his single green eye that the Prodigum had done it.
He had found Adam's weakness.
He had found humanity's greatest trait and their greatest weakness.
Their lo…yalty.
And now they were in his power.

Thanks for reading! As you saw in the title, this is a cross posted story written by starrfallknightrise and I'll just upload some of it here for you guys, if you are interested and want to read ahead, the original story-collection can be found on tumblr or wattpad to read for free. (link above this text under "OC:..." ) It is the Empyrean Iris story collection by starfallknightrise. Also, if you want to know more about the story collection i made an intro post about it, so feel free to check that out to see what other great characters to look forward to! (Link also above this text). I have no affiliations to the author; just thought I’d share some of the great stories you might enjoy a lot!
Obviously, I have Charlie’s permission to post this and for the people already knowing the stories, or starting to read them: If you follow the link and check out the story you will see some differences. I made some small (non-artistic) changes, mainly correcting writing mistakes, pronoun correction and some small additional info here and there of things which were not thought of/forgotten or even were added/changed in later stories (like the “USS->UNSC” prefix of Stabby, Chalar=/->Sunny etc). As well as some "biggemajor" changes in descriptions and info’s for the same stringency/continuity reason. That can be explained by the story collection being, well a story collection at the start with many standalone-stories just starring the same people, but later on it gets more to a stringent storyline with backstories and throwbacks. (For example Adam Vir has some HEAVY scars over his body, following his bones, which were not really talked about up till half the collection, where it says it covers his whole body and you find out via backflash that he had them the whole time and how he got them, they just weren't mentioned before. However, I would think a doctor would at least see these scars before that, especially since he gets analyzed, treated and goes shirtless/in T-shirts in some stories). So TLDR: Writing and some descriptions are slightly changed, with full OK from the author, since he himself did not bother to correct these things before.

Time and time again, we see the evils of “victimless crimes” rearing their ugly head into the daily lives of Americans. These crimes have no party which has been injured: speeding tickets, red light tickets, stop sign tickets, seat belt tickets, possession tickets and more!
These “crimes” have hurt no one, but merely have the semblance of injury due to statutory laws. This leads to Here’s a ticket for $300 because you ran a stop sign at 4 A.M. even though nobody was around [except the officer to ticket you].”
When we think back to the earliest days of laws and judges, you will realize court is really meant for (and only for) a tort; a wrongful act to a person or their property; or an infringement of a human right (other than under contract).
If you broke the Golden Rule: Do No Harm to Person or Their Property – then there should be civil liability and legal consequences. However, if the age of corporations and propaganda (marketing), it seems We The People have lost our way (and rights). Sovereignty is not held by title, but is found in the mind. If the mind is given up, eventually an evil will rise to deceive the people into slavery by consent!

You forge ahead, guided by the unwavering light of your faction, determined to reclaim this hallowed ground and transform it into a beacon of hope for future agents yet to come. The remnants of the battlefield will stand as a testament to your tenacity and unwavering commitment. The air is charged with anticipation, as if the very elements themselves recognize your victory.
1.11 Strengthen - An elusive engineer appears, offering intricate modifications and enigmatic enhancements to fortify the portals and safeguard their secrets.
With the portals restored, you must strengthen their defenses, deploying mods imbued with ancient knowledge. These wards stand as a bulwark against incursions, fortifying the battle site and deterring any who would seek to disturb the delicate equilibrium that resides here. The site now pulsates with renewed energy, a testament to your tenacity and your ability to shape the very fabric of this mysterious realm. The newfound strength of the portals reverberates through the air, an unmistakable signal that this battleground shall not be easily claimed.
1.12 Resolve - As you prepare to depart, a shrouded figure steps forward, imparting a final relic of unknown origin, a token of your arduous journey and the resolve it has forged within you.
Exhausted yet resolute, you make your final strides, exiting the battlefield. Weary from the trials endured, you carry within you a profound sense of accomplishment. The mysteries of XXXX XXXX, have been unraveled, its secrets brought to light. Though scars may remain, this place will forever be a testament to your tenacity and resilience, a reminder that you have left an indelible mark on the battlegrounds of history. The wind whispers its final farewell, carrying your triumph into the annals of time.

