so they appeared out of nowhere about two weeks ago and i was trying to just ignoring them and live with them since they are usually not harmful but after a few days lots of them came and i was certain that my room was clean and here is no food in anywhere but they were still keep coming. as in day 3 i find where they are coming from which was a little hole in the wall and i blocked it with some kind of jell that i have been using for years to block the holes in the walls and for a few days it worked but after 2 days they came back again, so i searched internet and i tried everything not to hurt them but to make them go away, things like red and black prepper mix or Cinnamon and some other stuff but non worked but i still didn't wanted to hurt them i would just clean my room everyday until yesterday! yesterday when i was playing with my pc one of them bite me and god it was painful! i throwed it without hurting it but then another one bite me and i did the same again, third time when i was bitten there was 5 of them on my hand biting me at the same! that was the moment when i said im done! i brought some oil ( idk what its called in english but i mean the white oil for when you wanna start a fire ) and i poured on lots of them and also their new hole in the surface and it killed them instantly, and today when i checked there was NON there anymore, i cleaned up my room a few times since then and today there was still some in my room but i grabbed any of them that i could see with a paper and throwed them in a bowl of oil, i find most of them by them biting me first so i guess it was self defense but i feel really really bad and i feel like i have murdered a whole village of innocents people or something.

Idk if this is the right place to ask, but i found an artist on Instagram, they did little doodles available to be used for tattoos. They made matching tattoos and had 2 that I liked. Two cats, one black the other white, and theywhere reading books of their opposite color, and then same cats wearing sheets flying like ghosts. Very simple and cute, i thought i saved and followed but i can not find them, if anyone knows who it is or isfamiliar please let me know. I tried tags but still nothing.

[Incompetent Detective]
Writer's Comment:
We initially took Wato in a cooler, more handsome direction, but once Katsumata read the scenarios, he got a lot cuter. Many of the cast's female characters are the free-spirited type, so Wato ended up becoming the "mom" of the group. (Jobana)

My first impression of Wato was a troublesome one. Not only was he 'incompetent' despite being the main character, he couldn't have too many or too few characteristics. I wrestled with giving him a defining trait without straying too far from a conventional protagonist... In a sense, he took the most trial and error. (Katsumata)

[Ideal Detective]
Writer's Comment:
She seems happier after she's dead. Her clothing and conduct keep in line with the "Ideal Detective" image, but her personal belongings and mannerisms have a girlish, childlike quality to them, too. I kind of want to write a story about her day-to-day life... (Jobana)

I remember doing a quick sketch of her right at the outset. Jobana told me to make her albino and mysterious at a glance, so that's what I drew. The challenge was deciding how much of her childishness to let slip in her expressions. (Katsumata)

Writer's Comment:
This guy savored life until the very end. His hair and heels represent his attachment to his mother, whom he murdered. Like Wato and the Quartering Duke, he too was restrained, but since he actually enjoys this, there's no way he'll see eye-to-eye with Wato. (Jobana)
Designer's Comment:
I wrestled with this design the most, wondering right until the very end how far to take it. He has a long black braid, piercing glasses, high heels... so many unique points. But at least his actual clothes are simpler than the other characters. (Katsumata)

[Posh Detective]
Writer's Comment:
It was fun to create this 21-year old. She was intended to be totally unpleasant, but she was too good a person for that to be possible. The initial idea was to have her be a classic nasty girl, but when Katsumata read the scenarios, her faded grandeur became more prominent. (Jobana)
Designer's Comment:
Her initial keyword was "aristocratic",* so I drafted a blond princess in an evening gown-esque outfit. Since she works as her company's president, however, she ended up with a more subdued design. She's high maintenance, but a very nice boss. (Katsumata)

[Mystic Detective]
Writer's Comment:
This was the hardest character to kill, both in terms of abilities and personality. That's exactly why the Quartering Duke had him taken out immediately- he didn't want to be discovered. Mystic takes any opportunity to buy occult goods, which always makes Booky mad. (Jobana)

