Ow ow ow ow. The back of my jaw feels so tight and it's setting off physical anxiety because it kind of feels like throat tightness even though it's not.
Why does this randomly happen? I haven't changed what I eat, though perhaps the order (I'm autistic, so it's the sane few foods every day). I have silent reflux, so there's no burn and no way to tell what's going on except the random tension. I wouldn't know what it is except it gets worse when I lie down (or if I sit up in such a way that pressure is put on my stomach).
What do I take for this? I had 10mg pepcid in me and I'm about to take another 20 but it feels kind of fruitless. It feels like a soreness that ibuprofen might soothe but if I'm wrong I get EXTRA reflux. I don't have tmj (as far as I know) but the muscle tension is off the charts and starting to form a headache. Anyone familiar with this? I can't even blame my period. I'm nowhere near it. Advice welcome.

I’m on PlayStation 5
Issue: out of the blue, my ps5 won’t connect to the internet anymore. Every time I try a solution I get the same message which is
“Can't connect to the internet. Your internet service provider or your router might be preventing your PS5 from connecting to the internet. Make sure you can connect to the internet via the same network as your PS5 by testing the connection using your computer or mobile device”.
Other devices work fine on the same network. The neighbor’s wi-if works fine with my ps5 but slow due to distance.
Steps taken to fix the issue:

1. Restarted, reset and finally reinstalled ps5 system software.
   
2. Restarted, updated and factory reset my router.
   
3. Changed the SSID and password and tried different DNS settings.
   

This is the third time this happened to me in 2023. The first time resetting the ps5 to factory settings was enough to get to connect again. Second time it got fixed the next day on its own. This time nothing worked.
I googled and searched Reddit and found many with the same problem. Some were able to fix it others like me are still looking for a solution.

Hello everyone,
I am having an issue with a cleaning company who is refusing to pay me for the services I provided.
I worked two days for them and found them to be very short with me and shady and decided to quit. Now the owner is saying that she doesn’t owe me any income because I quit.
I worked multiple houses and listed all the dates/locations/hours worked on my phone as well as have kept all her messages. She is very bipolar in her messages and the last one she sent to me was straight up rude and disrespectful.
I have already sent a demand letter by certified mail and am looking to take her to small claims court but it seems like she may have the impression that I’m illegal and is trying to scare me out of taking her to court.
How do I go about trying to find an affordable lawyer or one that can work pro-bono?

It I just almost choked 20 mins ago while drinking water and have had a stomachache for almost 2 weeks do I likely have acid reflux
I haven’t actually thrown up please help me I feel weird tonight my throat hurts I ate a burger w fries that was made at home about two hours ago my stomach hurts and my throat has this really weird feeling I don’t know whether or not I’ll throw up should I ask to be taken to the hospital my throat feels weird my throat is sore and it became sore a few hours ago out of the blue (I also started to feel kind of cold so I put on more clothes.) I was out of school last week as last week I was really feeling nauseous but am back this week. I occasionally have sharp stomach pains I’m wondering if I might vomit tonight it feels like it’s been a long time (well technically it has been since this started, as this started nearly two weeks ago now… when it hits this Monday it will be two weeks since this started.) Do you have any advice for me what do I do my throat in general feels funny