<<< Previous Start Next >>>
*Author Note* Hello, this is a new series I plan to update every Friday. If you like it and want updates more often, just say so and I will try to make it happen!
The slightly bitter taste of the dried flower spread through Nessa's mouth filling her with an old familiar sensation. The inherent magic began to work its way into her body, reaching out into the last corners of her very being. A warm spot she knew too well began to grow at the back of her throat telling her it was almost time to release the pent-up magic. She kept chewing the red Emberbringer in her mouth, making sure the warm spot kept growing and growing into an almost burning sensation causing her eyes to tear up. Knowing that the magic needed to be let go of before it started to cinder her flesh inside her, she swallowed the flower down and lightly spoke the needed word.
And with a slight sizzle, a flame embarked out of her mouth on its journey towards the already waiting wood, ready to be ignited for the night, to gift heat in this cold winter, helping Nessa and her daughter Claire to survive. Nessa looked down at the now bright burning fireplace and a sense of accomplishment came over her. It had been a good harvest this year and the two of them would survive. The winter was soon to be over, at most another month remained for the two to overcome and Nessa still had enough Emberbringers left to keep the room warm and cozy. The flames started to dance with the wood, getting bigger until finally they reached the pot filled with watery soup hanging above and started to heat the now three days old meal once more. Seeing as everything had worked out well, she turned around and started to gaze around in the few spare moments she had where nothing nor anybody needed her attention. The little hut she called her home was stuffed with a few crates of vegetables as well as dried meats and flowers hanging from the ceiling. From Emberbringers to Splashers, white and yellow Lyles to even a Flira, each and every one of the over twenty different flowers had their own uses and spells they brought with them. One would bring forth fire like the Emberbringer, the other would heal wounds like the white Lyle. It was a gift from nature itself as magic was stored in these flowers. Knowledge of this gift was passed down from mother to daughter starting from a young age. It was to be imparted through blood and sweat, through trial and hardships, love and kindness. But even Nessa who had mastered the art of magic like no other was not blessed with the one thing she had craved the most, to be loved. When she was younger, a few years prior, before her daughter had been born, she thought she had found the love of her life. Thinking maybe she was different and she could escape the fate of her own blood. She was no different. The man who loved her threw her away when he learned of this. Disregarded and left her in a heartbeat. All the promises they made, the future they dreamed of, gone in the flash of a single fleeting moment that hunts her to this day. One single uttered spell to save his life gave her away as a witch. And even when she saved him, he left her, did not defend her from the people's accusations and the rotten food thrown at her, just because she was a witch. Maybe it was his own way of loving her, not holding her back when she fled the town, it had been awfully easy for her to flee the town, not a single soul tried to stop her and arrest her to bring her to the church and the then following execution, just the shame of their voices and the pain of food thrown at her remained. Not even a guard on duty was visible on the day she needed to go into flee, leaving her old life behind. She would never get to know nor did she care in her bitterness, if he helped her or not in the end. With nowhere to go to, outcast and disowned of his love, she wandered around, finding this old hut she was in now, somewhere deep in a forest just when she wanted to give up. At that time she did not know why she clung to her life but thinking back to it, she thinks she may have already felt her daughter Claire inside of her. She knew this thought was foolish as she could have been only a few weeks pregnant at most, but in the end it did not matter to her. Nessa gave birth to her beautiful, bright and charming daughter, determined to raise her, to teach her what she knew and to protect her from becoming broken and bitter like she herself was deep down inside. And for that, she knew she had to tell her the fate of all that could use magic. The curse that would haunt her daughter as well as it had her. Witches could only give birth to other witches and with the obligation to produce a male heir needed to continue the line succession they would never fulfill it. If they would not be exposed as witches, they could simply claim the gods did not want to bless them yet praying to the gods and donating lots of coinage as a sign of being pious, but Nessa could not do so any longer as she gave her true nature away herself. Even with this pent-up anger and bitterness inside of her, she was oddly relieved to have given birth to a healthy daughter when the time came and as she looked over the slim body of her five-year-old daughter with her pitch black hair like her own while she slept, Nessa knew Claire had her fathers green eyes. Those same green eyes that reminded her of the waving valleys and unending grassy hills that made up her left-behind home, the land of Melliona, the eyes that made her fall in love with the one man that cast her away for what she could not control, for what she was born as. And as Nessa sat beside her daughter, slowly caressing Claire's long silky hair, she looked forward to what life Claire will live as she grew older. There was a tranquility on Claire's sleeping face Nessa could not get enough of and a smile formed on her face, knowing that at least she gave birth to such a wonderful girl. After seeing her grow up so splendidly till now Nessa had decided what she would do with the rest of her life. Obviously, she would raise Claire and teach her all she knew about being a witch, but after her daughter became an adult and was able to wield her powers without hurting herself, she would seek revenge. Not for her but for Claire's sake, who had to grow up without the love of her father, never knowing the happiness and feeling of security only a father could bring. Having robbed her daughter of this was something Nessa could not excuse nor did she want to and as Claire lightly snored in front of her her resolve hardened even more. To give her cute girl such a hard fate because of her nature, her very existence was an atrocious sin that needed to be punished and she kept thinking of how she would do so in the hours when she could not fall asleep. But Nessa knew she still had a few years left to teach and care for Claire and as now was not the time to give herself into fantasies of rage, she stood up to prepare breakfast for the two of them. She sliced some stale dark bread and tended to the rest of the watered-down soup slowly boiling over the fire. They would need to put up a new stock in the evening as the pitiful rest could only fill their stomachs for one last meal, not to mention the almost non-existing taste anymore after being watered-down that much. ___