Mystic is another character whose design barely changed from the initial draft. We just added the ragged cape to suggest he's been in battle. He's well-built for a clergyman. I remember thinking, "Does this design really work as a detective?" lol (Katsumata)

[Gourmet Detective]
Writer's Comment:
The sexpot specialist. She was at risk of being too much of a one-trick pony to fulfill her role, though (the same mistake I made with Bokuhime!). She has the same basic fighting abilities as Ideal Detective, but her origins are in amateur wrestling, so her moves all start with grabs. Unfortunately, this made her a bad match for the SPXs. Here she is: the gag boob character. I put her in a motorcycle suit on a whim, and from there, the bike-rider-slash-rest-stop-hopper was born. She's always smiling and likes to fill the older sister role, but occasionally shows off her tough, badass side. (Katsumata)

Writer's Comment:
No matter what he does, it always backfires. He trusted Doleful with all his heart. His upbringing makes him hot-tempered, something Ideal Detective chides him for regularly (like in Chapter 1). He never learns, though... (Jobana)

I was sure a waistcoat was the way to go when I drew him. He's overworked, and his appearance reflects that he's too busy to get a haircut and has a habit of rolling up his sleeves. I hope players will enjoy the contrast between his kind and harsh expressions. (Katsumata)

Writer's Comment:
Doleful is a contradictory soul; he resents totalitarianism and sacrifices himself more than anyone else for the sake of others. His words as a detective aren't total lies, either, and his thinking resembling Wato's- hence the mixture of good will and hatred in their relationship. (Jobana)
Designer's Comment:
I initially designed him without knowing he was the mastermind, so he had droopier eyes and looked more forlorn. His current design came from me wanting him to look pitiful most of the time, but be able to project intensity when his true nature was revealed. (Katsumata)

[Bookworm Detective]
Writer's Comment:
Booky is a breath of fresh air and a useful character. Put her next to Posh Detective, and the dialogue writes itself. Like Rowdy Detective, she's so emotionally complete that I debated killing her off. Ultimately, however, I chose not to because I didn't think Wato or the players would be able to recover.(Jobana)
Designer's Comment:
Her outfit took some trial and error, since she's in elementary school, but quite grown-up inside. The rare occasions when she smiles are very cute. Since she's paired with Mystic, I made sure she wouldn't look out-of-place standing next to him. (Katsumata)

Writer's Comment:
I made the most requests for this design. It's nice having a young boy in a wheelchair for a character. The lab coat and tights are perfect. I've noticed that characters in wheelchairs either die or are the culprit in many mysteries, and wanted to subvert this trope. His presence is meant to mislead the player. (Jobana)
Designer's Comment:
Jobana-san had a lot of requests for this character. Techie's a cute little boy, but he's quite put together, so he has a rich range of expressions, from sharp and smart to pouting and sulky. I'm sure he'll grow up to be a handsome, sophisticated young man. (Katsumata)

Writer's Comment:
I arrived at "Downtown"* by plugging in any word I could think of before "Detective". From there, I continued to work on her character concept with the mention of making her the "true" heroine, and as a result, she ended up killing someone right away. She decided the direction of the game in more ways than one. (Jobana)

I struggled with whether or not to put her in a school uniform until the last minute. Her friend had been killed, so I didn't want her to be too childlike. Instead, I settled on a fairly eclectic design that allowed Downtown's personality to show. (Katsumata)

[Rowdy Detective]
Writer's Comment:
Her strength of spirit is what ends up killing her. Normally, those heroic qualities would see through her safely, but this isn't that kind of game. Losing Rowdy and Downtown changed the feel of the dialogue dramatically, and I felt that loss when writing scenes. (Jobana)
Designer's Comment:
I personally really like her. She has a nice silhouette... but what's up with that ponytail? Lol. She often appears with Gourmet, so her design is spikier to contrast Gourmet's softness. (Katsumata)

[Armor Detective]
Writer's Comment:
Armor is the rare case of a character's appearance and personality not changing at all from the initial draft. He's there as a red-herring character, but I made him too stupid... He became a livelier character for it, though. Even now, I'm sure he's off somewhere fighting whoever is behind that transcendental armor case. (Jobana)

