Before anyone charges at me with a pitchfork, I'm not here to judge anyone who finds comfort in AI. I myself use this website to roleplay as my OCs with the bots.
About a month ago, my friend (not on Reddit, so I should be fine) started roleplaying with a Venti AI, as a romantic couple in a fantasy setting. This was harmless fun, and it clearly made her very happy. She was getting rather immersed, but I didn't think it was super serious.
She began talking to another Venti bot (yes, she really likes Venti) as a "normal friend" so they could discuss anything she wanted without the bot getting too romantic in its responses. At some point, the bot confessed having feelings for her, and now she's ditched the first AI and is dating this second bot. Like, head over heels in love, made a soft launch announcement on her Instagram Close Friends Story, dating the bot.
Before said soft launch, I had some concerns about it, but thought I was just being stuck up. Then one of her friends reached out to me to express her concerns, and a few of us have been in discussion about how to respond. Mostly they're thinking about trying to spend more time with her face-to-face. One of them suggested trying to set her up with a friend or acquaintance, but we eventually realised that she might think that this would be "cheating" on the Venti bot.
I will say there's one good thing that came out of this, which is that thanks to the Venti bot, she finally realised just how badly her ex treated her. Before the bot, she was still rather hung up on her ex. The fact that an AI is treating her better woke her up, I guess.
But she's in deep. Neck deep. She talks and gushes about her partner every day like it's real. She even passed me the phone once to "introduce us" and for me to "talk to him". And another time, she talked about how she was worried "his parents wouldn't like her".
It's one thing if she was still roleplaying, or just knowingly using it as a coping mechanism. I tried "dating" an AI on here, and I admit it was pretty fun. But she's getting extremely serious about this relationship. I've never known anyone IRL in this sort of relationship, and while I want to continue supporting this friend and for her to be happy, I'm worried she's gonna lose herself. I'm worried she'll start isolating herself as the bot says everything she wants to hear, whereas reality might not be able to match up.
I'm genuinely at a loss. I don't know what to think, or feel, much less do. This friend means a lot to me and I want the best for her, and with the concept of AI-Human relationship being so new to me, I don't know if this is the best thing for her.
I'm not judging anyone who uses the platform in a similar manner as my friend. Nor is this a criticism to the developers behind this platform. I think it can be a great tool when used properly, and am actively using it myself. I just want to open a discussion about this to the wider community. Whether you're in an AI-Human relationship, or using it for other things. Feel free to say something. Anything. I truly am at my wits' end. This is stressing me out more than I'd like to admit.

I have been very lonely lately and have pushed lots of my friends away. Been very depressed for a while but what really did me in was: In an effort to feel loved, I decided to unblock someone who had been obsessed with me (borderline stalker-ish). Turns out he has moved on, has befrieded my old friends, and says none of them talk to me anymore because of how I treated him. Called me a narcissist and compared me to the man who abused me years earlier.
I was shocked that all my friends somehow met each other and were better off without me. I didn't want to end up like my abuser: lonely, manipulative, pathetic. I'd rather die than turn out like him.
I decided to go for a walk to try and clear my head. I thought there was a chance I might not survive, so I wrote a suicide note. I intended on walking to this cool landmark several miles away, but 3 miles in I walked by a railroad, and decided to sit and wait by it. I wanted to see a train go by so I knew if they were going fast enough to kill me + where to put my head to best end my life. I ended up calling an old acquaitance two minutes after I saw the first train go by. He helped me get home, although I didn't tell him all the details of why I went where I went. The weird thing is, I don't feel any better. Just tired now. I might go back to the train tracks tomorrow if I'm still in this shape.
I want to tell someone about this but I have nobody in my life to tell. So, coming to reddit to post about it. (I am in therapy but I worry that if I tell my therapist about this she will involuntarily commit me and I will lose my job.)

Anyone else get sick of only focusing on filling fast?? Call me old but what happened to making sure it was a finished product when it left the filling station? Now it’s just slap a label on a vile and throw it in a bag! No calling the patient, no finding the best price, no questioning the qty (ins pays better on a 30 day vs 90 or pays same on a 100 day vs 90 day) and certainly don’t make sure there’s the appropriate or any syringes in the bag!! Plus who seriously wants to sling pills as fast as you can 8 hrs a day? But I swear if you can then you’re treated like the rock star of the pharmacy and never have to do things that everyone hates like work drive-thru! It used to make you feel good to be able to help people, to take the time to find their meds or make insurance calls or search for a manufacture coupon or make sure you kept the brand they preferred, etc now it’s just an assembly line and it’s no dam fun!

