I bought a prepaid card that didn’t activate. Cashier refunded and tried a different card, but it still didn’t activate. Manager decided all the cards were bad, so I was refunded again. The first refund showed up on my account, but the second one didn’t and it’s been over a week.
My store said they couldn’t do anything about it, so I disputed it with my CC company. I know that 2 refund receipts printed, so IDK why the second refund was never received.
Will they be able to find the second refund since the slip printed? Where did the funds go since it says it was refunded but I wasn’t credited? Does it not make the register appear over?

Trying to find a new primary care doctor that people actually like/would recommend.
Ideally, they would be part of a small group so you can get same day appointments when sick with SOMEONE there even if your usual Is unavailable. Some weekend hours would be nice. Someone who listens to you, doesn’t assume you’re an idiot, and is knowledgeable enough to either figure out problems or refer to the proper specialist.

I have over ~300 hours played of Skyrim (first play through, vanilla, AE) and I am trying to find new locations and new quests and am coming up empty. I know people play Skyrim for a decade+ and never really run out of shit to do, but I fear I am at that point, personally at least. For what it’s worth, I am having trouble getting beyond level 56 due to poor planning / strategy at the start of my game. Anyways — I’ve googled and I’ve searched high and low on Reddit in the deepest crevices for any hidden or hard to find quests or locations and from what I can tell, I’ve done ‘em all. Or the notable ones that aren’t just “bring 10 bear hides to so and so”. I’m not unwilling to do those quests, but I know it’ll be very quick and not very rewarding. Like I literally have a notebook going with running lists of things to find and quests to do but I’m crossing these off very quickly… so with that being said – any quests you can think of to suggest? Should I start a new game and be more strategic this time? Should I replay Oblivion but mod at this time? Thoughts?

I'm a 22-year-old guy who, like many of you, found solace and joy in the dynamic universe of LoL. Amongst the champions and arenas, I found a partner, my ex-girlfriend, who shared my love for the game. We dated for about 6.5 months, a period of happiness and countless duo queues, of shared victories and defeats. However, my emotional dependency on her became a bone of contention, transforming our sweet gameplay into a real-life discord.

Our issues weren't all my fault, though. She failed to reciprocate the emotional commitment I brought into our relationship, and I couldn't grant her the space she desired. Our relationship started mirroring the volatile dynamics of the Summoner's Rift, with passions flaring and conflicts arising.

Our relationship faced an additional challenge - her commitment to another team. She began playing duo queues with another player, assuring me that it was purely platonic. I was okay with this at first, but when I discovered that the other player had developed feelings for my ex, my tolerance faltered.

Post-breakup, we found ourselves stuck in this perpetual champion select, unsure of what to pick or ban. She admitted to having feelings for the other player, yet assured me that her feelings for me were stronger. Yet, we couldn't find our way back to the harmony we once had.

The last straw came when, after a particularly emotional post-game discussion, she decided to enter a duo queue with the other player permanently. Her explanation? She wanted to climb the ladder faster. I felt side-lined and replaced.

I made the difficult decision to disconnect completely. Unfriended her from LoL and blocked her on all social media platforms, starting my solo journey anew. It's been a few days, and despite the challenges, I try to stay strong. She attempts to reach out through alternate accounts, but I ignore them.

My friends and fellow gamers believe that I dodged a 'Skill Shot'. But when your heart is the Nexus, the damage isn't so easy to repair, is it?

TL;DR: Had a relationship with a fellow LoL player for 6.5 months. The relationship was strained due to emotional dependency, her interaction with another player, and a lack of mutual understanding. Post-breakup, she chose the other player as her duo partner. Now I'm moving on, focusing on my solo journey despite the pain. Looking for wisdom and support.

This is my favorite facial cleanser that has really helped with my eczema SO MUCH. But it is getting harder and harder to find. I think I might be the last person still buying it lol. The potential clients of the business I am starting are likely to be corporate businesses (so, I suppose, my business will be a B2B service).
I will, at least in the beginning, be a self-employed 1-person band business. The industry/field is rather niche and specialised, and relates to a large extent to the subject I've just done my Master's degree in.
When targeting businesses that are of a considerable size (medium to large sized businesses, including corporates), who do I initially reach out to in making my sales pitch/pitch for conducting business? I assume it is someone from a particular department and not a potential client company's directoCEO? But how do I find the right person to contact?
Forgive what is perhaps the stupidity of the question, I am pretty well-educated and an expert in my field - but have never owned and run my own business before, so how to go about client procurement is all new to me. Hope that's okay.

I plan to start an apprenticeship and I can't really make a decision. I want something that is mentally challenging. I graduated from an electrical engineering technology program in college. I really enjoyed learning and lab work.
I need to find a secure position with high pay. I want to start at $30/hour but I understand that not many companies offer that.