I intended him to look cool, but his words and actions made him cuter than I expected, lol. He's a little tricky to draw, but I'm pretty happy with the design. Just where is that fluffy mane attached? (Katsumata)

[Senior Detective]
Writer's Comment:
The ringleader, in a sense. He goes out of his way to deceive Wato and stuff him in a locker because, at his core, he's just that nasty. Senior Detective is a good example of how age and "seniority" alone doesn't make you a good person. (Jobana)

Once the mustache was decided on, the rest of the design followed. He's elderly, but I wanted to give him a mischievous quality. Like, what's with his coat collar...? I've never seen an old man with a popped collar like that. He just oozes confidence. (Katsumata)

Gah! Apologies ahead of time for wall of text. So I'm playing Zodiac Age and here is the situation. I am required to open the door Giruvegan from the Feywood. I have been holding off on assigning any espers, because they arent really necessary for battle at all and I dont want to mess up choosing who to assign them to, but I assume from the door message that Belias needs to be assigned to someone and I need to touch the door with that person to enter.
Here is my party configuration: Vaan Knight/Bushi, Balthier Time/Shikari, Fran White/Mach, Basch Monk/Bushi, Ashe Red/Arch, Penelo Monk/Black.
Okay, so, unlocking Belias serves zero purpose with anyone but Vaan because it is isn't blocking any abilities on anyone else. On Vaan it is only blocking a Potion Lore and Libra, both also pretty pointless, but better than nothing. After unlocking Belias and then Mateus (for Curaga, Esuna, etc. on Knight board) I realized Knight can also learn Curaja. After a quick Google, I need to defeat and unlock Hashmal on his board. So I'm going to reload my last autosave and not assign Belias to Vaan. Given the above jobs, what would be the best character to give Belias without barring that character from unlocking a crucial license later? I'm thinking maybe a dedicated mage board like White or Black Mage that doesn't really need to unlock much else outside of its naturally-given area? Open to suggestions. Or is there an even better unlock behind Hashmal on a different job board than giving a Knight Curaja?

This week’s slightly belated vintage batch is smaller than usual but features 3 very special Vacumatics: 2 made by Parker and one a 51 reproduction demonstrator! The first is New Old Stock and stickered, the second is oversized with a Superflex nib, and the third is just wild! As always, all are fully restored and ready to write.

Condition (n.b.): All pens listed below have been disassembled, cleaned and restored with new sacs/diaphragms installed in the last couple months. Vacumatic fillers are something of a specialty of mine and I take pride in the amount of attention I devote to each. Any dried/coagulated ink is removed from feed channels. All remnants of thread sealant and ossified diaphragms are cleaned away. Threads are meticulously chased. Interiors of barrels are cleaned and polished to remove ink staining and restore transparency. Sections are sealed against leaks using Main Street Pens' rosin-based thread sealant. Each of these pens is guaranteed to fill and write as designed without leaks or other problems. Nibs have been adjusted when necessary to ensure that all lay down a smooth and consistent line.
THESE PENS HAVE NO CRACKS, CHIPS, PERSONALIZATIONS, LOOSE OR MISSING PARTS, BENT NIBS, MISALIGNED TINES, BROKEN/WORN OFF TIPPING, OR THREADING ISSUES.
 
Line Widths and Writing Samples: To provide buyers with as much information as possible, I have started to adopt the following line width standards: XXF (.1-.2mm); XF (approx .3mm); F (approx .4mm); M (approx .6mm); B (approx .8mm). Nib flexibility is determined by variation (max line width under pressure) and softness (amount of pressure). Flexibility designations based on variation generally run as follows for an XF/F nib: Semi-Flex (approx. 1mm); Flex (1.2-1.9mm); Superflex (>2mm). All line width measurements are taken with a digital caliper but should be considered approximations providing a general guide. Width may vary slightly depending on type of ink and paper used as well as amount of pressure applied. All writing samples are on Rhodia dot paper using Waterman Serenity Blue.
 
