Hello, i had common cold or something like that, covid test was negative. I had high fever for 4 days and cough, everything seems fine, but i have dizziness. When will it stop? My doctor didn't pay attention when i said i am dizzy. Bloodwork was fine. I drink water and I'm laying in bed. It starts to get dizzy when I stand up and walk.

Do some of you go long stretches with less symptoms then all of the sudden flare up? I got a swollen lymph node in my neck and am guessing I caught a virus or something and BAM my symptoms come back like crazy. My heartrate spiked 169 this morning 10 min after getting out of bed. I've been itchy all over no rash, congested, out of breath, stomach pain, and what I call constipated diarrhea thats yellow. Plus a lot more...169 is the highest my hr has went since having all this. Usually doesn't go higher than 140. Should I be concerned? Been having little chest pains and palpitations too.

I would love to carry my C8R in my Corsair but after its in there and i close the ramp, it becomes a bit buggy.
How safe is it to land and carry a Pisces in there, use QT or even log out in bed of Corsair? Will the Pisces spawn in the back with retracted landing gear and with folded wings or is it gonna blow me up?

We recently stayed in Boston and found a place close to our hotel called Deli One. It was dirt cheap ($2 for 1 egg, home fries and toast. Add a dollar for every extra egg). $1 bagel with cream cheese. Coffee or hot chocolate was $1.50. It felt like a place with prices stuck on time. We will be staying four nights in the Financial District and are wondering if there are breakfast spots like this in the area? I haven't been successful looking for one on Google Maps.

Shared a bed with guy friend. I went out to bars in nyc with friends until like 3am and we all went back to the roof of a friends apt and kept drinking/eating until 5am. I had been planning on getting a hotel in the city, but by that point it didn’t make sense to me to pay for a hotel for 2 hours because I was taking the 8am train home. We were all at a guy friends of mine and he said I could stay at his place. I had never been to his apt before since we all just moved from our college town but we’d been friends for a few years.
When I get there I realize he has no couch. Idk what to do I don’t think it’s a big deal to sleep in the same bed as a guy friend but I think as a general rule it’s not best when you are in a relationship. I sit in his desk chair for like half an hour charging my phone but I’m so tired that eventually I lay down in bed and sleep for like an hour before leaving for the train. We were fully clothed, had a pillow between us, I slept over the blankets and him under them, and we didn’t touch each other. Nothing happened or ever would I trust this friend. This happened a couple months ago and I never brought it up bc while not the ideal way to handle it (I could have just stayed up for the 2 hours or slept on the floor) it was harmless. Now I’m questioning if it was right of me to not tell my bf just bc I think it’s harmless, should I tell him?

I used to be housebound with moderate ME/CFS (could still go out, rarely) and I was taking propanolol 20 mg 3 times a day for POTS. It worked well but when I became bedridden 24/7 after a bad infection over a year ago, I bumped my dosage up to 40 mg 3/d because I’m always wired and need something to take the edge off.
Probably because of bed rest, my blood pressure is now on the low end, always hovering around 85-90 / 45-55 (measured in the morning before taking propanolol) so I’m considering weaning off propanolol.
Is there another treatment for POTS that could 1) still calm down my sympathetic nervous system and 2) not lower my BP?
So far I’ve tried:

• midodrine: gave me goosebumps all over my body and an itchy scalp
  
• clonidine: worsened orthostatic hypotension, I almost passed out on a short trip to the bathroom
  
• pyridostigmine (Mestinon): did nothing for me
  

Ivabradine sounds promising but I don’t think it would help with the wired feeling? There’s also fludrocortisone which I haven’t heard much about.