I've worked construction and labour jobs for the last 5 years. I'm skilled and precise with tools because I've used them since I was young.
Woodworking comes very naturally to me, like I was born with the ability. Carpentry or cabinetmaking would be my first choice but I want to explore all the possibilities and make as much money as I can in a short amount of time.
What are the most challenging and highest paying jobs I can aim for? I want to be mentally challenged, I am getting paid $24/hour right now for hard labour most days. I just find it not worth the money, and it drives me crazy that I'm just doing repetitive tasks all day.

Hello, I'm hoping to get any thoughts on the situation at my work, and if it's worth the time and money to consult with an employment lawyer.
I am a remote worker in British Columbia. Last week on Monday, my coworkers and I try to login, but find the remote connection unresponsive. We eventually find out that there has been a security breach to the network due to one employee's home PC being infected with some sort of malware. Throughout the week, we are slowly updated that it will take time to fix everything, as well as implement new security measures to prevent it from happening again.
We were assured by our production coordinators, and the president of the company, that we would be paid for the time we were unable to work. The in-office network was back up and running by Thursday I believe, so some people were asked to volunteer their time on the weekend to help make up for lost time.
We were finally had our remote work connection restored this morning (Tuesday, just over a week from the initial loss of connection).
We've now been told that our overtime hours from now onwards will be put towards the hours we were unable to work last week, after that point, they will revert back to our normal overtime method, which is banked as paid vacation time (a system which I don't like anyway). Our production coordinator says this is all in line with the relevant employment laws, but I was hoping to get an outside perspective on whether this is entirely legal.
I apologize for the shaky narration, as I'm just writing all this down from my memory of what's occurred in the last week. If it helps, this is in the television/tech industry in British Columbia.

I moved in with my BIL a few months ago after leaving my wife, having only agreed because he promised me my own room with privacy and it’s own bathroom and a back entrance so I could smoke outside and none of his gf’s kids would be bothering me, we agreed that for that I’d pay $300 a month. Literally none of these things were true. My “private room” ended up being a mattress in the corner of the subfloors living room where his gf’s kids have bedrooms. I was immediately scolded the first time I used the back door to smoke. And I’ve caught him going through my shit at least 2 times that I’m certain of and keep finding things around my bed that aren’t mine so who know who’s doing what with my stuff when I’m not there. Now comes my real beef with him. There was a family dinner I couldn’t attend because I had to work and since I’ve had to start rebuilding my life I’ve had to buy lots of stuff online which resulted in my reuse of a large box as a trash can, apparently he took pictures of all my stuff and showed it off to the family trying to i guess shame me saying how disgusting I am when it was literally just a box full of boxes and some takeout bags. Since then I haven’t spoken to him or really stayed at their house, I think I’m the last 2 months since it happened I’ve slept there maybe 7-10 times out of necessity. I just got back to town and he keeps calling and texting but I’ve just been ignoring him since I get my own place in a few days. Honesty, I don’t think I should pay him but I’d bet the rest of the family would probably say I’m in the wrong.

Hello, I am trying to find someone that might be interested in a 2010 chevy tahoe as a project truck, or that wants the solid 5.3 that's in it or the new transmission I just put in it about a year ago. I know I would have trouble selling it to a dealership and I don't feel right selling it to someone who doesn't know how to work on cars cause it would need some work. It has a salvaged title, that I bought it with, like an idiot. It ran amazing for the first couple years I had it, then I started having a fuel delivery issue and I have been chasing that ever since. It still starts and runs good, but it has gotten to the point that it takes a couple trys to get it to turn over. I've replaced the ruel pump and the module, I've taken it to the dealership and they said to replace those two things. That was after I had done all the work. I live in Utah and it ran perfectly all throughout the winter and only started acting up again once spring hit. I'm hoping someone in here might be nearby and want it, I just want to be able to pay it off and be done with it. Again I live in Utah, about 45 mins from salt lake. Please let me know if there is any interest out there, or any good suggestions, I just need some help! I can take pictures if there is interest. Thanks everyone!

I'm using docker-compose running on port 80:80 I've tried other ports but for some reason they don't work?
Everything works ok untill I run certbot
All I then get is a nginx page without the vaultwarden login screen
I'm wondering if it's nginx that needs to be confirmed to run on a different port?
I can't find a conf.d file in etc/nginx/conf.d
Any help would be great

Okay, so I had a meet and greet today with a very nice owner and her dog. It would be a pretty long stay, good money, and the dog is absolutely adorable. At the meet and greet I said we could move forward but I haven't approved the booking yet, and I am overwhelmed with dread. I feel like my gut is telling me the job isn't going to go well, but I have no clue why. I kind of want to message the owner and tell her that I can't do it, but I feel super bad. It's around two months from now, so they'd have plenty of time to find somebody else. I just don't know what to say and don't feel like I have a good excuse.
Have any of y'all gotten this dread? And how should I go about handling it?