 
On Filling Vacumatics: Each of the pens with Vac filling systems below is made of celluloid with transparent barrel striations for viewing the level of ink, which is stored directly in the barrel. To fill, one simply removes the blindcap, submerses the nib, and depresses the plunger until the barrel is full.
 
1. NOS 1947 Parker Vacumatic Junior - Uninked w/ Stickers (Silver Pearl, celluloid, NPT, Vacumatic filler, 14k F nib). This full-sized model measures 5” capped and has the same proportions as a Major but lacks the Blue Diamond on the clip and features 2 thin cap bands as opposed to a single, wider chevron band. This pen is New Old Stock (NOS), apparently uninked, and stickered with original price ($5.00) and nib width (M) sticker as well. But it has been restored with a new diaphragm and filled with water for testing. Single black jewel on the cap and plastic plunger consistent with a 3rd generation Vac. 14k Parker Vac Arrow nib). Since I believe this pen has never been inked, I didn’t take a writing sample for sake of preservation. But a vintage Parker M usually corresponds to a modern F, which is what I designate as a F according to the standards above. If you’d like to buy this pen and don’t mind it being dipped, I’d be happy to test it out for you to confirm its smoothness and writing characteristics. But Parker’s nib-finishing dept was top notch and this one has been preserved as is from the factory. Condition: New Old Stock [N]. But for a touch of drawer to the clip, this pen has the appearance of having just rolled off the assembly line. Nickel-plated trim shows no brassing. Smooth, lustrous finish with no deep scratches or other notable blemishes – scarcely even any microscratches. Perfect color and transparency with no ambering (DETAIL PHOTO). Factory deep barrel imprint and date code are fully legible. NOS Vacs are pretty tough to come by these days and they don’t get much nicer than this one! Price: $270 [ON HOLD]
 
2. 1940 Parker Vacumatic Senior Maxima (black, celluloid, GPT, Vacumatic Speedline filler, 14k Two-Tone XF Superflex nib). This oversized model measures 5 3/8” capped. This 2nd generation, oversized Vac in black features a wide chevron cap band, double black jewels, aluminum Speedline filler, and blue diamond clip signifying Parker’s lifetime guarantee. Most Vac nibs are rather rigid. But once in a blue moon you get a surprise like this one. The commensurably oversized 14k Two-Tone Vac Arrow nib is Super-Flexible, laying down a smooth and consistent XF line that widens to a 4B+ (approx. 2.3mm) under light pressure (see WRITING SAMPLE). Condition: excellent [B]. Gold-plated trim is clean with no notable wear aside from a sliver of brassing on the blind cap tassie and high-point slivers on the arrow of the clip. Celluloid has a smooth lustrous surface with no notable blemishes apart from some pin-sized marks on the plastic here and there and some cloudiness on the surface of the hard rubber section. Additional polishing could possibly remove it, but I wasn’t having any luck and I didn’t want to over-polish. The only other noteworthy issue is some cosmetic wear to the plating on the filler that does not affect function. Good transparency with some ambering but ink level fully visible (DETAIL PHOTO). Manufacturer imprint and date code on barrel are deep and fully legible. Price: $420 [ON HOLD]
 