2023.06.09 10:45 topfreightforwarder Freight forwarding service process from China

With the development of international trade and transportation methods, international freight forwarding service has penetrated into every field of international trade and is an indispensable and important part of international trade.

The rapid development of the market economy has made the social division of labor more and more clear. Neither a single trade operator nor a single transport operator has enough strength to handle each specific business in person. They need to entrust an agent to handle a series of business procedures for them. , so as to achieve their respective goals.

The basic feature of international freight forwarding service is that it is entrusted or authorized by the client to handle various services required for international trade and transportation, and to collect a certain amount of remuneration, or to complete and organize cargo transportation and storage as an independent operator. Considered as the organizer of international transportation, it is also known as the bridge of international trade and the designer of international cargo transportation.
As the carrier to complete the transportation of goods and bear the responsibility (it issues the shipping documents, uses its own means of transportation, or entrusts others to complete the transportation of goods, and collects freight).
As the carrier completes the transportation of goods, it does not bear direct responsibility (issuing shipping documents by others, using the means of transportation at its disposal, or renting other people's means of transportation, or entrusting others to complete the transportation of goods does not directly assume responsibility).
When carrying out business activities according to the agreement or contract with the entrusting party, or according to the entrusting party's instructions, the freight forwarder should complete the entrustment with its usual responsibilities, especially within the scope of authorization.
Report all important matters truthfully. The situation and information provided to the entrusting party in entrusting the business must be true. If there is any loss caused by concealment or false information provided, the entrusting party has the right to seek recourse against the freight forwarder and cancel the agency contract or agreement.
Under the obligation of confidentiality. The information obtained during the freight forwarding service process shall not be disclosed to third parties. At the same time, the agency right shall not be transferred to others.

What is an international freight forwarder and its business scope?

The Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of International freight forwarding service Industry clarifies the definition of international freight forwarding service industry, that is, it refers to accepting the entrust of import and export cargo consignors and consignors, and handling for the client in the name of the client or in his own name. The industry of international cargo transportation and related businesses and receiving remuneration for services.
From the perspective of the basic nature of an international freight forwarder, the freight forwarder mainly accepts the entrust of the entrusting party to deal with matters related to cargo transportation, transshipment, warehousing, loading and unloading. On the one hand, it concludes a transportation contract with the cargo shipper, and at the same time, he signs a contract with the transportation department. For the cargo shipper, he is also the carrier of the cargo.
A considerable number of cargo agents master various means of transportation and warehouses for storing goods, and handle cargo transportation including sea, land and air when operating their business. Shanghai Ouxing Storage and Transportation Division has rich experience in international freight forwarding service business and has been recognized by customers.