I’m in the middle of watching fast 9 for the first time in a while and I’m so frustrated with how they did so much of it. lol. I’m rewatching all the old movies to prep for watching fast X tomorrow. I saw fast 9 in theaters but haven’t seen it since. I remember not liking it but couldn’t recall why. Let me preface this by saying…I’ve been a fan of FF since the first movie. I know there’s a certain level of corniness and unbelievability that comes with it. I’m willing to throw logic out. I was a fan of PLL when it was out and did the same there. I’m happy to get a new movie or new season and never complain they’ve jumped a shark somewhere. If I’m a fan of something, my standards can go low. LOL. But this movie feels like it could have been skipped.
Jakob - wtf. He couldn’t have been a cousin? Just a random brother that dom turned his back on after years of saying you don’t turn your back on family even if they turn theirs on you. They could have made him a cousin or his dads son that he had before he married doms mom. Not someone doms been aware of this whole time. I would have believed a cousin or unknown sibling that was jealous of how dom treated his “family” and felt slighted he didn’t treat them the same. Or this unknown brother went to the track to meet the dad the day he died and he never got the chance so he’s been jealous of dom and the fact he knew him or something. Anything other than this rando brother that was never mentioned.
Cypher - she was a big bad last movie and escaped and should be the big bad is this movie. But no. She spends all her time (so far) in a box. Where is her team? No one is coming to break her out? Feels unlikely. Instead they have motto who is uninteresting. They should have had cipher and Jakob team up. Not Jakob and Moto. Cipher, imo, has been the worst villain so far and they don’t use her in this movie? Dom has moved to a farm instead of the house he worked hard to get back. The family house ..unless Mia lives there now. I’m mid point so they may say that later. But dom moved away and is seemingly untraceable. No phones, no contact and they hide when a car pulls up at the beginning so they’ve clearly been in hiding and living under the radar. From who? They’ve befriended all their enemies except for cypher. So it feels like they’re worried about cypher returning. Tej and co show up to say mr nobody had cypher and she escaped. Dom says no thanks. Roman reminds him she killed Elena and he says things changed and leaves. It feels like if he’s hiding from cypher he’d jump at the chance to track her down and kill her when given the chance so he didn’t have to do that anymore.
CypheJakob - I wish they would have done flashbacks over the last three years since we last saw dom and co and show what has happened since. Throw Jakob in as the brother he never knew he had but Jakob knew about dom and co. Jakob could have worked with cypher this whole time. That’s how cypher knew to look his way to start with. Jakob pet cypher know to tip off Owen Shaw about Letty and kill her. Jakob could have tipped off cypher about Elena and helped have Elena and little Brian Kidnapped. Made the two of them badass team that have been the point of issue for dom since fast 4. Show how they’ve done it over time. Show the last three years where dom was attacked or something and the team found it necessary to go their own ways off the radar so they can’t be tracked or targeted. That’s why dom isn’t too keen to go after cypher. Maybe she’s been going for him or trying to make a move since the last movie. His “thing have changed” line makes a little more sense bc he’s aware of the danger and wants to keep Brian safe.
Tej/Roman/Ramsey - the plots with these three felt so weird. It was like they tried to make this movie a little tongue in cheek and it didn’t work. It just came across cartoonish and like a parody of itself. The whole space bit was awful. Roman falling out of the car near a landmine and then a car falling on him and he’s fine was awful. What was the point of that. He could have fallen out of the car, missed the landmine and been done. But they threw a car on him that he just walked away from for fun. And made a weird death sound when it happened like a cartoon would. Then the whole “isn’t it weird we don’t even have a scratch after all this” convo was weird. Like have Roman get shot or something in the arm and then have the talk where they’re like it’s crazy we do all this and still survive. Would have the same affect. I can’t tell if they don’t know how to write humor for this movie or what they were doing but the three of them and the weird Tokyo drift inventors bring the whole movie down.
Han - i love Han so I’m glad he’s here’s but i almost wish they left him dead. His death was well written and is written off with Giselle.
Hobbs and Shaw- I get why they weren’t here but it’s weird they aren’t even mentioned. At some point it should have been said they’re on a mission or something.
So much of this felt pieced together. Cardi b…for what reason. It just felt like they sat down and said well we’re ending the movies soon, what crazy things got cut from all the other movies or joked about before? Let’s throw it into this one to get them all in there. Why not. Movie 8 was actually one of my favs. It had a good mix of everything. So I’m bummed this is what they did next. I hope X is more like 5-8. With the more slick, heist, action with real stakes.