3. 1990s Ariel Kullock Parker 51 Demonstrator Repro (transparent lucite, NPT, Vacumatic filler, Octanium XF nib). This full-sized model measures a hair over 5 1/2” capped. In the 90s and early-2000s Ariel Kullock was known as a prolific craftsman of vintage FP reproductions and customizations. He’s perhaps best well known for his custom Parker 51s, whose caps he adorned and engraved and whose barrels he offered in an astonishing array of colors and patterns. He also made custom demonstrators. Originally, a demonstrator was a pen made of clear material with cutouts to expose its internal workings. Parker did not sell demonstrators to the public. They were distributed exclusively to dealers, who used them to show the features of standard pens to customers. A genuine Parker 51 Vac Demonstrator is an unusual sight indeed and range anywhere from $700, for the most common, to $1,000s for the rarer ones. Meanwhile, Kullock ceased production of his repro demonstrators years ago, making them harder and harder to find as well. This one was his most ambitious: a full Parker 51 demonstrator for which even the cap is transparent – the latter being a feature Parker themselves never made. The barrel, cap, hood, and blindcap are transparent and turned by Kullock. Pearlescent grey plastic cap jewel is original Parker. Whether capped or uncapped, this pen makes the ink visible wherever it is, be that in the barrel or in the transparent feed. Original Parker filler with plastic plunger. For all the metal parts on the pen, he chose original white metal. Nickel-plated original blue diamond clip, clutch ring, and original Octanium nib from a 51 Special. That nib lays down a smooth and consistent XF line (see WRITING SAMPLE). Condition: excellent [B]. Nickel-plating is clean with no brassing – just some drawer wear to the clip. Celluloid is smooth and lustrous with no deep scratches or other notable flaws. The only noteworthy demerit are some finishing marks on the interior of the barrel in a spiral pattern left over from the manufacturing process. A delightful pen to show people just how a Vacumatic 51 works! Price: $300

I did this upgrade in two stages. The first was a complete swap of the existing 6 speakers. I went with Infinity Reference all-around based on recommendations online. I got the required speaker harnesses to use the existing factory connection rather than splicing wires. Here are the speakers installed:

Front and Rear Doors: Infinity Reference 9633IX - 6" x 9" Three-way - $100/pair on Amazon
A couple of notes about these speakers. They’re extremely bright even when you run them on the 0db mode rather than +3db. There is a switch on the tweeter to change the mode. I first installed the dash and ran it for a couple days waiting for the door speakers to arrive. Just the dash swap made the sound so much better. However, once I installed the front doors I knew instantly it was tweeter overkill. I’ll probably end up swapping the front doors for a 6x9 component driver and let the dash handle the highs. I’ll leave the 3-ways in the rear so passengers get the full range back there.
Second note is that while they sound great and you can hear them hitting some low notes, they’re not loud below the mid-range. Now that my highs were shining I needed to fill in the lows. I settled on a Skar Audio setup to keep my budget in check. I’m not looking to win car audio competitions, just fill out the low end. Here is what I ended up with:

So I’m $645 into this upgrade for a complete speaker overhaul and added 12” subwoofer. I think that’s pretty good for the incredible difference in sound. The box is a perfect fit under the passenger rear seat. My only gripe is the ugly white stitching of the Skar logo on the box. I used a black Sharpie to fill it in the best I could. It’s still visible if you look, but it doesn’t draw attention to itself anymore.
I’ll probably get the bug to add a 4 channel amp for the Infinitys, but it will be really easy since I installed the ANC bypass module under the driver’s seat. The module bypasses the truck’s active noise cancellation while also providing a tap point for the input and output of all of the speakers.
A few tips:

1. Get a LOC (Line Out Converter) that also generates a remote wire signal. I first bought the PAC LOC 3.2 and I would have had to tap into the fuse box for an accessory remote wire. I returned it for 7.2.
2. The firewall has a rubber grommet with an extra port for a wire. I had to cut the nipple off the port on the engine side and still had a hell of a time pulling 4 gauge wire through with a coat hanger. Running the power wire was the hardest part of the entire install.
3. The fuse box lid in the engine next to the battery is a great place to screw down the amp fuse. I also used split loom for the power wire in the engine bay and it looks clean and professional.
4. I used Posi-tap connectors for the speaker connections between the LOC and the ANC bypass harness. I got everything connected and didn’t hear any sound so double-checked these and sure enough, had to redo them. I may have used too large a size because the pin that punctures the wire kept going to the side of the wire. I had to manually puncture the wire with the pin before screwing the Posi-tap down.

Hope all of this helps somebody else. The system absolutely slams now!