2023.06.09 10:45 AnAngryGardenGnome Beginner's Sorrow (Short Ironman mode story)

It's been almost a week since I entered the Zone.
With nothing to my name but a pistol and a second hand suit, I needed to find a way to get better gear if I wanted to reach The Heart of the Zone, and find out if the Wish Granter was real, or just another story that drunkard at the bar made up to have someone buy him a drink.
After a couple of days of travelling between Cordon and Garbage, I decided I had head north to Rostok and find a way through the Red Forest in order to get to Pripyat before spring.
On my way there I found a corpse on the ground: a Mercenary, he had a nice modified MP5 on him, and some coordinates to a stash in Truck Cemetery.
Had it be from someone else I would have probably ignored it, but it being from a Merc, it tempted me like a siren on the sharp rocks.
Nonetheless I decided that for the time being, I needed some better gear if I even just dreamed of going there.
Spoke with a certain Colonel Petrenko for about an hour, and decided to help Duty out for a while, the pay is good, and the jobs are pretty straight forward.
Made a friend in the form of the local technician: Mangun, though I guess Sponge would be a better name for him, due all the empty bottles of vodka I saw lying around his shop.
Everyone got their coping mechanism in the zone, alcohol is one of the least dangerous ones I suppose, better than hunting mutants or going for a jog in the swamps anyway.
A couple of days passed, and I amassed about 30k Rubles and repaired a double barrel shotgun, and baptized it with a short hunt.
I then decided to stock up in vodka and buy a Basic Toolkit from Spirit, yet another drunk, this time with a better fitting name, loitering in the Yantar region, right next to the scientists. Honestly I'm just surprised he didn't manage to get his hands on their medical alcohol, but I digress.
Mangun was ecstatic like a kid on Christmas morning when I handed it to him, to give credit where credit is due, that man managed to keep a platoon worth of weapons and gear functional with very minimal equipment, and in a complete stupor for most of the time.
However, I was too distracted to participate in his celebrations, something was still gnawing at the back of my head every day since I found it.
That stash.
Every time I glanced over at the map, it was mocking me: a giant green circle in the middle of rows of cars, like a bright middle finger pointed directly at my face.
It was time I confronted my fears and head there.
I decided I'll deliver a package to Army Warehouse first, then head south towards it.
While giving away the small parcel I met 2 loners passing by, I convinced them to join me and try to get to the stash, we would split the loot once returned to Rostok.
We crossed the collapsed barbed wire fence, and there it was, an ocean of wrecks and anomalies laying in front of us.
Can't quite make it out in words, but the whole place seemed to shift around every time I would look away for a moment, as if it was haunted by the ghosts of all the people that died in those vehicles, being them heroes or jackals.
Being part of the latter, I decided not to dwell on that thought further, and just move on.
After dispatching part of the local fauna we slowly crept south-east, stopping only to check the map and to listen for the direction of distant gunfire.
I heard a lot of horror stories from other Loners regarding the Cemetery, from bloodsucking monstrosities to mind altering midgets, to hooded people that would just make you blow your own brain without moving a muscle, but nothing would prepare me for what we were about to meet.
We approached the last turn of our journey with great caution as the floor was littered with dozens of blind-dogs and boars.
I thought that maybe a group of Duty soldier culled the area, but the closer we got to them, the more we noticed that there were no bullet wounds, but rather they seemed as if they have been crushed under an immense weigh.
As if on cue, with a thunderous noise, a giant stepped out of a burrow.
I thought of it a boulder of some sort at first, but as it uncovered from the debris it mantled itself with, I started to notice the features of a disgusted and disgruntled face, framed in between two legs the size of ancient oak trunks.
I panicked and bolted for the roof of one of the trucks behind me, my companions were not as lucky: the first one died on the spot, having his entire body been folded into a pool of gore and bones.
I reached for the other one to come closer and grab my hand, but he was too terrified to hear reason and just kept shooting at the abomination.
I... prefer not to speak of what happened to him.
I kept pelleting the beast from my position, jumping from a truck to the other when it would get to close to tipping the one I was standing on.
In the end however it was not me who killed it, but The Zone itself.
In its blind rage it charged through an anomaly and got trapped in it, not even its might could save it from what The Zone had in stock.
After getting down from the truck I searched for what remained of my former comrades: an AK-105 from the first and a gas mask from the second.
I leaned over a car, only to see a small tool box inside of it.
All the pain, all the horror, it would have been worth it, if only for this treasure.
I opened it, and found just a few cans of food and a moldy suit, way too ruined to be worn by anyone.
It was all for nothing.
2 brave Stalker have been lost to the zone, and I got nothing to show for it.
I retreated back to Rostok, and sat down on the mattress set up for me across the hall from Mangun's shop.
"I don't even remember their names" I muttered
"I didn't even pay attention to their names"
The Zone changed me for the worst.
I want out of here, but there is no place for me outside now.
I am now part of The Zone, and will be lost to it.