I've managed to get myself tangled up in what I think is a scam? It looks and smells like a scam, quacks like a scam, so it's probably a scam? I'm hoping an internet bro can help me think of a way out of this. This will be a bit long, but I want to provide enough detail to help weed out the BS or real factor.
Lots of mistakes made I think, but I was cold texted to a wrong number. (I know. /facepalm) Started chatting with "Jennifer" (could be catfished here, not clear) and it came up that they had a crypto business. Naturally, being interested in crypto I asked about the kind of business and she said she does short-term buying/selling contracts (like 30 second real time market up / down trades). I mentioned I had some Eth that I had bought awhile back as a long term investment to sit on and it's done nothing but lose value. She insisted short term trading is the only way to go and I will just continue to lose value sitting on ETH while the bottom falls out. I wasn't really interested, as I'm not skilled enough to day trade, but more time went on chatting over many days / weeks-- not just crytpo, just general life stuff and she keeps coming back to this. Sends me screenshots of her trades and profit, etc. If she's scamming me, she's playing a long game.
Finally Jennifer convinces me to try out the short term trades even for a very small amount of seed money to see that this is real. I ask more about it and it's on a platform called GMO (https://app.gmovip.com) so I decide to try it out for a small buyin and check it out. I transfer a very small deposit from Coinbase over to GMO. The site seems sketchy AF, google turns up nothing on GMO, not on app store, it doesn't seem reputable, etc. so I'm VERY VERY skeptical going into this. A couple times a week she would tell me exactly when to trade and when to stop, and adhere to a strict 10% of principle trade. (E.g. have $100 principle only trade for $10 per trade). It seem(ed) legit with a scientific system built around limiting risk. So we proceed to trade and I estimate it's about a 95-98% success ratio with a 40% return. (Trade for $100, profit $40). We typically would do 4-ish trades per "trade node" then stop (her wording for the couple times a week market if favorable). I do a test withdrawl back to Coinbase of $5.00 just to confirm that I can in fact withdraw from GMO to Coinbase (and cash out from there). It worked, the $5.00 showed up to my Coinbase account.
We both do nothing but win time and time again week after week, always 4 trades in a very brief window. One single trade loss out of maybe 30 individual trades. At this point I have become a believer and decide to go ahead and move my ETH (about $18k worth) so I can start making larger trades and up my profits. Gravy train keeps rolling and I start making some decent returns, making more in 20 minutes than I'm making in a week at work.
So Jennifer keeps encouraging me to add more principle balance so I can continue to make more profits. (Potential red flag, but she's right that more principle is more profit and I need to put idle resources to work) So now I'm thinking I need to get more money into this so I can increase my trades. I had $18k sitting in a bank account doing nothing, but it was all the extra cash I had. I decide to go ahead and add this to my GMO account by way of Coinbase (bank account already tied to CB, so just ACH'd the funds to there, then transferred to GMO wallet after clearing). Funds show up on GMO and we keep trading.
With the funds I have put in, + the profits I have made compounding, I'm now making more money in 20 minutes than I'm making in a MONTH of day job. (what could possibly go wrong?) Jennifer continues to keep pressing me to add more funds even though I was comfortable with the amount I was making. She suggests taking out 401k money, getting an online loan, borrowing from friends, etc. anything it takes to increase principle. This starts to throw a red flag for me and I decide I want to cash out my $36k I have invested and then I don't care what happens after that because I'm on "house money". And of course, NOW THE PROBLEMS START.
