I just came across this bike today while looking at Pelotons, and currently there is a Memorial Day sale with the Proform Studio Bike Pro 22 on sale for $599. It seems to be normally $1300. I havent been able to find many reviews on this bike, but the current sale seams like an absolute steal. I’m not sure what kind of post this would fall under as I’m a Reddit lurker and don’t usually post myself but I want to tell this to people who maybe understand. I don’t have a lot of friends so there’s really no one to vent to. The month of May for me has been absolutely awful. For reference I was a tattoo apprentice till recently. We did a flash sale a couple weeks ago. Afterwards I was supposed to meet my boyfriend for a movie after to cheer him up as his uncle had past away that day. I ran long and missed the movie so me and my bf fought. (I don’t need judged if I’m the Ass hole or not as i know I fucked up and me and my bf already talked about it.) Then the next week I started a new job. It was really rough on me with my ptsd. I took a week off from the shop to recoup. The next week I went into the shop and my mentor let me go. Then, 2 days later my dog died. I just need some kind words and support.

Nice price for a wool MiUSA cap. There are a couple other styles in the J. Crew sale section, one of which is even cheaper, but not as versatile as this one.

Hello, I am looking to put together a team of founders and am inviting anybody who may be interested to reach out to me on here or DM, this is an open interview style attempt to fill out the core founding team of what will be the worlds next megacorporation. Everything you can think of from advanced systems that turn farms into ecological rejuvenation hubs while growing crops up to 10 times faster with twice the nutrient density while also eliminating any need for fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, antibiotics, etc. to antigravity, cures for virtually any ailment, thought based computer interaction, specialized AI programs, and waveform based technologies that can enable seemingly magical capacities for the user to name just a few of the technologies I intend to bring to the public sector.
In line with this goal over the last year or so I have been making efforts to the best of my abilities to establish my company and develope these technologies into prototype ready states and am now beginning to make the prototypes as I am able to do so. I have also established and expanded my professional network on LinkedIn to include specialist and investment related professional contacts around the world and have discussed these technologies and products I am working on at length with many of them and have received exclusively praises, aid, and encouragement in my endeavor. As a result from these networking efforts I have recently been invited to present at a 3 day global networking and investment conference taking place in July.

The first product is a heating system intended to replace the standard gas, electric, etc. heating systems that people use for their homes and businesses today. In short it can be run on as little as a car battery and a cheap solar panel if need be and is to be sold for a $50 monthly subscription in lieu of the wildly fluctuating gas and electric bills that we all contend with today. It also provides on demand hot water as well.

I'm looking for some advice as I'm a bit stumped as to what to do, I realise this is my own fault partially and now I need to rectify it but I'm not sure what's the best way to go about it.
I bought my leasehold flat in 2016 and it's ground floor with a basement (the same size as the whole ground floor of the flat) which was labelled as storage in 2019 I had it converted to living space and the bathroom moved down there. (All the other flats in my area have also done this)
In this period my old freeholder sold to my new freeholder (sale did not complete until 2021 and we were not notified until after the sale was complete that it was even being sold) I had permission from my old freeholder to perform the works.
When I started the building works I was in a abusive relationship and finally managed to leave him (he was sorting all the works though unfortunately when he owned half the property) and in that time the builders also disappeared with £30k and so I got new builders who continued the work but I didn't do enough research and now it seems they never applied for planning permission or building regulations.
The things that they did are new plumbing/ tanking the basement/ water tight the basement/ knocked down a non supporting wall and put a beam in/ new stairs/ the put a clear panel in my floor to let more light into the basement and a new extraction system/ I believe they also dug the basement down slightly but that was 2017 before I was in charge.
One of the flats in my building is now having the freeholder apply to forfeit the leasehold due to something else and so I looked into it and have realised all the things I didn't do and am concerned about possibly the same thing happening to me, I do believe the freeholder is selling so I don't know what would happen if this happened or if that would change anything.
Any advice on how to go about sorting this out/ what to do? Who I could call for advice?