2023.06.09 10:44 EAVsa The ANC undermines the poor

Democracy is not just about elections. It is also about everyday practices, and democratic governments engage their people democratically, especially when they are organised in large democratic formations. A progressive government would see popular democracy as something to be supported and engaged.
However, the ANC has repeatedly met popular democracy with contempt, as well as violent repression. On the 26th of April 2023 our movement held the strongest march of any organisation in the country over the so-called ‘Freedom Day’ and ‘Workers’ Day’ holidays, which are known in struggle as ‘UnFreedom Day’ and ‘May Day’.
More than 7 000 people from impoverished and marginalised communities took to the streets of Durban to defy the celebration of fake freedom by the ANC. We handed over our memorandum of demands, wrote many letters and communicated with government officials. Our memorandum carried the weight of the more than 7 000 people in the streets, and the 115 000 audited members of our movement in good standing (we have more members still to audit), organised into 81 branches in good standing.
A democratic government would have welcomed this as an opportunity to engage the people in whose name it rules. Our memorandum was directed to President Cyril Ramaphosa but he has not replied. We have not received any response from the government.
We have not received any response because the ANC fears rather than supports popular democracy. We have not received any response because the ANC is deeply hostile to autonomous forms of popular organisation. We have not received any response because we do not count as people or as citizens in the eyes of the ANC led government.
The ANC does not care about the poor. They only see poor black people as objects, as people who are not taken as human beings, as people who do not deserve dignity. We are seen as banks for votes where politicians only come to us to seek votes. When elections come the ANC suddenly pretends to see us as humans because they need our vote. The ANC does not care about the lives of poor and working class – which are the majority of black people in South Africa - and must be removed in 2024. South Africans cannot be fooled anymore.
We have always been looked down on by what we once thought was our own black government because we are poor. We have been seen as human waste, not as human beings. Our dignity has been vandalised. We are supposed to be silent as we are burnt alive in shack fires. We are supposed to be silent as we are washed away by floods. We are supposed to be silent as young people face a future of permanent unemployment, and those who do have work continue to be exploited. We are supposed to be silent when we are denied access to land, to the cities, to quality education, safe and reliable public transport, services like water, electricity and sanitation and all that is required for a safe and dignified life.
When we take to the streets to voice out our grievances, we are shot at with rubber bullets, live ammunition or teargassed. This because the ANC sees us as people who can be killed with impunity. They see us as people who are not worthy of reply from the government. We continue to be undermined by those in power.
Under the ANC we have become the most unequal society in the world. Under the ANC we have the highest unemployment in history. Under the ANC more people are poor than before. Under the ANC inequality between classes and races is worse than it was before.
There has been no real land reform, the number of people living in shacks has grown, inequality and impoverishment have worsened and the country is becoming more and more violent.
The ANC has destroyed Eskom, Transnet, South African Airways and the Post Office. They have not acted to deal with the crisis in the schools attended by the children of the poor and the working class. The ANC has not done anything for black people in the 29 years that they are in power. All they did was to make themselves and their families rich and steal from the poor. They betrayed the long struggles of the people that brought them to power. This is how they will be remembered in history. They will be remembered as a disgrace. Ramaphosa will be remembered as a failed president, as an incompetent president with an incompetent administration.
It has been clear for many years now that the ANC are our new oppressors. The poor cannot be liberated if the ANC is not removed from power.

2023.06.09 10:42 GnarlyAtol Division 2: open world existing game and Brooklyn DLC

Hey agents,
I am very happy that we get a new DLC with the new area Brooklyn, very happy :)
That brings me to the question what people want to see / want to have in a Division open world area, considering the never ending debate D1 vs D2. What are your thoughts about it?
When it comes to D1 vs D2 I read very often people preferring snow and argue that D1 has way better atmosphere. I like both, winter and summer setting but would agree that D1 has great atmosphere I am missing in D2.