I try to transfer $15k back to Coinbase and the transaction never shows up on Coinbase wallet but the money is gone from my GMO account. I keep waiting and waiting thinking it just takes a few days, Jennifer assures me to just be patient it can take a few days and it's nothing to worry about. Finally I decide something is wrong and I contact GMO support from their app. They immediately ask to chat with them on Telegram (which seems weird and maybe another red flag?) so I do. Jennifer tells me this is normal and that she had to do the same thing on a previous account and that if I just do what customer service is asking they will unfreeze my assets. She is encouraging me to go find the $20k somehow (like it's just under the couch money or something) and send it to open up my funds.
They inform me that my account has been flagged as high-risk for illegal activity by the "Wind Control System" and that my $15k withdrawal transaction is on hold pending account verification. The verification consists of a self photo holding ID (this seems real, have had to do this on other platforms), 3 months bank account statements (red flag?) AND A $20,000 FUND VERIFICATION?! (SAY WHAT?!) I tell them I've already transferred $36k from another wallet to GMO, so that should cover that $20k requirement, but they say that "the funds you transferred are only used for your transactions and have nothing to do with verifying your account" (direct quote). I sent them the photo ID and bank statements, and they acknowledge 2 of 3 steps are complete, but that I must send $20k more to fully verify the account and then they will unlock my funds. So to recap, I put all my extra money $36k into this, made successful trades that put me at nearly $100k (I don't' even care about the profit, if I could just get the money I put in back out) and they are saying that I must put another $20k into GMO for them to verify my identity/account and allow me access to my funds. I literally have NO MONEY left to give, it's all there, and they won't let me cash it out. They are even holding the money I moved over from Coinbase, not just the profits I made trading on the platform. $20k might as well be $1million, it's a distant sum of money I have no way to get.
I now believe I'm being scammed and I'm probably just F'd. Even if I had $20k, which I don't, it seems foolish to give GMO even more of my money. Of course throughout this I'm giving Jennifer the "WTF?!" and she just keeps telling me to do what they say and I'll get the money (maybe she's in on it, I don't know). Finally I ask Jennifer if she is willing to help me with the $20k and I will immediately send her the money back as soon as it's unlocked WITH INTEREST (It's $20k to unlock $100k afterall). Jennifer says she doesn't have that much liquidity, but that she could manage to give me $5k to help if I could come up with the other $15k (I still can't, no money left as stated above). The fact that Jennifer offered to give me $5k of her money gives me a tiny bit of hope that maybe this isn't a scam afterall, but for all I know Jennifer could be a GMO clown punking me.
So there it is, hopefully someone made it through that story and has some thoughts or experience to help me determine if this is a scam or not. I honestly don't have $20k anyway, but could slowly work towards getting it if it really meant being able to get my money back out. Jennifer tells me I could immediately cash everything out the moment my account was verified. They GMO seem interested in knowing how long it will take me to get the $20k and pressing urgency on it, which also seems scammy.
Does anyone out there have any ideas of what I can do here?
Should I just accept that I have been scammed of all my savings? Classic case of "that only happens to other people". Oof.