Due to the current climate, hear me out.
My son just turned nine and is in the 3rd grade is RI. He is in a school with both behavioral and mainstream classrooms. He is in the behavioral classroom. Let me preface this by saying that my son is not a loaner, he has lots of friends in both his classroom and the mainstream. He’s actually pretty “popular.” He is by no means alone and miserable and he does not hate the kids at school. His behavior used to be worse but ever since his med change a couple months ago, I haven’t herd a peep for the school.
Yesterday I got a call from the school saying that another child in his behavior class told a teacher that my son threatened to shoot him. Apparently no adult or other children witnessed this even though they are supposed to be heavily supervised ( this is not The first time they’ve called me about a situation that nobody actually saw happen.)
Here’s what the school did BEFORE calling me. They had the school social worker question him where he denied saying anything like that. She then asked if anyone had a gun at home. He didn’t understand why she asked and answered honestly and said yes (it’s his teen step sisters airsoft gun that he apparently thought was real). So they called the police and then AFTER the police had already arrived at the school is when the decided to let me know what was going on and that I needed to come down to the school. Btw, they already knew at this point that my son did not have a weapon on his and was also In a state of complete calm both before and after the incident.
Basically the end result is the police have to check his dads house to make sure there is no gun before he can come back to school and even then he is suspended the rest of the week. Suspended for what? The word of one disturbed 8 year old and a non existent gun? Furthermore, they’re telling me this incident of a “gun threat” is going to go on his school record and basically follow him to any school goes to next. I also want to mention that while my son is only in 3rd grade, he is 5 feet tall and black. I don’t want to say this extreme reaction was racially motivated but I’m also having a hard saying it’s not… This could ruin his educational career and on the word of one mentally disturbed 8 year old. Between this and other situations, I don’t even feel safe sending him back to this school while we wait for his spot to open up on the waiting list for a private school which may also be effected by this alleged gun threat that they have no proof of.
I guess my question is how do I get them to put this to bed? Theres no guns at home and no one witnessed it happen and he vehemently denies doing it. How is it that something he didn’t even do is going to effect his entire future, that’s absolutely ridiculous. In Rhode Island if that helps.

Right when I returned to work a few months ago my son started waking up every 2-3 hours at night. Sometimes every hour. I know at 3 months this is pretty normal! I adjusted. People tried to tell me to use the pacifier, but that never worked. Plus my LC explained how fast breastmilk digests. Now we're at about 5.5. Randomly he started not wanting me to put him down at night on top of nursing a lot! My question is.. do you think this is separation anxiety? Also, those of you going through this as well, do you notice your baby only eats small amounts throughout the day now and nurses really long feeds at night lol I'm exhausted but honestly enjoying the extra cuddles at night. I started bed sharing but my husband and I only share a Queen (until Friday) and don't get the best sleep this way. I end up putting him back in his crib but feel like I'm waking up even MORE now. I'm really not into the idea of sleep training. I'm just really wondering if anyone else is going through this lol

In October 22 I found out my wife had cheated on me with a work colleague from July to Oct 22.
They texted frequently, had sex once in a hotel, she met him twice to give him a hand job after work and then met him to talk at a local bar on 4 occasions. I have enough evidence to feel comfortable that this is the truth.
On the lead up to the affair we were not in a healthy place, lots of resentment from both sides, lack of effort to make each other feel better – but in no way is this justification for what she did. I’m just saying I understand why when a colleague showed her interest and sensed an opportunity the affair occurred.
Given the context I wanted to try reconciliation for my son, and to make amends with our recent troubles. Things were going relatively well, however, I would have dips and get upset when she had to go on trips for work.
Last week she went to an industry awards event that required a night away, she kept in contact with me during the night, and I know she was the from photos etc.
The next day she received a call from a colleague when working from home which triggered me. The colleague wanted to see if she got home OK and had a good time. I didn’t rise to my initial reaction but the following day I said to myself, F*** it, I’m going to challenge her. She said it was just a colleague who should have met everyone at breakfast but didn’t show as he was too hung over. In isolation, a completely believable story. I asked her to show me her work phone and she refused. This all took place hours before we were supposed to be traveling to London for a weekend away with family. She decided to take her work phone and I stayed home all weekend as I was in no place to play happy families (the family know about the affair) around everyone.
On her return she apologised and said she didn’t want to leave her work phone in case I started messing with it whilst she was out of the house but had nothing to hide.
Trying to find peace I said OK and moved on.
Roll forwards to today, I’m taking out son to school and noticed her car has mud on the tyres and rims – a sign she has been on a site visit (she works in construction as a buyer). I asked her why her car was dirty, and she didn’t know. I checked the house cameras and saw that when she left in the morning her car was clean. I called her to challenge this, and she denied all knowledge.
She called back minutes later to say she had been on a site visit but didn’t want to tell me as it was a site, she would meet her AP at and didn’t want to trigger me if I found out, especially after the episode at the weekend.
I very clearly told her that to build trust she needs to be honest at all times even if it does cause a small argument, its best for us in the long turn.
So….. am I over thinking things and being too sensitive, I don’t know how to trust my own judgement any longer and repair trust. I feel like a fool half of the time and then like im being played the other half.
Its so hard to know which way is up or down right now. I don’t know how to be this evening when she gets home, to sleep in the same bed, to cook her food, to talk to her. Im sooo lost.
How can I trust my gut again or not seem like an insecure bit*h? Any advice inc. questions to ask her would really help. I just dont want to be in the house right now but need to for my son.