Visual aspects
In Division 1 I was flashed right away, when starting in Brooklyn Dumbo with the view on Manhattan Bridge, in D2 I was shocked when starting the game, felt to look at a much older and more fancy-like game, it felt more like Far Cry New Dawn from the overall visual impression. Despite I played the campaign 3 times I even have no clue what kind of location it was, looked a bit like a Kindergarden, it looked kitschy and cartoonish and that overall impression remained for me in the whole game with limited exemptions.
For me its, not the snow providing the postapocalypse feel in D1 which I dont feel at all in Division 2, except the darkzones to a certain extent and few missions/side mission areas. Multiple elements contributing to this overall impression:
Because they just damaged the White House and redesign the courtyard of the Castle I am thinking perhaps they could make some simple tweaks to improve a bit the “atmosphere in D2”, eg. adding a burning fire here and there (the next day in other locations), civilians watching out of some windows (as in D1), adding some civilians here and there, reducing a bit the kitschy orchestrations here and there, in areas with a lot ugly buildings damaging some a bit.

Open world activities
The open world activities itself are not orchestrated for a postapocalypse game, its pure blunt technical gameplay designed for loot and rewards. All these activities we have already multiple times in the very first area, the White House area, and that stuff is copied in all the other areas of DC and New York, that contributes pretty much to the overall fancy and kitschy impression. That’s something that cannot be improved anymore of course and also not in the DLC because it wouldn’t fit to the existing game, that would be something to consider for a potential Division 3 or another Ubisisoft apocalypse game 😊. I am sure Avatar will be like that but I hope for Star Wars.
For me the open world is the best part of the game, therefore I hope that they are adding some other more interesting activities to the open world, which make better use of the open world, activities requiring to search in open world, riddles and secrets that contribute to the story.

Regarding Brooklyn DLC:
I hope that they make a more vertical map (like in NY but better), buildings with more accessible floors, more rooms and ways instead of one way only, the same for the mission design), tube and train tunnels instead of the copy and paste sewers, more buildings that can be accessed.
Secrets that contribute to the story (instead of shoot yellow box or padlocks for loot boxes or kitschy stuff like the Hydden Hotels)
Secret bosses are nice but the way to find them should be orchestrated in a more realistic and interesting way, instead of jumping jacks, shooting beehives and the like.
Civilians here and there.
The open world activities will be the same as we have that the DLC fits to the existing game, sure, but perhaps there is the chance to add some activities that are more in line with a postapocalypse agent shooter and providing appropriate feel.
In case they intend to make one are as a darkzone: DON’T make the same mistake and make this a binding PvEvP area!!! Make this optional. In case of an additional darkzone, make a part of Brooklyn as PvEvP option. I hate this map reduction for PvE players in D1 and D2. Use the same map for two options: 1 PvE, 2 PvEvP as in some other games. Let the people decide what they want to play and don’t force them into activities they don’t want to play by certain rewards or exclusive loot!

My questions to you:

2023.06.09 10:41 Zoltan6 Did they fix the spells?

The issues Solasta had before the ice update:
-Fog had weird features. You could shoot inside it with disadvantage, but those inside couldn't shoot outside. It doesn't make sense. Two characters in the opposite parts of the fog (both outside of it) could shoot at each other without penalty, even though there was a fog between them. This behavior might be true to the other fog-like spells.
-Enemies were able to shoot lightning through walls.
-Call Lightning. When we called a lightning, the area of effect was reduced to 1 cell. However, the spell description in the SRD says the area is 5 foot radius and NOT diameter, and that means the AoE should be 2x2 cells. That's why this spell is rubbish in Solasta.
-Minor Globe of Invulnerability. When a character left the globe and went back, enemies could shoot him - inside the globe. Cantrips cannot be upcasted, so there was no misunderstanding here. Maybe the hero ended his turn outside before, I don't remember.

2023.06.09 10:34 StonnyHardges Practice mode should get an overhaul

It would be great if the map changed depending on the faction you pick in the menu. For example, picking the Soviets put you in a wintery map in Russia, picking Japan put you in Japanese environment with cherry blossom trees, and so on.
There should also be AI planes flying around that you can practice shooting down in your own plane or with AA like in War Thunder, along with the ability to activate AI infantry that you can shoot at and who will shoot back.