Hi everyone first post here
I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my ocd recently. My biggest compulsive issue right now is that whenever i see an object, i list the colors out in my head. So for example when i’m driving and i see the white line and the yellow line and the dark gray curb and normal gray road. And in my head i’ll list the colors over and over. It’s honestly really exhausting and some days when it’s bad i worry about driving. It gets really bad when i go into big stores , especially if i don’t have a specific goal of what i’m getting. Ill get distracted by differentiating dark brown hair from black hair on the hair dye box and stuff like that. It’s super frustrating to deal with because i just don’t know how to stop it because it’s hard for me to redirect myself since EVERYTHING has colors. When i’m in public sometimes i get overwhelmed and my brain basically shuts off and just says colors.
Does anyone have experience with intrusive thoughts or anything i could try?

I played it in France as a very young child so my memories are super blurry, and I have been unable to find it anywhere. I believe it was on Windows 94 or 95. You could explore a virtual representation of some Hollywood studios, drawn in a cartoon style, and click on various elements to unlock some black and white cartoons like Felix the cat, Betty Boop or Popeye. I would say it was focused on the Fleischer studios as I don't remember any Disney or Tex Avery characters. I feel that maybe the title on the box was written in purple ? I remember something purple and somewhere in the game a short animated feature with two old people on their rocking chairs while an old music played. I ended up conflating that one memory with the song Old folks at home, which may or may not have been the song that was indeed played. Advice I(20) black male (Relevance will come later) recently moved into a new house in a new neighborhood. My neighbor(20-28) may be white or she may not be but she is at least white passing. Since I moved in about 2 months ago she was very cordial. She really likes my dog and on occasion are dogs play with eachother. Her neighbor on the otherside are hispanic and I Knew of them but never talked to them. Today she came up to me in our backyard talking while our dogs were playing and said that the is very suspect of them. She claimed about 8 men lived in the house and they all work at the same restaurant and that they are probably illegal immigrants. They they could be working and not even being paid and that since they aren't a family that they shouldn't be living their as it's only a 3 bedroom. Most notably she pointed out that they are 8 men with no wives or children and that they look at her and that it makes her uncomfortable.
At this point I had chalked it up to her being racist against illegal immigrants(which I should say I have no problem with, I'm fine with them in the neighborhood.) She told me 2 months ago she bought cameras because she was afraid. She then showed me video evidence of some of the men loitering outside her house and even one video I found weird of one of the men staring in to her garage from the camera. At this point even I though that they were looking at least a little sus.
She then said that she told the housing people that they made her uncomfortable and scared but they couldn't do anything. I told her that if she needed anything that she could come to me and I'd help or even talk the guys if I needed to. I despise racist people but I also hate that she feels unsafe and from what I know about her it doesn't seem like she a bad person or a Karen. She thinks they could rape or attack her when she takes her dog out or because she loves alone.
Any advise. I know if my sister came to me telling me she was feeling uncomfortable I'd do something about it but I'm not sure if she's only feeling unsafe because their 8 men in one house or because she believes they are illegal immigrants.

The Great Belarusian Game: Setting the Stage

10th December, 2025 -- Minsk

Prologue

Like in the olden days, the Great Powers have once again clashed. In the East, we have a wounded bear and a dragon that has not yet arisen. The American eagle rests overlooking its “dominions” on the other side of the globe. And as for us, we are innocent bystanders in this Great Game that has descended worldwide.
While the empires clash, our nation lies firmly in one camp - either subjected to immense pressure from Moscow to support their Ukraine adventure or, on the other hand, an economically handicapped country by Western sanctions. We may stand in no-man’s-land, but we will remain with no man to lead the government if things worsen.
President Lukashenko is unwell, or that’s what rumor has it. Even with the President partially unable to perform tasks properly, his family still remains the most influential in Belarus. From the riches they embezzled through suspicious business links, to fraud and whatnot. Many people, closely associated with the family, have pointed out that when the old man kicks the bucket - it may be the turn of Viktor Lukashenko to take the helm and lead the nation forward.
If we know anything about Eastern Europe, the transition of power is never that simple.

The Chess Pieces

As President Lukashenko’s health continues to deteriorate, others have begun to set the chess set. In preparation for the day of destiny, the day when the old man kicks the bucket and a power struggle begins.