My good friend has decided to start a new business and leave their professional job and live off a small amount of savings. They are always taking about not having enough money and feeling bad that their partner supports them.
My friend came to stay with me on holidays and extended their time further and further, until they ended up staying for three months. They had the guest room to themselves and did not offer to pay rent. If they had just stayed a few weeks (as I initially thought they would) I wouldn’t have even considered them making any contributions, as they are my guest. Had they asked me from the outset to stay for 3 months I would have asked for a small contribution to bills etc.
I also let them borrow my car often when they were staying with me. I never asked for fuel money or anything and they didn’t offer. Although my friend bought a lot of their own food during this time and didn’t always eat mine, whenever we went out or ordered takeaway I would pay the bill. They would sometimes offer by saying “can I give you some money” and I’d say let’s sort it out later, or to just pay what you think is fair, as I felt sorry for them. They never paid me. They did buy me a nice gift when they left and would usually offer me any of their cooking, but that was about it.
I have just returned from a one week holiday with my friend, staying at their house this time. Their partner was away for work so it was just us. A few things bothered me about their money habits on this trip. The first was they hardly offered me any food. I was hungry almost the whole time and I felt like a child having to ask for food almost every meal. They’d offer me “some bread in the freezer” or they would offer me a coffee and there would only be a tiny amount of grounds left in the packet. In my opinion if someone is staying as a guest for a short amount of time, it is customary to offer them breakfast and dinner etc, so I found this strange that I didn’t get fed. I ended up buying a heap of groceries just so I could eat. Of course I ended up offering my food to my friend, which we both ate for the week and I left all the unopened items for them too.
On my last day we went on an day trip in my friends car and then they dropped me to the airport. They casually mentioned to me that they would let me know how much the fuel for the trip and airport travel would cost.
As my friend has started their new business I’ve purchased many products from them, totaling a few thousand dollars. They have been my good friend for a long time and have supported me emotionally through some of the hardest times in my life, so I feel I want to help them. But they had a professional job and they chose to leave it to start their business. They are normally a very kind person and are generous with their time. They also know I have a stable income and I believe they assume that I’m happy to be spending money, or that this doesn’t affect me.
I feel silly that I let them do this to me. I’m very annoyed and feel I’m being taken advantage of. But I’m conflicted because I do think my friend stresses about money a lot and I care about them. Still, I think their attitude towards money is damaging our friendship and I feel I’d like to have a less close friendship with them as a result.
I tried to bring it up with them, but I’m not very assertive and I don’t think my words had the intended impact.
Am I being taken advantage of, or should I view this as a temporary thing I should just suck up for the sake of my friend? Is this a big enough deal to go from being close friends of many years to more distant friends?

I'm laying in bed on blow and wanna chat hit me up

I had been more or less sold on the Bear Elite Hybrid, but missed a sale so decided to wait. In the meantime, I kept searching and am more unsure now if it's the right mattress for me. I'd like to know if anyone has an opinion on it...and on the other Bear mattresses available. Unfortunately, only the Elite is available in showrooms near me to actually try first, which is why I wonder if it may be overkill.
Bear Elite Hybrid This is what I was considering.
Bear Star Hybrid I believe this is just the older "bear hybrid" model with an updated cover.

