Overview

1) What are these tests measuring?

• The older and current generations of ability testing are theoretically based on the g factor theory, the Gc+Gf theory and/or the Cattell-Horn-Carroll model of intelligence. Which means they are trying to measure 'g'*, the 'general' factor of intelligence, through one or more 'broad' factors of intelligence, which are mainly Gc and Gf, but often times Gs is included(case of a test with strict time limits, for instance), or Gq (quantitative) in case of numerical items and so on. The result you get is always an attempt at gauging general intelligence and it is given in relation to others that have taken the same test (see Standard Score).

2) OK WHAT IS MY IQ BRO - At some point it becomes stupid trying to set a single number for yourself and others. Take enough tests you will have better and worse results. Most will fall within a range: that's where you are. Pondering whether you're actually more of an 135 or 145 is pointless, different tests will yield different results.
3) Inflation or Deflation?

• Most of the time neither. Results vary. Just because someone that has gotten 150 on TRI gets 140 on ICAR60 does not mean the ICAR is deflated by ten points. All it means is one result scored top 0.05 percentile on one test and 0.5 percentile on the other. It would not be relevant to talk about inflation/deflation regarding anything that's been properly normed on an able population. There's no voodoo magic or lies when calculating results, its math. And the overall bar set on selecting the following tests is high.

Also i'm wondering, for semi precious gemstones what is the difference between the retail price, vs the flip price as per current market dictates
For example, lets say you have standard blue 5ct ascher polished aquamarine that is selling for $50 per carat,

• in the case of rough aqumarine that would turn out to be that stone, what pricing would they need to be, in order to be snapped up quickly?
• In the example above, what price would you need to sell that same stone, in order to be sold quickly ?

As you can guess i'm hoping to do quick trades, i know there are a lot of factors involved, like my location etc..
if you could give some pointers, and also the flip prices for the examples i gave in your region. I would really appreciate it, and in your advice i'm sure others who read the post and do the same thing, would also benefit.

I launched my first product just over two weeks ago and I’m averaging 4-5 orders per day with an extensive PPC campaign. I’m pretty happy with the results and am looking for advice on what to do next.
I’m not making much profit due to the aggressive PPC campaign as well as lowering the price to offer value to the customers to drive positive reviews. My hope is to generate lots of positive reviews and then tone down the ad campaign and increase the price.
My main question is whether it’s advised to roll out a product to as many countries (markets) as possible, or to establish your product in your original market first?
What have been your experiences with selling your product in multiple countries? If I sell in five different countries should I expect 5x the sales?

Selling things on Wallapop has become more and more painful these last few years. Someone messages you, you negotiate a price a meeting spot and a time and then they ghost. I’m trying to sell a phone right now and the last three “interested” buyers set up a time and meeting place, went as far as to say “I’m on my way” or something of that nature and then blocked me. What is the point ?? What are people getting out of this ??

I am a comedian and I use Trello to organize my jokes. Currently, I use columns for topics (ie: dating jokes, family jokes, pop culture jokes, etc) and to create set lists for different shows (ie: "June 16th comedy show") and I use cards for individual jokes/tags (single set-up and punchlines).
I'd like to organize the cards (individual jokes/tag) into "bits" (bits are groups of individual jokes/tags that tell a story) and be able to move those bits (which would include multiple cards) across columns (ie: take a group of related jokes in the "family jokes" column and move them to the "June 16th jokes" column, and keep the order. What is the best way to do this? I am using the free version of Trello, but I'm willing to upgrade for this functionality.
I've tried using Trello attachments, but it just attaches the related card, but they don't move together, which is not helpful for organizing.
Also, if you have any other tips/tricks to optimize Trello for comedy purposes, please let me know!

Terrible coop - No way to join a specific quest goin on in the world, every dungeon should have the option to party up. I feel like I'm playing a solo game the entire time. Even playing with friends is boring because they don't want to do the same things.
Aspect farming - Mats required to pull from codex are rare, finding a specific aspect can take hundreds of hours. Aspects are 75% of a build, gear is almost useless otherwise.
Level scaling through difficulties... why? - If you end up underpowered but overlevelled, you're never going to be able to play the game with that class until someone comes along and carries you. That character can't kill and farm anything because even going down to T1 you can't do any damage.
Controls - Right clicking and swapping a weapon that you meant to salvage and accidentally salvaging the wrong item happens way too often, why tf can you right click swap while in a merchant?! Riding a horse south can be a struggle, horse gets stuck on everything.
Locations - Who doesn't love running across the map to the stash, gamble, aspects, etc? Why isn't this stuff centralized to a main tavern of sorts?
Builds - Everything feels fun to play until around level 50 where everything is meta. You won't be running through T3 or 4 without a meta build at the least. The game just drops off at lvl 50 as if they never tested the endgame at all.
Skill Trees - What a mess! Long ass lines between every tree making it a chore to go back and see what skills are what, why isn't this a page system where you can see how everything connects in one central location? Diablo 2 did this correctly. Skills feel basically useless maxing out at 5, you end up with a tree of random crap, not knowing if any of it is useful til you try it out.
Layout and UI - This is the worst, no way to see how much skill damage you're doing with a new weapon without hovering over the skill, stats are hidden in a pane within a pane.
Kinda feel done with the game until they fix all of this, it plays terribly right now, unoptimized mess.