The White Pawns

Just like in chess, the white pieces are going to be calling the first call; this clique, controlled by the pro-Russian elements of the security apparatus is more unified than it appears. Currently, this complex apparatus encompasses the exhaustive elements of the military and the intelligence community.
Lieutenant General Ivan Stanislavovich Tertel and Viktor Gulevich have positioned themselves as the most prominent figures of this camp. Gulevich has assembled a smaller number of military officers 120th Mechanized Brigade that have lent their support for the cause. It is precise during this “build-up” phase that loyalty is the most important factor and the exact reason why Tertel has insisted that the group remain small and cohesive. The head of the KGB will continue to operate under the assumption that if elements of the military see a clear power struggle, they will choose the group that can guarantee them a salary - and that will be the group that is able to take the keys to power the quickest.
Utilizing his connection to the elements of the Russian security apparatus, Gulevich has contacted Moscow in a bid to secure a guaranteed flow of funds should the worst happen. Moreover, in preparation for that, the Tertel-Gulevich clique has attempted to secure guarantees from Moscow that they will assist in securing the post-Lukashenko Belarus.
With the flow of information being primarily controlled by the KGB, it is almost certain that the news of this “meeting” will not be on Lukashenko’s desk in the morning.

The Black Pawns

Seeing as the black pawns are primarily made up of oligarchs that have fallen out of favor with the government, it is difficult to exactly pinpoint who has risen to any meaningful influence within the group to present himself as its leader. However, among the group, we have Alyaksandr Zaitsau who has been calling the majority of the shots.
Keeping in mind that the Moderates lack any kind of meaningful institutional support, beyond promises from higher-ups within the National Bank and Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade. What they did have, however, was someone from within the Administration that would feed them information should any of the other cliques make a move. While they couldn’t entirely rely on that single source of information, some information was still better than none. It is worth noting that Zaitsau, Dzemyanatsey, and Aleksin control a large fraction of enterprises in Belarus through the Bremino Group. With this, they have a nearly secure source of finances to fund a financial war against the Tertel clique.
What they lack is some sense of conformity, clear goals, and a cohesive plan for future operations should Lukashenko push the bucket earlier than they expect.

Long story short-ish, last week I had a shitty run in with a racist cop and my son's grandparents found out and are trying to use this as an in to get custody of him. His mom went to jail a few months ago and I got sole custody. Since then, I haven't allowed them to see him because they repeatedly defended his mom after it was proven she'd had sex with multiple teenage boys. I don't want him around those kind of people.
They found out about my interaction with the cops through another family member and their thinking is that they can use this to build a case against me. I was innocent in the incident but handcuffed in front of my son and his grandparents are now saying that because I'm black, I'm going to end up getting killed in front of him or at the very least imprisoned. I think it's a bullshit take from a rich, white family but then again them being white and having money could mean things would go their way if we actually end up in court over this.
That's where the bipolar part comes in. I was diagnosed when I was 19 and have kept it mostly under control with medication but I had an episode of hypomania recently where I checked myself into the ER. I'm afraid that this will come up and a judge will say that it's possible I could be unstable and unsafe for my son to be around and this is going to be the nail in the coffin to them being granted custody. Am I overthinking all of this? Or do I need to start thinking about getting a lawyer? I cannot lose him.

In my first post, I gave Talents to the core 6 units, but I always had it in mind that some of the Talents that they started with weren't always the ones they finished with.
Kyoko is the Ult. Vocalist.
Esora is a Reserve Course. She was stripped of her Talent at the end of her first year due to a skirmish with the Togami Corporation to protect Rei and her family's honor, although the Togetsus never knew about it.
Ibuki started off as the Ult. Track and Field Runner, but during her time in Hope's Peak, she also became the Ult. Team Captain. Those parts of her memories were erased by the time she woke up in the D4 Killing Game.
And while Miiko is introduced as the Ult. Linguist, a later part of the story reveals that she is the Ult. Horror Enthusiast.