I just started the game 2 days ago so please no endgame spoilers. My question is I got 2 tears of the dragon memories #1(from a quest) and #5(I found randomly on some mountain I was running across) and I know I'm missing #2-4 but it has confused me so much I had to ask.
In memory #1 she meets the first king and queen of hyrule after getting sent back in time and introduces herself as Zelda Princess of Hyrule so obviously she has her memory.
In memory #5 which takes place after memory #1 Ganondorf goes before the King and Queen and gives them a bunch of lip service then leaves, Zelda turns to the king and says "that man has evil in his heart do not trust him" the king then says "I know thats why im keeping him close so i can watch him closely".
My question is why is Zelda massively understanding the fact of how evil Ganon is and how dangerous he will become in the future? How come she is treating Ganon like she doesn't know what he is about? Why isn't she telling the king to send all of the troops and technology at Ganon and vaporize him while he is still human before he becomes a problem for the next 20,000 years literally? Did she lose her memory somehow between memory #2-4? It makes no sense. It's bugging me to no end! Will my very question be explained if I find all of the memories? Either way I just can't see how in that circumstance she isn't telling the king to immediately go to Defcon 5.

Hi everyone,
I am looking for my option for the above mentioned topic. If anyone can point me to a right kind of lawyer to discuss this issue around Chicago area then it'd be really helpful, if at all this needs a legal representation, Below is the detailed story:
I have been visiting a chiropractor (well known large Midwest (IL) franchise, ChiroOne) since February and doing well. However, I had some issues with payment and their billing practices. I will detail them here and try to explain, however, my biggest concern is the issue #3.
Issue 1: At first they charged me $1000 for 24 visits and during the initial checkup, the doctor told me that she'd take lumbar x-rays for free as I was going to get services for cervical issues. Few weeks later I received EOB from my insurance, I realized that I am only responsible for $15 copay each visit which comes to $360 for 24 visits plan and I am due a refund of $640. After couple of calls I was able to get them issue a refund, however, they said I am responsible for those two extra x-rays that costs me $75.
Issue 2: Based on the above, I explained them the scenario and they said they will follow up with the doctor to confirm my story. I talked to my doctor as well and she re-affirmed that those should be free and should be refunded and she assured me she'll talk to them when she gets a call from Admin office. It's been 4 weeks since then and I didn't hear anything solid from them, they don't even pick up the call so I am still looking for that $75 refund.
Issue 3: In between of these things, my doctor gave me a orthotic device (back brace), which was shown as $975 (which btw, costs $180 online - exact same thing) and I didn't even need but my doctor insisted on it and said it will help me. At first I refused to take it but doctor said I won't be responsible for that amount as she checked my insurance and it will cover the full cost. Today I received an EOB from my insurance and it says I am responsible for $600 for that brace. I called my insurance and they said no one called us to make sure if this is covered or not.
So, basically, now I am left with a bill of those $75 x-rays and this new unnecessary thing which I hardly used worth of $600.
My question is, what can I do / what are my options to dispute this whole situation. I was told and was assured that both of those things wouldn't cost me anything. Since this was a private conversation within the walls of doctor's office and it was all verbal. My insurance company is saying it was billed and processed correctly but I wouldn't have taken those services if I had known it would cost me. Is there anything at all I can do here? I feel like I got scammed and left with a bill of $675 without knowing. Any and every help is appreciated.

They told me I had a low laying placenta at 20 weeks and that we’d check back again later.
I just had my 32 weeks ultrasound and get the results on Tuesday.
But I did a 3D ultrasound a couple weeks ago and the tech showed me that the baby is head down and was sucking on the placenta. Could this mean my placenta is still low? If it’s near his face/head and he’s head down.
Also, what are your experiences with having placenta previa?

Chivalry 2 was easily my most-played multiplayer game in May, and it looks like that'll continue. Tons of content, a really great community, and a satisfying gameplay loop and progression economy keep me coming back.

For the last week or so, anywhere from 10pm to 2am, I’ve been hearing some loud and weird animal sounds that are unlike anything I’ve ever heard almost every night. They occur somewhere near the intersection of Summit and Dale on the northwestern corner but whenever I look out of my window I can’t see exactly where they might be coming from. Sounds like high pitched garbled screeching, like an animal is in a fight with another except only one of them is making the sound.
I know it’s definitely not someone’s dog or a turkey, as far as I know there’s been no coyote sightings in the area recently, and I’m pretty sure it’s not a fox either. My best guess is it’s maybe a raccoon but I’ve lived in areas with active raccoons my whole life, almost 30 years, and have never heard anything like this before.
Anyone else been hearing these sounds and maybe know what’s making them? They’re kinda disturbing and distressing and I know that knowing what’s making them would make me feel better. Thanks in advance!

Long story short, I have went from bad relationship to bad relationship. I thought my most recent one was okay, maybe even good. But since marriage, things have gotten more and more physical. Recently, he threw something heavy, and it hit me in the face. I nearly needed stitches, and my smile will never be the same. It’s finally scarred over now, but I can’t even look at myself. I’ve been super depressed since it happened, and he’s been treating me like shit, more than usual. Constantly telling me how I’m nothing, and I do nothing. Two months ago, I was the sole provider, and now, I am worthless. He says he wouldn’t treat me the way he did if I was the provider, or if I did more in the house or sexually for him. Even when I’ve given these things to him, I’m treated like crap. I just want someone to vent with that understands, to get through this. I have no one in real life, no family or friends through this. I dont know how much longer I can just go on like this, keeping it all inside. If you’re reading this, and struggling, I hope the best for you.