Empire Engineering
Most online businesses are built to win a single battle at a time; but ill-equipped to dominate an industry, let alone scale an empire.
In Module 2, we’ll walk you step-buy-step on how to engineer the tech side of your business for sustainable, exponential growth.
If you’re self-aware and energetically sensitive, you know that intentionality is everything. Unless you’ve built a powerful system that can sustain and match your vision; you’re not likely to get there.
Whether you’re in Stage 1 of building your empire; or ready to scale the sh*t out of it; we’ll walk you through the exact CRM systems you need to confidently double down on your marketing and enrollment efforts; knowing that every prospect that enters your ecosystem is well accounted for and given the best chance to convert.
Everything you’ve ever wanted to know about implementing an intelligent, growth-minded CRM that your current business coach was too afraid to show you. How to create a pro-level pipeline that gives you “real time” insight as to where every lead is in your enrollment process; allowing you to forecast revenue, identify opportunities; and finally feel like a real business. Why “lead-scoring” isn’t just for enterprise-level companies, but a must for reaching out to potential customers in the moment they’re most ready to receive it. Why configuring your sales and enrollment systems the way we show you; will give you crystal clarity over every lead in your business; allowing you to make smarter, more data-informed decisions rather than feeling lost, overwhelmed, and acting on impulse. MODULE 3
Automated Conversion Ecosystem #1 (ACE 1): The Enchanting First Encounter
Back in 2009, subscribing to an email list meant something.
In 2023. urm. a bit less so.
In many cases, it’s a response to FOMO (of closing a landing page and not getting a lead magnet). The end result; prospects are more oversubscribed and under-committed than ever.
That’s why, In Module 3, you’ll be given two powerful playbooks for creating an enchanting first encounter that instantly sets you above any other coach or course creator they may be following or considering along with you.
2 next generation “top funnel” conversion playbooks for accelerating trust, encouraging engagement, and amplifying resonance. The simple, 45 second protocol to do immediately when a new subscriber signs up that has been proven to boost opens, clicks and conversions by up to 300% How to seamlessly integrate your fb group with your email CRM to create a holistic view of EVERY potential customer in your business Why your traditional “welcome sequence” is dead, and doing little-to-nothing to ascend your lead; and what to do instead to accelerate the transformation from Point A to Point Buyer Why normal “engagement posts” do nothing but satisfy the algorithm; and how to create “ROI-Rich engagement experiences” that help you segment your list while synching valuable voice-of-customer data into your CRM. How to use Social Singularity™ to create a seamless experience between your facebook group and your email list. MODULE 4
Automated Conversion Ecosystem #1 (ACE 2): The Ascension Amplifier
The second Automated Conversion Ecosystem you’ll be working through overlaps with what’s traditionally referred to as “the middle of the funnel”.
A murky, purgatory state that’s often the longest, most confusing, and challenging to do effectively.
Many coaches and course creators have a bulk of their email list who will sit in this “in-between” state for 2, 3 or even 5 years before either becoming a customer or unsubscribing from the list.
With the strategies and playbooks you’ll implement in Module 4, you’ll help “pre-customers” cross that chasm much faster; and come to clearer, more confident, and more empowering decisions about you and your program.
Conversion Playbook #3 – Social Singularity Pt. 2 (Channels: Fb Group, Email, DM) Conversion Playbook #4 – Webinar Registration Rev Up (Channels; Webinar, Email) Conversion Playbook #5 – The Lead-Score Lift Up (Email, DM)

2023.06.09 10:32 FDX2088 What I wished the end/postgame was like

After beating the main story, I wished the ending and postgame would have done things differently. Because having it how it is feels rather hollow, even more so than with BOTW.
1. Instead of dropping you off just before the fight with Ganondorf, have a "You beat the bad guy but some of his minions remain" type of setup and if someone does want to fight Ganondorf again, have it be a secret boss, explained as either Link reliving the memory of that battle or a weak lingering trace of Ganon's malice.
2. Have Zelda hanging out at Lookout Landing or her house in Hateno. They have her character model for the intro and the Yiga impersonators, so surely she can be a post-game NPC. Even if she doesn't do much (or trade items with her for Light Dragon parts somehow), it would be nice to see her safe and sound.
3. Replace the Blood Moon with a "new moon/blue moon" which just does the same thing but with a gentler Ganon-free presentation.
4. Have a way to restore Mineru's construct without needing her spirit to animate it, and the option to switch between having the sages' avatars or the sages themselves accompany you.
>! 5. Link calling out Zelda's name at the final skydiving sequence, the first and only thing he'll ever say in the game.!<
6. Bring Kass and his wife back. Assuming they left to help Rito village, they should at least come back now that the crisis is over. It's not fair to have their kids in TOTK but not the parents.