Bear Hybrid 2021 Clearance model of what I believe was the predecessor to the Star Hybrid for comparison. It has no sleep trial or returns so I would probably not consider it.
I am primarily a back sleeper, sometimes side, 5'9" & 200lbs. Solo sleeper, queen size mattress. I have chronic back and neck pain of varying intensity. I do not not necessarily sleep hot, but live in a very warm climate and the room can get toasty.
I would be getting an adjustable base from elsewhere. Considering the member's mark premier from Sam's Club or the classic+ from Sven & Son because I like the idea of the pillow tilt, but undecided on that too. S&S bliss also adds lumbar support for $100 more. If anyone has an opinion on those, I welcome it. Much as I'd like to keep my price down, finding the right bed is important.

because I wake up to piss 1-2x every night and cant fall back asleep.
I can't figure out why this is happening. Here is what I know:

• I stop eating and drinking fluid a few hours before bed
• it's not sleep apnea (did a test)
• it's not prostate (did a test)
• it's not diet/sugar
• blood sugar is fine (did a test)
• e2 is fine

what could be causing this?
After eliminating the above, the only thing I can think of is maybe creatine? I take 2 scoops nearly every day before working out, but it's in the morning
I piss 2-4x right BEFORE I go to sleep, just to get everything out.
Around 3 hours after I fall asleep I wake up and piss out like half a gallon.
Why am I holding in this much water?
Dosage is standard 175mg per week, EOD.
Any help with this?

I'm 20 and I've been on T almost 3 years, and hair loss runs in the family (my great grandpa, my dad's mom's side, was bald). I've just recently started experiencing some pretty rapid hair loss on the top-front of my head i have these huge U's on the left and right side of my forehead, my hair also feels thinner overall.
I'm not sure if this is just a changing hairline from "puberty" or if it's the beginning of hair loss.
Naturally, it's been freaking me out a bit because I wasn't aware that balding ran in my family until a week ago. I love my big poofy hair and I don't want to make the wrong decision and lose it. Especially considering I don't use any harsh products, my shampoos are all natural, and i avoid hair dryers. I also eat healthy and make sure I get all my vitamins everyday but need to get exercising again because I've stopped during school.
Ive started using minoxidil but I'm very paranoid about it because my 18 year old cat likes to sleep next to my head at night and licks me a lot. I've had to keep her off my bed and it's been making her very distressed. I don't know if i can keep going with that.
(TW: medical terminology) The other option is finasteride which my doctor did give me a prescription for. I'm afraid to take that because it supposedly can bring back menstrual cycles after 3 months of use. Which I can't deal with due to having endometriosis. I'm afraid of taking that risk before getting surgery.
The problem is though, I was only on the waitlist on getting my ovaries removed, not my uterus. It's a less invasive procedure (I also don't want to risk my cervix being damaged or removed). The removal of ovaries stops pregnancy and hormone imbalances. The problem is though, I don't think that procedure would stop the menstrual cycles if I was to be on finasteride.
Idk what to do... I'd talk to my doctors but it's really difficult to get into contact with any of them for any longer than a phone call to grant a random prescription because they're all booked up.
TLDR: 20 years old, 3 years on T. I started having receding recently idk if its a changing hairline from puberty or the start of hair loss. Minoxidil puts my cuddly/licky cat in danger. Finasteride threatens to make cycles return (pre hysto)

So i have 2 dogs. Electric fence and now an electric dog door so they can come in and out as they please. The little cavachon sleeps everynight on our bed. The german shepherd sleeps every night against the bedroom door like a barricade lol. My wife went on vacation last week and i dont close the bedroom door. For the past 4 nights i wake up and the GSD is outside. I finally found his sleeping spot. He dug a trench on the side of the house behind some trees and hides in the bushes. Hes almost 3. Should i stop him from sleeping outside if he chooses? Its still kinda cold in NY imo.