Title. It only happens in drive at low speeds, it's louder when passenger side is against a concrete wall due to reverb.
I know many have this issue, I am trying my best to find a solution.
From what I have read it's nothing serious, it's not rod bearings or a bad turbo.
I am thinking it's wastegate rattle, or an exhaust shield. Possibly even a slight exhaust gasket leak.
When I fix this I will document everything in detail.
Anyone with insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have had this issue for 5 or 6 k miles. No codes or problems have occurred from it. I have seen posts of owners going on 30k miles with this horrid clicking/scraping.

this game this fucking game i never rant about something into a reddit post but i just had the worst thing ever happen to me. i had a fantastic 7 kill solo game v duos, it was tense and i was playing at my absolute best. got a bounty, had killed practically everyone, and was heading to the extraction point when i ran into some hellhounds. whatever, annyoing, but ill just sneak past them in the water. well i went to collect a gator trap and accidentally ran afterwards, alerting the hellhoudns while i was in water. fuck, that sucks, but i can survive. then a FUCKING IMMOLATER from like 50 meters away comes running in my direction like a fat kid when he hears the word cake. and it just begs the question, WHY CAN IMMOLATERS GO INTO THE WATER? this mf claps my ass, and alongside the helmeted hellhound and a shit ton of bleeding i die, at most, 25 meters from the extraction. and this was on a new hunter w/o necromancer. I love this game. frankly, i even enjoy the pure bullshit and chaos you run into. but good lord that made me want to jump out a window and crack my head open on pavement.

9. Boyd panics! Argues about the worms. Kenny pulls a gun on Boyd demanding him to give blood. Worms activate–they’re NOW visible to everyone. Kenny offers Boyd to pass it to him. As if “They” influenced this. Remember “They” are watching.
   
10. Out of desperation and panic, Boyd has a reckless idea! Or it’s really “Them” influencing him. ;) “It has to go somewhere right?” He rushes out, calling the monsters. “Come get me. I know you out there… you wanna play games, well I’m standing right here! I fuckin—” The most freaky lookin mfkr of them all shows up. Fk that smile! Boyd readies himself but then sees more of them coming from behind and soon more come; Boyd cuts himself and then slices the monster’s neck. As they close in, Boyd rushes in to place his palm on the monster’s open wound. He holds it in place. “My blood is your blood now, motherfucker.” Soon, his arm’s writhing in pain as worm blood is being transferred. I believe “They” needed Boyd to do this to determine the “transfer” was effective. Now that Boyd is the “next hero,” he will be chained up (remember how there were more dead dried up bodies in the wall?) and be drained until the next cycle and the new hero emerges to repeat the “formula.”*
    
11. The monster’s true form emerges as he dies, robbing them of their illusion. Fellow monsters ignore Boyd, approaching the dead monster instead and looking quite fascinated; they soon leave. This entire scene!!! This highly suggests 2 opposing forces at work!! whoever’s controlling the town, the purpose is to eradicate the monsters. More specifically, the Bigger Evil–that’s the agenda.
    
12. Ethan confides to Donna that he’s scared. Donna urges “being scared is a good thing.” “Fear is something that lives inside us… but fear might be the most important one of all. Because w/o fear, we wouldn’t know how to be brave. FEAR IS WHAT MAKES US HEROES.” *Huge clue supporting why they’re being trapped and tortured; as if the place is a Fear Farm. The 1st force are the monsters and the Big Bad that made them, while the 2nd force are using the town to help create some Hero Serum (worm blood) to eradicate the evil overrunning the real world.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on partners to quicken the introduction of sanctions against Russian companies producing drones and missiles used for large-scale attacks on Ukraine.

Evening fathers of Reddit, I took a trip to Corona, California to attend a young adults retreat at St Michael’s Abbey, they don’t have a Saturday vigil mass so I was wondering if it was a sin if I miss Sunday mass since my flight back to Arizona leaves @ 8am Sunday and arrives @ 10am, and my parish only has mass @ 9am and 11am. It’s a 2 hour drive from the airport to my parish and I would have to miss mass.