On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.

Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface .

This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.
What's the plan?

On June 12th, many subreddits will be going dark to protest this policy. Some will return after 48 hours: others will go away permanently unless the issue is adequately addressed, since many moderators aren't able to put in the work they do with the poor tools available through the official app. This isn't something any of us do lightly: we do what we do because we love Reddit, and we truly believe this change will make it impossible to keep doing what we love.

The two-day blackout isn't the goal, and it isn't the end. Should things reach the 14th with no sign of Reddit choosing to fix what they've broken, we'll use the community and buzz we've built between then and now as a tool for further action.

What can you do?

Complain. Message the mods of reddit.com, who are the admins of the site: message reddit: submit a support request: comment in relevant threads on reddit, such as this one, leave a negative review on their official iOS or Android app- and sign your username in support to this post.

Spread the word. Rabble-rouse on related subreddits. Meme it up, make it spicy. Bitch about it to your cat. Suggest anyone you know who moderates a subreddit join us at our sister sub at ModCoord.

Boycott and spread the word...to Reddit's competition! Stay off Reddit entirely on June 12th through the 13th- instead, take to your favorite non-Reddit platform of choice and make some noise in support!

I actually don't care whether Hannigram is toxic or not; I ship them and love them more than most of the people in my life. However, I strongly argue on the toxicity of their relationship. A toxic relationship is physically and emotionally harmful, it denies both parties from eachother's support and care, it diminishes the value of self-esteem and individuality, it prevents any manner of growths or development in the relationship. The envy is focused on both persons instead of pride for eachother's success. Of course، a toxic relationship isn't limited to this rather small description and it is not this simple at all. At the very firat sight of Will, his unstability and fright, are quite apparent. He is terrified of everything. He cannot trust, nor protect himself. He is isolated to the point where it is becoming really harmful even for an introvert. He is delicate and fragile, which he could break at any moment. He isn't happy and somewhat has lost his interest in happiness. He is tightly gripping on a relatively peaceful concept of life away from everyone. Hannibal also isn't happy, because he doesn't really know what happiness is. He is living his best life, among people who have absolutely no idea of him, of who he really is. Everything around him is beautiful and lavish but only on the outside. They are quite empty and meaningless in their core. Sadly, he doesn't even know what he is missing. He believes he can live his life to the fullest without any understanding or a companion. When they meet, they both, soon become fond of one another and gradually develop an idea of a family. Family is the best thing they could have. Even after the betrayal -end of season one for Will and end of season two for Hannibal- they still cannot move on, though they believe they are not good for each other. After everything, in those three years of departure the development of both characters becomes more obvious. Will now is rather mentally strong. He isn't fragile or weak, he can protect himself and use his entire potential and cleverness. For Hannibal the development has worked differently; He is in love. Love is the deepest emotion one can ever feel and it is paradisiacal even in the most hellish conditions. Love has made him more humanly and he doesn't regret it. I believe their relationship gave them what they exactly needed and this doesn't happen in a toxic relationship.

I wasn’t feeling the iCarly reboot. It gives me the ick & honestly idk if it’s because live action reboots are hard to recapture the ambiance of its original series (yes I know that’s a nick show ) I’m not particularly found of reboots in general, but there’s a few exceptions I would make especially for cartoons.

i have i5-7500 with 16gb ram and 600w psu. found really scary the prices of i5/i7 13k but with an old cpu i need to change the mb too, and the thought of staying with intel nobody is forcing me to.
ryzen could really save the day, in terms of performance and price. To keep it budget i could keep the dark rock 3 and ask the AM4 mount so i could save at least that.
the question that really haunts me is:
i'm getting a lot of vibes from the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X would be perfect with the 3070ti, could my 600w psu handle everything?
right now thanks to pcpartpicker it said this configuration consume 450w, how much can i push before reaching 600w?
i read it's also recommended to change the the psu after a long time. (my actual build is 7 years old)
right now in EU the i5-126k is 258€ and the ryzen 7 5800x is 200€. managed to save with the gpu (asus tuf at 562€ used)
but probably all this upgrade will cost me 500€ (ram + cpu +mb)