Another part of DR is Hope and Despair, so I wove that into D4 with the idea that during the Tragedy, Junko takes one member from every unit to be one of her Despairs.
Maho: Manipulated due to her insecurity of feeling useless compared to her unit mates, especially when looking at Talent. (Based off of plotlines in First Mix, and sort of All Mix).
Esora: Joined Junko to get revenge on Byakuya and reclaim her Talent. She worked with the Towa Conglomerate to build Monokumas and Monochios.
Saki: Traumatized after Junko separated her from her unit and made her think she witnessed Kaito’s death. Junko’s brain operation on Saki also messed with her Synesthesia and made her obsessed with finding new colors. Before Junko, she could use her Synesthesia to see the colors of people’s emotions through their singing. After Junko, any form of vocal noise would trigger her Synesthesia.
Rika: Manipulated due to her savior complex. Because she was the one that inspired this crossover, I consider her Junko’s favorite mastermind. They are both very impulsive after all.
Hiiro: Her Talent showed her that the only way to beat Junko was to join her first, so Hiiro put her love of mysteries to good use and did her best to be the perfect mastermind.
Haruna: Manipulated into thinking Kurumiiko killed Miyu, she went mad with grief and acquired an obsession for rule-following. She ordered the first execution and helped write the Killing Game rules.
Natually, Hope arises.
Rinku: (Does she need any explanation? LOL).
Yuka: Because of her connection to Mahiru, Sato, and Esora, she was also close to the Reserve Course and saw them as equal to Ultimate students.
Ibuki: She helped create the Future Foundation.
Rika: Even though she was a Despair, she acted as a Hope and was basically Rinku 2.0.
Aoi: Because everyone simps for her, in and out of universe.
Miiko: Because she wanted to be friends with everyone, and her true Talent of Horror Enthusiast gave her meta knowledge and made her genre-savvy, which was a huge threat to Junko.
After everyone is forced through the Killing Game, the Hopes change.
Rinku remains as her unit’s honorary Hope.
Shinobu becomes Peaky’s because she’s always trying to move forward, no matter who the Killing Game takes from her.
Towa becomes Photon’s because she remains supportive until the very end and is the only one able to talk Nozomi Kamakura into occasionally stepping down and allowing Noa Fukushima to take control of their shared body.
Saori, Marika, and Dalia are all deemed Ult. Hopes by Rika at the end of the game when she admits to them that she doesn’t want to be a Despair anymore because they showed her how good Hope could be.
Tsubaki becomes RONDO’s Hope as she, like Shinobu, vows to keep moving forward no matter who the Killing Game has already taken from her.
Miyu becomes Lyrilily’s as the embodiment of forgiveness balanced with justice.
OTHER SPOILERS
Rika’s REAL Talent is Arson (inspired by a running joke my friends and I have about Rika = fire) and she only hid behind the Volleyballer Talent to avoid suspicion.
She is also Masaru Damon’s big sister. Their parents divorced when Masaru was a toddler, one parent taking each child. They never saw one another again, and when Junko found out, she implied that Masaru was dead, and that was one of the things that pushed Rika to Despair (although they reunite after Junko is defeated). The other was thinking she failed Tsubaki when they were kids (storyline taken from D4).
I also made a D4 version of Izuru, which is Noa's alter ego Nozomi/Kiko (which means Hope). Her backstory is that even though Izuru was conceptualized first, Nozomi/Kiko was created first, as it was easier to operate on a student WITH a Talent than one without.
While Izuru became an emotionless, indecisive Despair, Nozomi becomes a Hope obsessed with protecting the Cute and purging the Ugly. While Izuru’s hair and eyes were black and red respectively, Nozomi’s were white and cyan.
And the reason Haruna thought Kurumiiko killed Miyu was because Haruna was becoming increasingly isolated, trying to use her Chairman Talent to stop the Tragedy. Her unit members were trying to keep her from burnout and eventually went to Kurumi’s big brother, Kokichi Oma (the white bird and the black horse). Miyu, Miiko, and Kurumi were the three female DICE members. Kokichi tricked Miiko into helping him hijack Kurumi’s prank to make it more horrific and realistic, making them all believe that Miyu was dead. Kokichi did this both as a way to get Haruna to see where her actions were leading them, and because he perceived her as a rival for Kurumi’s allegiance.
